目的 分析1999-2018年黔南州居民骨肉瘤发病特征及变化趋势,为制定防治措施提供参考依据。方法 提取黔南州肿瘤登记处系统中1999-2018年新发骨肉瘤病例发病信息进行性别、年龄分析,计算发病率、中国标化发病率(中标率)、世界标化发病率(世标率)、年龄别发病率和年均变化百分比(APC)等。并对黔南州不同民族骨肉瘤患者病理类型分布特征进行统计分析。结果 1999-2018年黔南州居民新发骨肉瘤237例(男性147例,女性90例),发病率为3.66/100万(男性4.39/100万,女性2.87/100万),中标率2.49/100万(男性2.76/100万,女性2.17/100万),世标率为2.90/100万(男性3.45/100万,女性2.35/100万)。发病率在9岁以前处于较低水平,9岁以后迅速升高,10~19岁年龄段达到峰值14.97/100万(男性16.03/100万,女性12.85/100万),20岁以后迅速下降,60岁以上年龄段发病率逐渐减低,男、女年龄别发病率变化趋势基本一致。237例骨肉瘤患者病理诊断主要以常规性骨肉瘤最为常见,占83.54%。布依族骨肉瘤患者病理类型分布与苗族、水族、毛南族、汉族及其他民族骨肉瘤患者比较,差异均有统计学意义(x2值分别为16.125、14.709、12.486、9.613、10.078、28.727,P=0.001)。结论 贵州省黔南州居民20年来骨肉瘤发病率有呈上升趋势,男性、10~29岁年龄段和布依族居民是防治的重点人群。 相似文献

目的:调查研究不同海拔高度官兵的亚健康状态。方法抽取4种海拔(1500、3700、5380、5390 m)的高原边防和后勤官兵共344名,进行康奈尔健康量表测评。测评结果建立数据库,用SPSS 17.0进行数据分析,测量相关数据的前后变化。结果数据结果显示不同海拔高度的官兵健康状况随海拔高度的变化存在差异,而高原边防和后勤官兵的整体健康状况差异不大。结论高原官兵要改善亚健康状态,应该从思想教育,心理调整和保障制度等多方面着手,切实保障官兵健康和提高部队战斗力。 相似文献

[目的]浅析陕西省名中医贾成文教授经筋、皮部理论并用,辅以古典傍针刺法、古典温补手法"烧山火",从虚从寒论治肩痹的经验。[方法]通过跟随贾教授日常临诊,收集整理贾教授工作室的临床病例资料,查阅肩痹相关文献,总结贾教授针刺治疗肩痹的学术思想和临床经验,并附临证医案。[结果]贾教授认为肩痹多从虚从寒论治,再根据经筋、皮部理论,选取腕踝针相应分区内的进针点及经筋交汇处作为针刺进针点,辅以"以痛为输,已知为度"的治疗经筋病的傍针刺法及"治寒以温"的"烧山火"温补手法。本文所举实例,为笔者临床跟师之际,贾教授诊疗肩痹时先治以腕踝针,再在相应穴位施以"烧山火"手法及傍针刺法,所得疗效显著。[结论]贾教授以虚寒理论作为指导思想,运用经筋、皮部理论,结合古典针刺手法,在临床治疗肩痹过程中方法独特,疗效显著,值得临床推广。 相似文献

目的评估扬州市沿江地区血吸虫病传播的潜在风险,为江滩地区传播阻断后监测体系的构建提供依据。方法在扬州市沿江的广陵、邗江、江都、仪征和开发区5个区(市)开展水体血吸虫感染性、水上流动传染源、江滩保虫宿主和野粪污染情况调查,评估和分析江滩地区血吸虫病传播阻断后的潜在传播因素与风险特征。结果 2015年,在扬州市沿江地区确定15个重点水域,共投放哨鼠1 500只,饲养后总存活率为99.33%;解剖哨鼠1 490只,未查到阳性哨鼠。共检查水上流动人员5 576名,未查到粪检阳性病人;共检查家畜3 566头(只),其中牛171头、羊1 895只、猪1 500头,未查到病畜。2016年1-3月在8块江滩共投放3 200只鼠夹,在6块江滩捕获野鼠62只,野鼠捕获率为1.94%,未发现感染血吸虫的野鼠;在7块江滩检获新鲜野粪35份,其中牛粪11份、羊粪17份、狗粪2份、其他野粪5份,分别占31.43%、48.57%、5.71%和14.29%,对检获的野粪进行检测,未查出阳性野粪。结论扬州市沿江地区血吸虫病传播风险较低,但江滩放养的牛、羊等家畜粪便所致污染是疫情发生的重大隐患。 相似文献

