“双一流”背景下基于SWOT分析的医学高校图书馆特色资源建设探讨

以中医药院校图书馆为例，阐述特色资源内涵，运用SWOT分析法分析“双一流”背景下医学高校图书馆特色资源建设的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战，提出相应建议，包括提升采访馆员素质、制定特色馆藏标准等。     

对构建德智体美劳全面发展的新医科人才体系的思考

通过分析"新医科"发展趋势以及目前我国医疗供给侧改革的内在需求与人的全面发展之间的紧密联系,提出立德树人、以智启人、以体育人、以美成人、以劳塑人是"新医科"对医学人才培养的主要途径。在此要求之下,医学高等院校应适应全民健康的目标和社会保健服务的需求,坚持本科教育服务地方经济社会的理念,加强大健康教育与全面素质教育,着力培养符合社会需要的、全面发展的新医科人才。     

疫情防控呼唤着医学人文的彰显和学科建设

疫情防控需要医学科学的严谨,也需要医学人文的温暖。此次抗击新型冠状病毒疫情中,时有医学人文缺失的现象。疫情防控中重视和发挥医学人文精神和人文关怀的特殊作用,践行医学人文对于落实以人为本具有现实意义和作用。高等医药院校应积极发挥医学人文学科专业优势,通过心理援助、疫情防控依法合规建言献策、承担委托课题等提供智力支持,并以此为契机,大力加强医学人文教育和学科专业建设,提升水平。     

A mechanism for gratitude development in a child

Most scholars consider gratitude as a moral emotion, with only few seeing it as a character trait. As a result, no systematic mechanism has ever been attempted to develop gratitude in children. Given the social issue of widespread lack of gratitude in the one-child generations of China, this article attempts to outline a mechanism of parental moral education for gratitude development. The mechanism is underpinned by love, induction and discipline; and theoretically justified in accordance with key psychological and sociological theories, such as Piaget's theory of moral development, Kohlberg's moral stages theory, attachment theory, Hoffman's internalisation theory, Rest's social justice theory and Baumrind's parenting styles theory. The benefits and potential risks of each strategy of the mechanism are addressed.     

上海市儿科人才队伍建设的困境与对策

目的 缓解儿科人才队伍不足,提出解决现有问题的方法.方法 以系统理论思想为指导,运用文献研究、实证的研究方法.结果 目前政策环境中存在儿童专科医院补偿水平不足,儿科人才来源缺乏,儿科医疗收费水平不能体现儿科医务人员工作价值和儿童医保保障水平低等问题.结论 解决儿科人才建设问题需多层次多角度予以政策扶持,首先制定专门人才规划,其次解决儿科系招生问题,再次解决儿科医务人员待遇问题.     

2016—2020年我国中药资源学学科建设及科学研究进展与展望

中药资源学学科建设主要包涵中药资源学相关专业建设、教材体系建设、人才团队建设,以及中药资源学理论与方法技术创新、成果转化及服务社会等方面。中药资源领域的科学研究主要涉及中药资源调查研究、中药材规范化生产、中药资源有效利用、中药资源保护、中药资源产业发展等方面。在以往连续报道的基础上,对2016―2020年我国中药资源学学科建设及科学研究进展等进行归纳整理,基本反映了本领域的发展概况和广大科技工作者、企业家及管理者的代表性贡献,以期为中药与天然药物资源领域的学科建设、人才培养、科学研究、社会服务及中药产业发展起到相互借鉴的作用,共同致力于我国中医药事业和中药资源产业的高质量发展。     

Dental Hygiene and Research: Irrevocably Connected

Although remarkable growth has occurred in the dental hygiene research arena, an increased emphasis on research development will facilitate the designation of dental hygiene as a true discipline.BackgroundDental hygienists have participated in research for nearly 100 years. Support for research development has increased due to contributions of the American Dental Hygienists' Association and other grant monies that have funded seminal educational endeavors to elevate the research skills of dental hygienists. Dental hygiene initiated research endeavors, the advent of doctoral degree programs in dental hygiene, expansion of the dental hygiene body of knowledge, and efforts toward interprofessional collaboration continue to elevate the profession of dental hygiene while addressing the oral health needs of the public.MethodsThe research focus in dental hygiene is reviewed. Landmark events that have supported research endeavors are described and examples of historically important global contributions made by dental hygienists are chronicled.ConclusionsFurther development of a body of dental hygiene research will help position the profession alongside other academically recognized health care disciplines. A small, dedicated group of dental hygienists have worked toward advancing the profession in this way, but additional growth is essential if dental hygiene is to be considered a true discipline. One such initiative on the near horizon is the doctoral degree in dental hygiene.     

护理部在推进护理学科建设中的实践

目的:探索护理部在推进医院护理学科建设中的策略。方法:①严格护理质量控制,提高临床护理服务质量;②完善人才培养机制,培养高素质护理人才;③健全护理科研体系,深入推进护理科学研究。结果:护理服务质量不断提高,各级各类护士培养取得显著成绩,护理科学研究取得丰硕成果,学科整体优势明显加强。结论:护理部主任在护理管理中,应以科学管理为根本,以人才培养为手段,以创新研究为动力,全面推进学科建设。     

湿疹的维吾尔医证候分类及其用药规律分析

目的:整理分析湿疹的维吾尔医证候分类及其用药规律。方法:采用回顾性整理分析方法,收集新疆6家维吾尔医医院5年内维吾尔医药治疗湿疹的临床住院病历,整理分析湿疹的维吾尔医证候分类及其治疗原则、方法、方药及其用药情况,探索湿疹的维吾尔医辨证施治方法及其规律。结果:符合纳入标准的湿疹住院病历621例,其中异常黏液质型患者327例(52.7%),异常胆液质为239例(38.5%),异常血液质33例(5.3%)和异常黑胆质型患者22例(3.6%)。采用成熟或调理及清除疗法,内服药物疗法,外用药物疗法和非药物疗法等综合治疗方法进行治疗。痊愈61例(9.8%),显效484例(77.9%),有效60例(9.7%),无效16例(2.6%)。结论:湿疹的维吾尔医证候分类及用药规律符合临床辨证实际,为其维吾尔医辨证施治的规范化提供了客观依据。
