BackgroundFew studies have investigated the impact of web-based physical activity interventions on mental health outcomes. Therefore, this study examined the impact of a web-based personally tailored physical activity intervention on depression, anxiety, stress and quality of life.Methods501 participants were randomised into either a control group or a pooled intervention condition who received a 3-month web-based personally tailored physical activity intervention. Previously, this intervention has demonstrated to improve self-reported physical activity, but not device-measured physical activity. At baseline, 3- and 9-months, depression, anxiety and stress were assessed using the DASS21, and quality of life was assessed using the SF-12V2. General linear mixed models examined differences between groups over time.ResultsMost participants (>80%) reported normal levels of depression, anxiety or stress. Relative to baseline levels, significant reductions of depression, anxiety, stress and the SF12 mental health component were observed in the pooled intervention group at 3 and 9 months. Relative to the control group, significant reductions were observed in the pooled intervention group for depression and stress (3-months only) and anxiety (3- and 9-months), but not quality of life.ConclusionA web-based physical activity intervention can result in positive mental health outcomes, even in the absence of device-measured physical activity improvements. 【目的】 研究我国中文SCI科技期刊的现状,以期为其影响力提升和未来发展提供思考。【方法】 利用网站调研(期刊官网和Web of Science数据库等)、微信公众号运营情况查询及统计分析等方法对中文SCI科技期刊进行较全面的数据采集与分析。【结果】 18种中文SCI科技期刊有深厚的历史积淀和良好的发展基础,但整体上仍存在一些问题,如国内影响力不如优秀的纯中文期刊(国内影响力排名不够靠前),国际影响力不高(JCR分区仅为Q3或Q4区),国际化发展程度不够(国际编委占比为0的期刊高达11种,缺乏国际新媒体宣传),不够重视网络首发(仅9种期刊有网络首发)等。【结论】 在目前国内良好政策环境下,我国中文SCI科技期刊需要坚守初心,可根据各自期刊定位制定个性化发展策略,从而发展成为旗舰期刊甚至是世界一流期刊。  相似文献

IntroductionAs the American’s Federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) stated that patients should be allowed to review their medical records, and as information technology is ever more widely used by healthcare professionals and patients, providing patients with online access to their own medical records through a patient portal is becoming increasingly popular. Previous research has been done regarding the impact on the quality and safety of patients’ care, rather than explicitly on medication safety, when providing those patients with access to their electronic health records (EHRs).AimThis narrative review aims to summarise the results from previous studies on the impact on medication management safety concepts of adult patients accessing information contained in their own EHRs.ResultA total of 24 studies were included in this review. The most two commonly studied measures of safety in medication management were: (a) medication adherence and (b) patient-reported experience. Other measures, such as: discrepancies, medication errors, appropriateness and Adverse Drug Events (ADEs) were the least studied.ConclusionThe results suggest that providing patients with access to their EHRs can improve medication management safety. Patients pointed out improvements to the safety of their medications and perceived stronger medication control. The data from these studies lay the foundation for future research.  相似文献

Abstract

Objective: Online videos are commonly used in medical education. The aim of this review was to investigate the role of online instructional videos in teaching procedural skills to postgraduate medical learners.

Methods: This systematic narrative review was conducted according to the PRISMA guidelines. MEDLINE, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, EMBASE, ERIC and Google Scholar were searched. Full texts that applied to online videos, postgraduate medical learners and procedural skills were included without language restrictions. The methodological quality of the studies was evaluated using a validated tool. A thematic analysis of the studies was carried out using a general inductive approach.

Results: A total of 785 articles were retrieved and the full text was reviewed for 66 articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the study. Twenty papers that were relevant to the role of online videos in postgraduate medical education of procedural skills were used for this review. They were heterogenous in the outcomes collected and the evidence was of variable quality. There was strong evidence for the use of online videos for procedural skill knowledge acquisition and retention. Online videos were used for various purposes, such as supervision, assessment, postoperative debriefing, providing feedback, and promoting reflection.

Conclusion: Online videos are a valuable educational tool especially for procedural skill knowledge acquisition and retention. Future research needs to be carried out on the appropriate use of platforms in disseminating and using online videos, identifying the factors surrounding the learners, video characteristics, and data protection.  相似文献

【目的】 厘清学术期刊网络舆情危机的特点与产生原因,给出具体应对策略。【方法】 以新媒体和危机传播原理为基础,分析学术期刊网络舆情危机的具体案例和传播指数,结合学术期刊特点进行阐释性分析。【结果】 学术期刊网络舆情危机事件传播力较强,其特点为更强的潜伏性、突发性和不可预测性,会威胁期刊及相关机构形象并引发信任危机,也会影响期刊日常办刊。编辑、作者、审稿人等的失范行为是学术期刊网络舆情危机产生的主要原因,学术期刊出版利益相关人众多以及新媒体的传播也对危机产生发挥了催化剂和提供环境的作用。【结论】 学术期刊要通过执行学术规范和建立危机传播管理制度、主动参与社交媒体并进行实时舆情监测、举办舆情应对与危机传播的人员培训来预防危机产生。当危机发生时,学术期刊要做好主管部门、主办单位、审稿人、作者之间的内部沟通,同时及时回应问题、正确应对媒体、放低姿态并锁定核心利益相关人诉求以做好外部沟通。  相似文献

目的探讨翻转课堂教学模式在护生法律法规教学中的应用效果。方法试验组(n=44)借助微信小程序等平台,针对护生法律法规课程开展翻转课堂教学,对照组(n=43)则采取传统以教师为中心的授课法,在课程结束后通过课程考核成绩、自制满意度问卷和"护生自主学习能力评价调查表"比较教学效果和质量。结果试验组的课程考核成绩、自主学习能力和教学满意度均高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用翻转课堂教学模式开展护士法律法规教学,能够提高课程教学质量和护生教学体验,也有利于从不同维度培养护生的自主学习能力。  相似文献

目的探讨新冠疫情下留学生医学基础课程网上授课的手段、方法和效果,以期在"停课不停学"下保障教学质量。方法利用雨课堂、企业微信和慕课等技术手段完成理论课的教学任务,同时通过随堂测试和问卷对教学效果进行评估。结果前期开展线上教学的问题主要集中在教学时差、缺少课堂互动、实践性课程的取消三个方面。因此,我们相应采取了录播课程、增加互动形式以及推迟实践性课程的方式,帮助学生渡过难关。结论现代化的网络教学方法比较受留学生的欢迎,同时多样化的教学方式满足了学生的不同需求。  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to identify factors of teen users' problematic online behaviors using data from the Korea Youth Panel Survey (KYPS) collected over a four-year period. Problematic online behaviors included unauthorized ID use, disguising one's age or gender while chatting online, and cursing/insulting someone in a chat room or on a bulletin board. Results from the panel data analyses showed that many adolescents explored and discontinued engaging in online delinquency as they got older. Respondents' offline behaviors and self-control were significantly associated with problematic online behaviors, supporting the importance of internal traits. Peer effects were consistently more important than parental effects on teen's online delinquency. Increases in time spent using a computer also contributed to the likelihood of problematic online behaviors.  相似文献
