以“七麦数据”网站收录的中医移动医疗App作为研究对象,采用网络调查法和文献分析法,根据“七麦数据”对移动医疗App的分类,结合中医移动医疗App的信息服务内容和特点,将筛选出的中医移动医疗App划分为医疗健康类、中医养生类、知识传播类、全面综合类,并根据“七麦数据”网站中对各类中医移动医疗App的打分及累计下载量筛选出最具代表性的12款中医移动医疗App,从全面性、人性化、安全性、实用性4个一级指标和40个二级指标对其信息服务现状进行评价,指出当前中医移动医疗App信息服务存在的问题并提出建议。  相似文献

目的:探索医学生移动终端专业学习行为的影响因素。方法:在文献研究和质性研究结果的基础上,根据任务技术匹配模型、技术接受与使用整合模型等模型,从移动终端特征角度构建理论模型,通过问卷调查收集上海中医药大学医学生的相关数据,探索可能影响医学生移动终端专业学习的因素。结果:感知任务技术匹配、感知有用性、感知互动性、感知移动性、感知绩效对医学生移动终端专业学习行为有显著正向影响,感知易用性、感知风险、感知成本、内容质量对医学生移动终端专业学习行为的影响并不显著。结论:医学生移动终端专业学习行为普遍,要善于利用移动终端的技术优势,积极建设优质的学习资源,提升移动终端专业学习的用户体验和学习效果。  相似文献

BackgroundInfants too young to be fully vaccinated are vulnerable to potentially deadly influenza and pertussis infections. The cocooning strategy limits this risk by vaccinating those likely to interact with the infant and mother during this vulnerable time, such as close friends and family members. Distribution of accurate and accessible vaccine information through existing social networks could be an important tool in increasing vaccine confidence and coverage.MethodsWe surveyed 1095 pregnant women from diverse prenatal care practices in Georgia and Colorado. These women were surveyed through a mobile app to assess vaccine intentions, attitudes, beliefs, norms, and levels of trust, and then presented brief individually-tailored educational videos about maternal and infant vaccines and the cocooning strategy. They were then given the opportunity to refer up to six contacts to enroll in the app and receive similar vaccine education.ResultsTwenty-eight percent of these women referred at least one contact, with an average of 2.67 contacts per referring woman. Most referrals (93%) were partners, parents, siblings, relatives, or close friends. Attitudinal constructs significantly associated with increased likelihood of referring contacts included: intention to receive maternal influenza vaccine, perceived safety of maternal Tdap vaccine, perceived efficacy of maternal influenza vaccine, perceived susceptibility to and severity of influenza during pregnancy, and trust in vaccine information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and academic institutions. Uncertainty about infant vaccine intentions was associated with decreased likelihood of referring contacts.ConclusionsPregnant women who valued vaccination and trusted vaccine information from academic institutions were more likely to refer an educational app about vaccines than those who did not. Further research is needed to determine the potential impact of this strategy on vaccine coverage when implemented on a large scale.Trial RegistrationThe survey informing this article was part of a randomized controlled trial funded by the National Institutes of Health [clinicaltrials.gov registration number NCT02898688].  相似文献

Introduction Arthritic pain is a major cause of illness and disability among older people. People living with arthritic pain carry out self-management activities to adequately manage their pain. As the trend of smartphone uptake continues to rise among older people, there are opportunities to explore the role of these devices in helping older people better manage their pain. Aim: To explore the attitudes and experiences of older people with chronic arthritic pain towards using an app for their pain selfmanagement. Methods A qualitative design using semi-structured interviews with community-dwelling older Australians living with arthritic pain (n = 16). Data was analyzed using thematic analysis. Results Four themes emerged from the data: (1) Apps are valuable self-management tool, but they do have the potential for harm; (2) A pain self-management app needs to strictly align with the user's needs; (3) Clinician's involvement is crucial when integrating an app into older people's pain selfmanagement regime; and (4) pain self-management app must be designed with enduser in mind. In addition, suggestions on how to make an app more useful and userfriendly were offered by the participants. Discussion While pain self-management apps have the potential to assist older people in their pain self-management process, this modality is not of interest to all older people. Adaptable apps that offer clinician input may be best placed to offer individual level relevance to older users. Future pain selfmanagement app development endeavors should adopt a co-design approach where older people are involved through all stages of design and development.  相似文献