Objective:To do mapping and modeling of conformational B cell epitope regions of highly conserved and protective regions of three merozoitecandidate vaccine proteins of Plasmodium vivax(P.vivax),ie.merozoite purface protein-1(PvMSP-1),apical membrane antigen-1 domainⅡ(PvAMA1-DⅡ)and regionⅡof the Duffy binding protein(PvDBPⅡ).and to analyze the immunogenie properties of these predicted epitopes.Methods:3-D structures of amino acid haplotypes from Sri Lanka(available in GeneBank)of PvMSP-1_(19)(n=27),PvAMA1-DⅡ(n=21)and PvDBPⅡ(n=33)were modeled.SEPPA,selected as the best online server was used for conformational epitope predictions,while prediction and moodeling of protein structuve and properties related to immunogenicity was carried out with Geno3D server.SCRATCH Protein Server,NetSurfP Server and standaloneroftware,Genious 5.4.4.Results:SEPPA revealed that regions of predicted conformational epitopes formed 4 clusters in PvMSP-I_(19),and 3 clusters each in PvAMA1-DⅡand PvDBPⅡ,all of which displayed a high degree of hydrophilicity,contained solveut exposed residues,displayed high probability of antigenicity and showed positive antigenic propensity values,that indicated high degree of immunogenicity.Conclusions:Findings of this study revealed and confirmed that different parts of the sequences of each of the conserved regions of the three selected potential vaccine candidate antigens of P.vivax are important with regard to conformational epitope prediction that warrants further laboratory experimental invertigations in in vivo animal models. 相似文献

OBJECTIVES: To evaluate the microtensile bond strength (MTBS) of self-etch (with or without H(3)PO(4)-etching) and total-etch bonding systems bonded to different regions of dentin. METHODS: Long flat dentin cavity preparations extending from top-crown to root-apex within the same tooth were performed and bonded: using two-step (Clearfil SE Bond/SEB, Resulcin Aqua Prime/RES) and one-step (Etch & Prime 3.0/EP, One-Up Bond F/OUB, Prompt L-Pop/PLP, Solist/SOL and Futurabond/FUT) self-etch adhesives; these same adhesives were also applied following H(3)PO(4)-etching of dentin and finally two more groups were bonded with total-etch adhesives (Single Bond/SB and Prime & Bond NT/PBNT). Build-ups of resin composite were constructed incrementally to ensure sufficient bulk for the MTBS test and the different regions of dentin were identified by painting with different colours on the top of the resin composite. Specimens were sliced into beams and tested in tension. ANOVA and multiple comparisons tests were used (p<0.05). RESULTS: Regardless of the tested dentin region, SEB attained the highest MTBS to smear layer-covered surfaces (i.e., coronal dentin: 42.7MPa), while H(3)PO(4)-etching of dentin hampered bonds (i.e., coronal dentin: 27.7MPa). When bonding with PBNT, SB, RES, EP, PLP, SOL and FUT, MTBS was similar for different dentin regions. H(3)PO(4)-etching of dentin did not alter the attained MTBS. SIGNIFICANCE: SEB yielded the highest MTBS to all regions of dentin. When bonding to parallel-cut dentin, previous H(3)PO(4)-etching of dentin did not increase MTBS and differences in bond strength among dentin regions were absent. 相似文献

Background: Immediate or early loading of implants placed in maxillas and posterior mandibles has been a concern as bone density is often low in these areas, making it difficult to establish good initial implant stability. By adapting implant design and insertion protocols, however, high initial implant stability may be achieved in these regions. Further, a modified implant surface texture has been proved to help in maintaining stability during the initial healing period. Purpose: The aim of the present study was to investigate the clinical performance of oxidized titanium implants (TiUnite?, Nobel Biocare AB, Gothenburg, Sweden) when used for early function in the maxilla and in the posterior mandible, locations where the bone density often is low. A further aim was to evaluate the marginal bone level at oxidized implants and compare it with that of machined‐surface implants used in a previous study. Materials and Methods: Thirty‐one patients were consecutively included in the study, and 37 edentulous areas in maxillas and posterior mandibles were treated. Bruxism and uncontrolled periodontal disease were exclusion criteria. Temporary prostheses were generally placed within 9 days but not after 16 days from implant placement. A previous study applying the same study design and clinical protocol but using machined‐surface implants was used for comparisons. Results: Of the 111 implants installed, 1 failed, giving an overall survival rate of 99.1% after 18 months. The prosthesis survival was 100%. The marginal bone resorption was 0.8 mm (standard deviation ISD], 1.0), as opposed to 1.6 mm (SD, 1.3) in the previous study with machined‐surface implants, but was not statistically significantly different (p= .10). Conclusion: The present clinical protocol (aiming at high primary stability) and the use of oxidized titanium implants for early functional loading in the maxilla and the posterior mandible resulted in a high implant survival rate and a favorable marginal bone level during a follow‐up of 18 months. The difference in marginal bone resorption between the oxidized implants in the present study and the machined implants from a previous investigation with the same study design was not statistically significant. 相似文献

目的 考察不同产地红参中铁(Fe)、锰(Mn)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、硒(Se)、铅(Pb)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)和镉(Cd)9种无机元素的含量差异。方法 采用微波消解技术及电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定28批不同产地红参中9种无机元素含量,并采用SPSS 22.0软件进行聚类分析。结果 不同产地红参Fe、Mn、Zn含量均较高,Se含量极低,有害元素Pb、As、Hg、Cd、Cu含量均符合《中国药典》限量标准。28批样品聚类为两类。结论 不同产地红参均富含Fe、Mn、Zn,其重金属及有害元素污染程度小,安全性相对较好。不同产地红参Fe、Zn、Cu、Se、As元素含量差异性均较小,Mn、Pb、Hg、Cd元素差异性较大。 相似文献
