The abdominal visceral fat content in obese SD rats induced by high fat diet for 10 weeks was significantly higher than that in control group [(26±6 vs 13±3)g,P<0.01] ,along with increased CRP mRNA expression in abdominal visceral fat (0.901±0.085 vs O. 402±0.036, P<0.01). As compared with normal control group, in the high fat group the concentrations of CRP in portal vein [(743.8±95.8 vs 558.3 ±118.3) mg/L, P<0.01] and peripheral vein[(596.3±38.9 vs 485.8±30.2) mg/L,P<0. 05] were higher. The concentration of CRP in portal vein was significantly higher than that in peripheral vein in high fat diet group(P<0.01) ,but this was not evident in control group. These results suggest that the increased CRP expression in visceral adipose tissue may partially account for the elevation of serum CRP in obesity.  相似文献

目的:探讨不同性别甲状腺功能正常人群促甲状腺素(TSH)与代谢综合征(MS)的关系,为防治提供临床依据。方法:采用横断面研究,选取甲状腺功能正常者10 842例,男7 250例,女3 592例,测量身高、体重、血糖、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、尿酸(UA)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(SCr)及甲状腺功能,计算体重指数(BMI)及预估肾小球滤过率(eGFR),分析TSH与MS 的关系。结果:男、女MS患病率分别为20.1%、9.4%,MS组TSH水平均显著高于非MS组(男P=0.049,女P=0.009)。不同性别人群的TSH按四分位数分组,随着TSH的增加,MS的患病率升高,且符合MS诊断标准的项目数也显著增加(男P=0.05,女P<0.01)。在男性TSH,与年龄、SBP、UA、TG、SCr呈正相关,与HDL-C、eGFR呈负相关;在女性,TSH与年龄、SBP、DBP、UA、TG、LDL-C、TC、SCr、BMI呈正相关,与HDL-C、eGFR呈负相关。Logistic回归分析,校正年龄、尿酸、血糖、血脂后,男性TSH是MS的独立危险因素(P=0.043)。结论:在甲状腺功能正常的人群,尤其是男性人群中,TSH水平升高可能增加MS的患病风险,进而增加心血管疾病的发生风险  相似文献

高脂饲料喂养10周的SD肥胖大鼠腹部内脏脂肪含量明显高于对照组[(26±6 vs 13±3)g,P<0.01],高脂组大鼠腹部内脏脂肪中C反应蛋白(CRP)mRNA水平较对照组高(0.901±0.085 vs 0.402+0.036,P<0.01),高脂组门静脉[(743.8±95.8 vs 558.3±118.3)ms/L,P<0.01]和外周静脉血清CRP浓度[(596.3±38.9 vs 485.8±30.2)mg/L,P<0.05]均高于对照组.高脂组门静脉血清CRP浓度显著高于外周静脉(P<0.01),但对照组差异无统计学意义.提示腹部内脏脂肪产生的CRP可能是肥胖者循环CRP的重要来源之一.  相似文献

目的比较2型糖尿病患者在不同降糖方案转换前后各项临床指标的变化。方法在基线随访采用胰岛素治疗,后改用口服降糖药(OAD)治疗的为胰岛素改为OAD组(n=40);在基线随访采用口服降糖药治疗,后加用胰岛素治疗的称为OAD加用胰岛素组(n=100)。所有患者至少有3次随访(基线随访,转换随访和末次随访),每次随访均检测体质量、空腹血糖(FPG)和餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血脂及空腹C肽。结果 (1)胰岛素改为OAD组患者发病年龄较轻,糖尿病病程较短,HbA1c水平较高,与OAD加用胰岛素组患者相比差异均有统计学意义。(2)OAD加用胰岛素组中,患者转换随访与基线随访相比,FPG、2hPG、HbA1c差异无统计学意义;三酰甘油(TG)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平降低(P均<0.05);患者末次随访与转换随访相比,FPG、HbA1c、总胆固醇(TC)下降(P均<0.05)。2hPG较前下降,但差异无统计意义。(3)胰岛素改为OAD组中,患者转换随访与基线随访相比,FPG、2hPG差异无统计学意义;HbA1c、TC、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)降低(P均<0.05);患者末次随访与转换随访相比,体质量下降(P<0.05),FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、空腹C肽水平、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C差异无统计学意义。结论发病年龄较轻且病程较短的2型糖尿病患者,使用胰岛素后改OAD治疗仍可有效控制血糖水平;发病年龄较大且病程较长的2型糖尿病患者,OAD治疗控制不佳时加用胰岛素治疗可有效控制血糖水平。  相似文献

代谢综合征主要包括一系列代谢危险因素,即腹部肥胖、血脂紊乱、高血压和糖耐量异常。大量的研究表明,代谢综合征患者发生糖尿病和心血管疾病的风险也显著增加。其主要病因学基础为炎症、腹部肥胖和糖脂代谢紊乱。研究表明,增加饮食中n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(n-3 PUFAs)的摄入可以显著改善代谢综合征的糖脂代谢异常、炎症反应和肥胖状态。  相似文献

目的探讨亚临床甲状腺功能减退(甲减)对老年2型糖尿病视网膜病变的影响及他汀类药物对视网膜病变的影响。方法纳入400例≥65岁的老年2型糖尿病患者,其中亚临床甲减45例,甲状腺功能(甲功)正常组共355例。筛查患者糖尿病视网膜病变。观察2组间糖尿病视网膜病变发生率的差异,并初步探讨不同甲功状态对糖尿病视网膜发病的影响,同时观察他汀对糖尿病视网膜病变的影响。结果亚临床甲减组糖尿病视网膜病变的发生率相较于甲功正常组显著下降,但在排除他汀的影响后,上述2组间的差异无统计学意义;logistic回归分析提示他汀对于老年糖尿病合并亚临床甲减人群糖尿病视网膜病变有独立保护作用。结论亚临床甲减与老年2型糖尿病视网膜病变的发生无明确相关,他汀类药物对老年2型糖尿病合并亚临床甲减患者视网膜病变的发生起保护作用。  相似文献
