目的观察雷达微波对雷达官兵身体健康的影响。方法330名某雷达站的官兵被列为观察组,另选145名远离雷达站的官兵为对照组,观察和检测两组人员在神经、心脏、血液和消化系统的改变。结果从事雷达工作的部分官兵身体健康状况比非雷达区工作的官兵改变明显。结论雷达微波影响部分雷达官兵的身体健康状况。 相似文献

目的 了解和比较不同地域雷达部队官兵心理卫生状况.方法 应用症状自评量表(SCL-90),采用随机整群抽取的方法对202例不同地域雷达部队官兵进行心理健康状况测评.结果 近海高地雷达部队官兵在总分、躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性等因子上显著高于远海平地的官兵(P〈0.05);通过对2002年、2005年、2008年和当前样本间比较,躯体化、抑郁、偏执、精神病性等因子近年来有下降趋势,而不同时期的官兵强迫、人际关系因子分数普遍偏高.结论 近海高地雷达部队官兵的心理健康水平要低于远海平地官兵,应重视近海高地雷达部队官兵的心理健康状况,尤其应加强关于强迫和人际关系敏感方面的心理卫生服务. 相似文献

目的:基于雷达图多元评价原理,全面评估针灸治疗颈椎病系统评价/Meta分析的文献质量,为临床决策提供直观的图示法证据参考。方法:电子检索国内外多个大型文献数据库,并辅以手工检索。收集合格的文献。从发表年份、设计类型、AMSTAR方法学质量评分、PRISMA发表质量评分、同质性程度、发表偏倚风险6个方面多元评价文献质量。采用Excel 2003将各项目秩数绘制成雷达图,进行直观分析。结果:共纳入8篇合格文献,质量的秩平均得分为3.83-7.67。其中3项研究质量较高,1项研究质量缺陷明显。文献质量加强的环节体现在检索范围、检索策略、纳入排除标准、资料选择偏倚、数据合并的条件和显示等方面。结论:本研究运用雷达图的直观、简单明了的特性,多元化评价同类干预措施的文献质量,为今后针灸临床实践者科学选择证据信息提供了一项图形化评价思路和方法。 相似文献

Effect of Occupational Exposure to Radar Radiation on Cancer Risk: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis 下载免费PDF全文

