目的:探究孕晚期脂质代谢紊乱对早产儿视网膜病变的影响。方法:选取苏州大学附属儿童医院2017-01/2018-12期间收治的早产儿视网膜病变患儿母亲48例为观察组,同时选取同期住院的早产非视网膜病变患儿母亲48例作为对照组,比较两组研究对象孕晚期的血脂水平和脂联素水平,同时采用Pearson分析脂联素与血脂之间的相关性,Logistic回归分析早产儿视网膜病变发生的危险因素。结果:观察组研究对象孕晚期血清总胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白B高于对照组产妇,而高密度脂蛋白、脂联素、载脂蛋白A1的水平低于对照组产妇。此外,Pearson分析脂联素与血脂水平存在相关性,而Logistic回归分析显示总胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白B升高,高密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白A1的水平降低为早产儿视网膜病变的危险因素。结论:孕晚期脂质代谢紊乱是早产儿视网膜病变的影响因素,可能与脂联素相关,在临床工作中应注重加强对产妇营养的指导工作,减少早产儿视网膜病变的发生。  相似文献

ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPARγ) mRNA, serum adiponectin (ADP) and lipids in paediatric patients with Kawasaki disease (KD).MethodsThis prospective study enrolled paediatric patients with KD and grouped them according to the presence or absence of coronary artery lesions (CAL). A group of healthy age-matched children were recruited as the control group. The levels of PPARγ mRNA, serum ADP and lipids were compared between the groups. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis was undertaken to determine if the PPARγ mRNA level could be used as a predictive biomarker of CAL prognosis.ResultsThe study enrolled 42 patients with KD (18 with CAL [CAL group] and 24 without CAL [NCAL group]) and 20 age-matched controls. PPARγ mRNA levels in patients with KD were significantly higher than those in the controls; but significantly lower in the CAL group than the NCAL group. ROC curve analysis demonstrated that the PPARγ mRNA level provided good predictive accuracy for the prognosis of CAL. There was no association between PPARγ, ADP and lipid levels.ConclusionThere was dyslipidaemia in children with KD, but there was no correlation with PPARγ and ADP. PPARγ may be a predictor of CAL in patients with KD with good predictive accuracy.  相似文献

Adiponectin is the major adipocytes-secreted protein involved in obesity-related breast cancer growth and progression. We proved that adiponectin promotes proliferation in ERα-positive breast cancer cells, through ERα transactivation and the recruitment of LKB1 as ERα-coactivator. Here, we showed that adiponectin-mediated ERα transactivation enhances E-cadherin expression. Thus, we investigated the molecular mechanism through which ERα/LKB1 complex may modulate the expression of E-cadherin, influencing tumor growth, progression and distant metastasis. We demonstrated that adiponectin increases E-cadherin expression in ERα-positive 2D and higher extent in 3D cultures. This occurs through a direct activation of E-cadherin gene promoter by ERα/LKB1-complex. The impact of E-cadherin on ERα-positive breast cancer cell proliferation comes from the evidence that in the presence of E-cadherin siRNA the proliferative effects of adiponectin is no longer noticeable. Since E-cadherin connects cell polarity and growth, we investigated if the adiponectin-enhanced E-cadherin expression could influence the localization of proteins cooperating in cell polarity, such as LKB1 and Cdc42. Surprisingly, immunofluorescence showed that, in adiponectin-treated MCF-7 cells, LKB1 and Cdc42 mostly colocalize in the nucleus, impairing their cytosolic cooperation in maintaining cell polarity. The orthotopic implantation of MCF-7 cells revealed an enhanced E-cadherin-mediated breast cancer growth induced by adiponectin. Moreover, tail vein injection of MCF-7 cells showed a higher metastatic burden in the lungs of mice receiving adiponectin-treated cells compared to control. From these findings it emerges that adiponectin treatment enhances E-cadherin expression, alters cell polarity and stimulates ERα-positive breast cancer cell growth in vitro and in vivo, sustaining higher distant metastatic burden.  相似文献

BackgroundHundreds of adipokines have been identified, and their extensive range of endocrine functions—regulating distant organs such as oral tissues—and local autocrine/paracrine roles have been studied. In dentistry, however, adipokines are poorly known proteins in the dental pulp; few of them have been studied despite their large number. This study reviews recent advances in the investigation of dental-pulp adipokines, with an emphasis on their roles in inflammatory processes and their potential therapeutic applications.HighlightsThe most recently identified adipokines in dental pulp include leptin, adiponectin, resistin, ghrelin, oncostatin, chemerin, and visfatin. They have numerous physiological and pathological functions in the pulp tissue: they are closely related to pulp inflammatory mechanisms and actively participate in cell differentiation, mineralization, angiogenesis, and immune-system modulation.ConclusionAdipokines have potential clinical applications in regenerative endodontics and as biomarkers or targets for the pharmacological management of inflammatory and degenerative processes in dental pulp. A promising direction for the development of new therapies may be the use of agonists/antagonists to modulate the expression of the most studied adipokines.  相似文献

