舞钢市基本公共卫生人员工作满意度及影响因素

目的了解基本公共卫生人员的工作满意度及影响因素。方法设计调查问卷,对舞钢市13家社区卫生服务中心基本公卫人员进行调查。结果工作满意率为71.5%,薪酬待遇满意度得分(2.25分)最高,其次是工作认同度(1.75分)和工作满意度(1.75分),工作环境满意度得分(1.33分)最低;月均工资、年龄、工作地点影响工作满意度。结论应加强基本公共卫生服务队伍建设,建立有效的工作激励机制,提高基层公共卫生人员的工作满意度。

Objective To examine the effect of mouthwash Yupingfeng on the level of salivary epidermal growth factor(sEGF)in ora]lichen planus(OLP).Methods The level of sEGF Was measured by mdioimmunoassay with ligand 125I-EGF.The saliva samples were taken from the normal control group and the OLP patients before and after treatment with Yupingfeng.Results The levels of sEGF in OLP patients before treatment with Yupingfeng were(4.09±3.64)μg/L,which was significantly hisher than that in normal control[(2.15±1.62)μg/L,P=0.013],and(2.57±1.19)μg/L after treatment,which was significantly lower than before treatment(P=0.05).Condusions Yupingfeng can modulate the level of sEGF in OLP patients.

蒲地蓝可炎宁牙膏治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床研究

目的研究蒲地蓝可炎宁牙膏治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的有效性和安全性。方法将轻型复发性阿弗他患者引用随机、双盲、平行对照的临床试验方法,分为试验组(40例)和对照组(入组40例,实际完成39例),分别应用蒲地蓝可炎宁牙膏和空白对照牙膏,2次/d,治疗6 d。比较2组溃疡愈合时间、靶溃疡的愈合率、疼痛指数变化、靶溃疡的面积和渗出、充血程度评分,并记录不良事件。结果用药6 d后,试验组和对照组的靶溃疡愈合率分别为95.00%、51.28%(P<0.05)。50%受试者溃疡愈合在试验组为5 d,对照组为6 d(P<0.05)。两组治疗第6天的疼痛指数评分、靶溃疡的面积、渗出和充血程度评分的比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组均未发生与牙膏有关的不良事件。结论蒲地蓝可炎宁牙膏治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡是安全有效的。     

舞钢市2006年水痘流行病学特征分析

目的了解2006年水痘流行病学特征，为辖区的水痘防治提供科学依据。方法用描述性流行病学方法分析2006年舞钢市传染病网报系统数据库。数据分析采用SPSS13．0整理分析。结果本次共发现水痘病例107例，发病率为3．3／10万。发病年龄在3—14岁之间，发病季节：夏季19例，冬春季88例。夏季发病持续28d。冬春季发病持续60d。poisson分布检验表明发病明显上升从12月8日开始，12月12日达到最高峰，107例均无水痘疫苗接种史。一代病例不详。男女无显著性差异。结论水痘是由水痘-带状疤疹病毒所引起的急性传染病。主要通过直接接触传播和空气飞沫传播。提高学校、家长、医院有关人员的警觉性，加强学校幼儿园晨检制度，发现病人早报告、早隔离，提高水痘疫苗的接种率是水痘的重要预防措施。     

转化生长因子β刺激基因22在口腔扁平苔藓组织中的表达及意义

目的探讨转化生长因子β刺激基因22(TGF beta-stimulated clone 22,TSC22)在口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)分子病理机制中的作用方法采用实时荧光定量PCR方法,检测24例口腔扁平苔藓组织,12例正常口腔黏膜组织中TSC22mRNA的表达水平。结果 TSC22mRNA在口腔扁平苔藓病变组织中的表达水平低于正常口腔黏膜组织(P<0.001)。结论 TSC22的异常表达在OLP的发病机制中起到重要作用。

口腔扁平苔藓患者Th1/Th2的表达及临床意义的研究

目的观察Th1型和Th2型细胞因子在口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)外周血中的表达。方法密度梯度离心法分离20例充血糜烂型,16例光滑型OLP病例和19例正常对照组人群的外周血单个核细胞,逆转录-聚合酶链反应法检测各组外周血单个核细胞中IFN-gamma mRNA和IL-4 mRNA的表达;ELISA法检测各组血清中IFN-gamma和IL-4的表达。结果充血糜烂型和光滑型OLP患者中IL-4 mRNA和蛋白的表达均高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而充血糜烂型和光滑型OLP患者中IFN-gamma mRNA和蛋白的表达均低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。但表达结果在充血糜烂型及光滑型OLP患者组间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Th1/Th2失衡表达与OLP发病机制密切相关,为临床治疗OLP提供新的思路。