Objective: Microwave radiation is one of the most growing environmental workplace factors that exposes too many workers in the various workplaces. Regard to concerns about cancer incidence in these workers and lack of systematic or meta-analytic studies about this object, so, we conducted a meta-analysis to acquire an understanding of the association between cancer risk and occupational exposure to radar radiation. Methods: A systematic search was carried out on case-control, cohort and clinical control trial studies that published in the Cochrane Library, PubMed, ISI Web of Science, Scopus and Google scholar databases that accomplished from March 2017 to March 2018 and updated on 30 September, 2018 in English and Persian articles without time limit in publication date. Keywords were selected based on PICO principle and collected from MeSH database. After removal of duplicated studied, taking into inclusion and exclusion criteria, the process of screening was carried out and data were extracted after preparation of the full text of included articles. Article collection was completed by manually searching for a reference list of eligible studies. For quality assessment of included studies, Newcastle-Ottawa scale was used. Results: a total of 533 studies was found in the first step of literature search, only 6 were included with 53,008 sample size according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Estimated pooled random effects size analysis showed no significant increasing effect of occupational exposure to radar radiation on mortality rate (MR=0.81, 95%CI: 0.78, 0.83) and relative risk (RR=0.87, 95%CI: 0.75, 0.99, P <0.0001) of cancer with a significant heterogeneity between the selected studies. Conclusions: In conclusion, the results of this meta-analysis study have shown no significant increase in overall mortality ratio and cancer risk ratio from occupational exposure to the radar frequency of workers. But, these results are not conclusive. As regards to some limitation such as fewer numbers of included studies, lack of data about exposure characterizations and demographic characterizations in this meta-analysis, this result is not certain and conclusive. ObjectiveTo validate automatic sleep stage classification using deep neural networks on sleep assessed by radar technology in the commercially available sleep assistant Somnofy® against polysomnography (PSG).MethodsSeventy-one nights of overnight sleep in healthy individuals were assessed by both PSG and Somnofy at two different institutions. The Somnofy unit was placed in two different locations per room (nightstand and wall). The sleep algorithm was validated against PSG using a 25-fold cross validation technique, and performance was compared to the inter-rater reliability between the PSG sleep scored by two independent sleep specialists.ResultsEpoch-by-epoch analyses showed a sensitivity (accuracy to detect sleep) and specificity (accuracy to detect wake) for Somnofy of 0.97 and 0.72 respectively, compared to 0.99 and 0.85 for the PSG scorers. The sleep stage differentiation for Somnofy was 0.75 for N1/N2, 0.74 for N3 and 0.78 for R, whilst PSG scorers ranged between 0.83 and 0.96. The intraclass correlation coefficient revealed excellent and good reliability for total sleep time and sleep efficiency, while sleep onset and R latency had poor agreement. Somnofy underestimated total wake time by 5 min and N1/N2 by 3 min. N3 was overestimated by 4 min and R by 3 min. Results were independent of institution and sensor location.ConclusionSomnofy showed a high accuracy staging sleep in healthy individuals and has potential to assess sleep quality and quantity in a sample of healthy, mostly young adults. AbstractBackground: Visually disabled people increasingly use computers in everyday life, thanks to novel assistive technologies better tailored to their cognitive functioning. Like sighted people, many are interested in computer games – videogames and audio-games. Tactile-games are beginning to emerge. The Tactile Radar is a device through which a visually disabled person is able to detect distal obstacles. In this study, it is connected to a computer running a tactile-game. The game consists in finding and collecting randomly arranged coins in a virtual room.Methods: The study was conducted with nine congenital blind people including both sexes, aged 20–64 years old. Complementary methods of first and third person were used: the debriefing interview and the quasi-experimental design.Results: The results indicate that the Tactile Radar is suitable for the creation of computer games specifically tailored for visually disabled people.Conclusions: Furthermore, the device seems capable of eliciting a powerful immersive experience. Methodologically speaking, this research contributes to the consolidation and development of first and third person complementary methods, particularly useful in disabled people research field, including the evaluation by users of the Tactile Radar effectiveness in a virtual reality context.
- Implications for rehabilitation
Despite the growing interest in virtual games for visually disabled people, they still find barriers to access such games.
Through the development of assistive technologies such as the Tactile Radar, applied in virtual games, we can create new opportunities for leisure, socialization and education for visually disabled people.
The results of our study indicate that the Tactile Radar is adapted to the creation of video games for visually disabled people, providing a playful interaction with the players.

目的 观察服用莫达非尼对雷达作业人员夜班作业能力的影响. 方法将值夜班(0:00~8:00)的20名男性雷达作业人员按随机数字表随机分为莫达非尼组和安慰剂组(每组n=10).于夜间2:00口服莫达非尼200 mg或安慰剂.在夜班前、后分别进行计算机模拟雷达信号及跟踪目标识别绩效、临界闪光融合频率(CFF)和数字划消成绩测试,夜班工作中对心电、心率等指标进行动态监测. 结果安慰剂组夜班后的CFF值(29.64±1.46)较夜班前(30.94±1.88)明显下降(t=5.87,P<0.01);莫达非尼组夜班后的CFF值(31.65±1.49)和数字划消总数(100.50±12.57)分别较夜班前(CFF值为29.85±2.65,数字划消总数为88.50±12.70)明显升高(t=5.94、14.54,P<0.05).与安慰剂组比较,莫达非尼组夜班后的数字划消总数和CFF值明显提高(t=2.70、2.73,P<0.05);莫达非尼组的心率、标化低频功率、低频与高频功率的比值增高,低频功率、高频功率、标化高频功率和总功率降低,相邻正常R-R间期差值的均方根值和极低频功率明显降低(t=2.41、2.37,P<0.05). 结论夜班作业时口服常规单剂量莫达非尼具有明显提高雷达操作能力和抗疲劳的效果. 相似文献

目的 :评价雷达辐射对作业人员精子DNA的损伤。 方法 :对高暴露组 (n =88)、低暴露组 (n =14 3)、对照组 (n =39)进行精液常规分析和精子染色质结构分析 (SCSA)。 结果 :高暴露组较低暴露组、对照组精子活力和存活率下降 ,畸形精子率增加 ;高暴露组主群以外细胞数值 (COMPα)较低暴露组、对照组升高 ,且其具有中生育力潜能。变量的多因素分析表明 ,日工作时间为畸形精子率的危险因素 ,禁欲时间为SCSA参数SDαt、COMPα的危险因素。 结论 :雷达辐射对男性生殖系统有不良影响 ,采取防护措施很重要。 相似文献