目的:探讨小金胶囊联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗桥本氏甲状腺炎的临床研究。方法:选取2017年8月—2019年1月收治的桥本氏甲状腺炎患者106例,按照数字表法将其随机分为两组,对照组应用左甲状腺素钠片治疗,研究组应用小金胶囊联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗,对两组患者临床疗效、甲状腺功能及炎症反应等指标进行分析。结果:研究组的临床治愈比例高于对照组(50.9%vs 18.7%);研究组的T3(2.2±0.5) nmol/L、T4(124.2±17.8) nmol/L、FT3(4.3±0.7) pmol/L及FT4(14.4±2.9) pmol/L与对照组无明显差异(P 0.05),研究组的TSH(1.8±0.2)μIU/L低于对照组(P 0.05);研究组甲状腺抗体水平TG-Ab(253.4±12.8) IU/mL、TPO-Ab(241.3±12.8) IU/mL均低于对照组(P 0.05);研究组IL-8(0.4±0.2) ng/mL、IL-17(7.4±2.1) pg/mL及APN(5.9±1.1)μg/mL低于对照组(P 0.05),研究组的IL-10(91.8±12.6) pg/mL高于对照组(P 0.05);研究组不良反应(22.64%)与对照组(24.53%)无明显差异(P 0.05)。结论:采用小金胶囊联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗桥本氏甲状腺炎患者,能有效改善患者甲状腺抗体水平,调节自身炎症因子平衡,具有较高的安全性,可以在临床中进行进一步推广。  相似文献

BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVESCorn silk (CS) extract contains large amounts of maysin, which is a major flavonoid in CS. However, studies regarding the effect of CS extract on cholesterol metabolism is limited. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of CS extract on cholesterol metabolism in C57BL/6J mouse fed high-fat diets.MATERIALS/METHODSNormal-fat group fed 7% fat diet, high-fat (HF) group fed 25% fat diet, and high-fat with corn silk (HFCS) group were orally administered CS extract (100 mg/kg body weight) daily. Serum and hepatic levels of total lipids, triglycerides, and total cholesterol as well as serum free fatty acid, glucose, and insulin levels were determined. The mRNA expression levels of acyl-CoA: cholesterol acyltransferase (ACAT), cholesterol 7-alpha hydroxylase (CYP7A1), farnesoid X receptor (FXR), lecithin cholesterol acyltransferase (LCAT), low-density lipoprotein receptor, 3-hyroxy-3-methylglutaryl-coenzyme A reductase (HMG-CoA reductase), adiponectin, leptin, and tumor necrosis factor α were determined.RESULTSOral administration of CS extract with HF improved serum glucose and insulin levels as well as attenuated HF-induced fatty liver. CS extracts significantly elevated mRNA expression levels of adipocytokines and reduced mRNA expression levels of HMG-CoA reductase, ACAT, and FXR. The mRNA expression levels of CYP7A1 and LCAT between the HF group and HFCS group were not statistically different.CONCLUSIONSCS extract supplementation with a high-fat diet improves levels of adipocytokine secretion and glucose homeostasis. CS extract is also effective in decreasing the regulatory pool of hepatic cholesterol, in line with decreased blood and hepatic levels of cholesterol though modulation of mRNA expression levels of HMG-CoA reductase, ACAT, and FXR.  相似文献

目的观察脂肪因子Omentin-1、脂联素与中老年女性骨密度之间的相关性。方法选取2017年3月至2018年4月在佛山市中医院就诊的338名女性,按照绝经状态分为围绝经期/绝经期组(n=194)和绝经后组(n=124)。将参研人员年龄、体质量指数(bone mass index,BMI)、腰围、吸烟状况、身体活动、脂联素、Omentin-1和激素进行多变量调整(ANCOVA),用于研究其脂肪因子和骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)之间的潜在关系。结果与绝经后女性的腰椎BMD [(0. 69±0. 08)g/cm~2]相比,围绝经期女性的腰椎BMD[(0. 89±0. 09) g/cm~2]更高;在围绝经期/绝经期组女性中,脂联素和Omentin-1均与腰椎BMD无显著相关性(P0. 05);在绝经后组女性中,脂联素与腰椎BMD无相关性(P 0. 05);而在绝经后组女性中,Omentin-1与腰椎BMD呈显著负相关(P0. 05)。结论绝经后女性的Omentin-1与腰椎BMD呈负相关。  相似文献

 目的 研究老年高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化程度、血清中的脂联素、抵抗素水平的相关性。方法 选择2016-01至2017-12解放军总医院第三医学中心收治的老年高血压患者112例,所有患者均行颈部血管超声检查,根据颈动脉内中膜厚度将所有患者分为正常组32例,内中膜增厚组42例和斑块组38例,测定各组患者血清脂联素、抵抗素水平,之后进行对比分析及相关分析。结果 血清脂联素水平和颈动脉内中膜厚度呈负相关(r=-0.562),抵抗素水平和颈动脉内中膜厚度呈正相关(r=0.621),胰岛素抵抗、血清抵抗素水平是颈动脉粥样硬化的独立危险因素,血清脂联素水平是动脉粥样硬化的保护因素。结论 对于老年高血压患者早期监测脂联素和抵抗素水平的变化有助于监测颈动脉粥样硬化的发生发展。  相似文献

目的 探讨脂联素rs266729多态性与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)关联性及其与肥胖交互作用.方法 采用多聚酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法分析2014年2月至2015年8月住院的120例PCOS患者和同期140例体检正常对照者的rs266729基因型.非条件Logistic分析各基因型与发病易感性的关系以及与肥胖的交互作用.结果 携带C(CC/CT)基因个体患病风险较非C基因携带者(TT)风险明显增加1.55倍(OR=1.55,95%CI:1.41~3.71,P=0.00;校正OR=1.61,95%CI:1.51~4.01,P=0.00);非条件Logistic分析表明认携带CC/CT基因型肥胖个体PCOS罹患风险是携带TT基因非肥胖个体的3.88倍(OR=3.88,95%CI:2.72~5.76,P=0.00;RERI=2.51,95%CI:1.22~3.80;AP=0.54,95%CI:0.34~0.74;S=1.56,95%CI:1.12~2.83).结论 脂联素rs266729多态性增加多囊卵巢综合症罹患风险,且与肥胖存在多囊卵巢综合症发病中存在协同效应.  相似文献