IntroductionCerebral palsy (CP) is one of the most common developmental disorders. Technological development has enabled a transformation of the healthcare sector, which can offer more individualised, participatory, and preventive services. Within this context of new technology applied to the healthcare sector, mobile applications, or apps, constitute a very promising tool for the management of children with CP.ObjectiveThe purpose of this article is to perform a systematic review of the information published about various mobile applications either directly related to CP or with potential to be useful in the context of the disease, and to describe, analyse, and classify these applications.Material and methodsA literature search was carried out to gather articles published in English or Spanish between 2011 and 2017 which presented, analysed, or validated applications either specifically designed or potentially useful for CP. Furthermore, a search for mobile applications was conducted in the main mobile application markets.ConclusionsA total of 63 applications were found in biomedical databases and mobile application markets, of which 40 were potentially useful for CP and 23 were specifically designed for the condition (11 for information, 3 for evaluation, and 9 for treatment). There are numerous mobile applications either specifically designed for or with potential to be useful in the field of CP. However, despite the existing scientific evidence, the low methodological quality of scientific articles makes it impossible to generalise the use of these tools.  相似文献

The use of smartphones has soared among healthcare professionals in recent years, with estimated figures reporting that the majority of clinicians own and use smartphones in the workplace. Smartphones allow the clinician to carry textbooks in their pocket, write documents on the move and use email and internet to enhance productivity and clinical decision making. These advances in smartphone technology have enabled access to healthcare information for the clinician and transfer of data between team members, giving rise to the phenomenon of telemedicine. With the ability to instantly transfer clinical data to the off-site surgeon, combined with purpose-built medical apps, the smartphone is rapidly becoming an invaluable tool for the modern surgeon. Many studies have linked the benefits of smartphones and apps in other surgical specialities, but no article to date has highlighted the merits and full scope of this technology to the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. We report that 94 % of British maxillofacial surgery trainees own a smartphone, with 61 % owning an iPhone. 89 % of trainees questioned had downloaded medical apps and used them regularly during clinical activities. We discuss the clinical application of the smartphone in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery and review a list of useful and relevant apps for the modern maxillofacial surgeon using the iPhone as an example platform.  相似文献

目的探讨糖尿病中医慢病管理App应用于2型糖尿病患者的效果。方法将89例住院2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组45例和观察组44例。对照组予以常规糖尿病教育与随访,观察组在对照组基础上采用糖尿病中医慢病管理App进行管理。干预6个月后,比较两组糖脂代谢、心理痛苦水平及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组糖化血红蛋白显著低于对照组,观察组心理痛苦发生率、心理痛苦总分及人际关系相关痛苦、医生相关痛苦得分显著低于对照组,生活质量总分及生理、心理维度得分显著优于对照组(P0.05,P0.01)。结论基于手机App的糖尿病中医综合护理管理方案有利于控制2型糖尿病患者的血糖,降低患者的心理痛苦水平,提高其生活质量。  相似文献

目的提高延续护理效果,满足患者健康管理需求。方法根据专家咨询患者需求确定延续护理信息系统功能及基本架构,基于医院信息系统(HIS)设计系统模块,延续护理信息系统经调试后在妇产科进行4个月的试运行,对318例患者实施院内外健康教育、出院随访、医患互动、跟踪干预、问卷测评等延伸服务。结果试运行期间,经延续护理信息系统完成健康咨询208例次、提醒用药752例次、推送消息733例次、进行健康干预72例次、发布健康讲座12讲。受访的医护人员及患者或家属85.0%以上认可该系统的便捷性、获益性、稳定性、安全性等。结论基于HIS系统的延续护理信息平台构建合理,基本能满足签约患者延续护理服务需求,有利于出院患者持续有效的健康管理。  相似文献

目的:分析总结无痛人工流产用于终止早期妊娠的临床应用价值,为临床推广做出指导。方法:选取本站2010年3月-2013年3月收治的104例自愿终止妊娠的健康孕妇,按照随机数字表法将其分为人工流产组和药物流产组各52例,人工流产组给予无痛人工流产,药物流产组给予米非司酮联合米索前列醇口服,观察比较两组患者治疗后各项指标(阴道出血量、阴道出血时间、月经恢复时间、腹痛持续时间)、治疗后完全流产率以及不良反应发生率。结果:人工流产组治疗后各项指标明显优于药物流产组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);人工流产组完全流产率为98.08%,明显高于药物流产组的80.77%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);人工流产组不良反应发生率为11.54%,明显低于药物流产组的36.54%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:无痛人工流产用于终止早期妊娠的临床效果显著,具有操作简单、出血少、完全流产率高、不良反应少等特点,值得广泛应用。  相似文献
