目的 探讨微信小程序合并时间管理器在眼科患儿出院宣教中的应用效果,为眼科护士出院宣教干预提供借鉴。方法 采用便利抽样法,选取98例眼科患儿监护人作为研究对象,将2021年2月-5月住院的49例患儿的监护人作为对照组,进行眼科常规出院宣教,将2021年6月-9月住院的49例患儿的监护人作为观察组,使用微信小程序合并时间管理器进行出院宣教干预。比较2组患儿监护人对疾病相关知识知晓情况、满意度及按时复诊人数。结果 干预1个月后,观察组疾病相关知识问卷得分、满意度得分及按时复诊率均高于对照组(t=-5.223,P=0.001;t=-5.419,P=0.001;χ2=6.874,P=0.009)。结论 使用微信小程序合并时间管理器在眼科病房进行出院宣教,能有效提高患儿监护人出院后疾病相关知识水平、按时就诊率及监护人满意度,提升护理服务质量。  相似文献

IntroductionThe aim of this in vivo study was to compare the accuracy of 3 electronic apex locators (EALs) (Root ZX mini [J Morita Corp, Tokyo, Japan], Apex ID [SybronEndo, Glendora, CA], and Propex Pixi [Dentsply Maillefer, Ballaigues, Switzerland]) to determine the working length.MethodsThirty single-rooted human teeth that were scheduled for extraction were selected for the study. Electronic measurements were performed with the 3 EALs. After the teeth had been extracted, a #10 K-file was used to determine the actual working length, which was established at 0.5 mm short of the major foramen. The data were statistically analyzed with analysis of variance (α = 0.05).ResultsNo significant differences were found among the experimental groups (P > .05). The mean distance from the actual working length to the file tip was 0.163 ± 0.032 mm when Root ZX mini was used, 0.343 ± 0.032 mm for Propex Pixi , and 0.012 ± 0.008 mm for Apex ID.ConclusionsUnder the in vivo conditions of this study, no statistically significant differences were observed among the 3 EALs.  相似文献

The objective of this work was to study the relation between the manufacturing conditions of microcrystalline cellulose (MCC), its physicochemical properties and its tableting behavior. Two different preparation procedures were used to produce MCC from wheat straw, utilizing an acid hydrolysis method, either using only sulfuric acid or combination of sulfuric and hydrochloric acid. The tableting behavior of obtained MCC samples and mixtures of MCC with ibuprofen was studied using a dynamic powder compaction analyzer. It was observed that some of the obtained MCC samples showed better flowing properties than commercially available Vivapur® PH101 and also very high values of tensile strength, solid fraction and elastic recovery. This can be linked with its good compaction behavior, but on the other hand it can cause problems with the disintegration of the tablets. In mixtures with ibuprofen, MCC samples showed lower values of tensile strength, while on the other hand elastic recovery did not seem to be much affected, still exhibiting very high values. According to the obtained results, it can be concluded that MCC obtained from the agricultural waste could have satisfactory properties for tablet preparation by the direct compression method. Further studies are needed to optimize process conditions in order to achieve better physicochemical characteristics, especially in terms of elastic recovery.  相似文献

This research investigated the effects of different thermoplastics types and different kinds of straw on selected properties of polymer-straw boards. Polyethylene, polyethylene, and polystyrene of virgin and of recycled origin were used for bonding the boards. Three kinds of straw were used: rape (Brassica napus L. var. napus), triticale (Triticosecale Witt b m.), and rye (Secale L.). Five-layer polymer-straw boards were produced. The obtained boards differed in both the materials they were made of and the moisture content (7, 25, and 2% for the core, the middle, and the face layers, respectively), and 30% of straw particles were substituted with thermoplastics added to the face layers. It was found that properties of polymer-straw boards strongly depend on both the kind of straw and the type of polymer used. The best mechanical properties were obtained for rye straw and polystyrene or recycled polymers, whereas the best hydrophobic properties were observed for rape straw combined with recycled polyethylene or polypropylene. Although recycled polymers improved the hydrophobic properties of the boards, they impaired their mechanical properties in comparison with the reference ones. However, in terms of bending strength, they still met the requirements for heavy duty load-bearing boards for use in humid conditions (20 MPa for P7 boards according to EN 312).  相似文献

The anatomy of healthy humans shows much minor variation, and twin‐studies reveal at least some of this variation cannot be explained genetically. A plausible explanation is that fine‐scale anatomy is not specified directly in a genetic programme, but emerges from self‐organizing behaviours of cells that, for example, place a new capillary where it happens to be needed to prevent local hypoxia. Self‐organizing behaviour can be identified by manipulating growing tissues (e.g. putting them under a spatial constraint) and observing an adaptive change that conserves the character of the normal tissue while altering its precise anatomy. Self‐organization can be practically useful in tissue engineering but it is limited; generally, it is good for producing realistic small‐scale anatomy but large‐scale features will be missing. This is because self‐organizing organoids miss critical symmetry‐breaking influences present in the embryo: simulating these artificially, for example, with local signal sources, makes anatomy realistic even at large scales. A growing understanding of the mechanisms of self‐organization is now allowing synthetic biologists to take their first tentative steps towards constructing artificial multicellular systems that spontaneously organize themselves into patterns, which may soon be extended into three‐dimensional shapes.  相似文献

目的研究脑梗死(CI)及多梗死性痴呆(MID)患者血清中神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的变化及意思。方法对72例CI患者及55例MID患者血清中NSE浓度进行测定。智能水平采用简易智能量表(MMSE)测定,并参考DSM-Ⅳ诊断标准及Hachinski缺血评分。结果MID急性发作组及CI急性期组患者血清NSE浓度明显高于对照组(P<0.01);MID稳定期组患者血清NSE浓度低于对照组(P<0.05);CI恢复期组患者血清NSE的浓度与对照组无显著性差异。血清NSE的浓度与MMSE评分无显著相关(P>0.05)。结论血清NSE的含量变化可动态反应MID患者的脑组织功能状态。但是NSE并不是一种智能因子,并不能直接反应MID患者的智能状态。  相似文献

目的:观察盐酸多奈哌齐联合尼莫地平治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法:血管性痴呆患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组服用盐酸多奈哌齐(5 mg/d),每晚临睡前口服;观察组在对照组的用药基础上联用尼莫地平片30 mg,3次/d ,疗程8周;采用简易精神状态检查表( mmSE)、临床痴呆量表( CDR)及日常生活自理量表( ADL)于治疗前、治疗4周及治疗8周时对2组患者进行评分,评价疗效,同时观察两组不良反应。结果:观察组治疗后 mmSE、CDR及 ADL评分均较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义( P <0.01,P <0.05,P<0.01);对照组治疗后mmSE、CDR评分较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义( P<0.01,P<0.05), ADL分数虽较治疗前减少,但差异无统计学意义( P>0.05),两组均无严重不良反应。结论:盐酸多奈哌齐联合尼莫地平治疗血管性痴呆的疗效优于单独使用盐酸多奈哌齐。  相似文献
