 Histochemically demonstrable activity of a serine proteinase was detected in the penetration glands of Hymenolepis diminuta hexacanths. At the optimal pH of 8.4 the enzyme hydrolyzed N-blocked l-aminoacyl- and N-blocked l-peptidyl-naphthylamides bearing l-arginine at the P1 subsite. The proteinase did not require either Ca2+ or Mg2+ for its activity and was insensitive to 1 mM EGTA and 1 mM EDTA. Organic fluorophosphates inhibited it, whereas thiol-blocking compounds did not. At operative pH values of 4.8 and 3.8 generated during electrophoresis in a stacking and a resolving gel, respectively, the proteinase migrated toward the cathode. When examined for proteolytic activity at the optimal pH of 8.4, the separated enzyme produced a single band of gelatinolysis in a gelatin-containing polyacrylamide gel. During in vitro maintenance of the hexacanths, the secretion from their penetration glands formed a mucous cyst surrounding the individual larvae. The cyst was resistant to and protected the hexacanths from the proteolytic activity of trypsin, papain, and proteinases extracted from the gut of the beetle Tenebrio molitor (the host). Hexacanths extracted from the hemocoel of T. molitor at 24 and 48 h after infection were surrounded by similar mucous cysts. 目的 了解现阶段医科学生的需要倾向和性格特点,为改进医学生素质教育提供客观依据。方法 采用爱德华个性偏向量表和艾森克个性问卷进行团体问卷调查。结果 本组医学生前五位需要倾向依次是成就需要、异性需要、求助需要、秩序需要、持久需要。男生与女生在异性、支配、省察、变异等四种需要倾向存在显著差异。爱德华个性偏向量表与艾森克个性问卷的多项评定结果相关。结论 本组医学生的需要倾向存在一定的性别差异。爱德华个性偏向量表与艾森克个性问卷的相关结果研究证明,心理训练对于大学生素质教育具有实际意义.  相似文献

目的了解军校研究生的心理需要特点,为有针对性地开展军校研究生心理教育和素质培养提供参考。方法采用整群抽样,在某军校选取硕博士研究生被试181名,采用爱德华个人偏好量表(EPPS)对被试进行心理需要倾向的团体测试。结果共获得156份可靠数据。(1)军校研究生前五位的需要倾向分别为:秩序需要(76.16±21.78)分、顺从需要(69.11±25.81)分、成就需要(66.10±27.59)分、坚持需要(61.25±26.12)分、支配需要(61.05±29.48)分;(2)硕博士研究生在成就和谦卑需要上评分差异有统计学意义(t=-1.996、3.027,P0.05或0.01);(3)不同生源性质的研究生在顺从需要、求助需要、谦卑需要和异性恋需要评分上差异均有统计学意义(F=3.976~7.079,P0.05或0.01)。结论军校博士研究生有较高的成就需要,硕士研究生则更加谦卑;不同生源性质的军校研究生表现出不同的顺从、求助、谦卑和异性恋需要特点;部队在职干部研究生的高求助需要应给予特别关注。  相似文献

目的:了解现阶段心理咨询师的需要特点和性格特点。方法:采用爱德华个性偏向量表(EPPS)和艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)对117名心理咨询师进行调查。结果:咨询师的学历对各种需要倾向都没有明显影响(P〉0.05)。但需要有一定的性别和年龄差异,男性咨询师在自主、支配需要上的得分显著高于女性咨询师(P〈0.05);随着年龄的增高,顺从、扶助需要有逐渐增高的倾向(P〈0.01,P〈0.05),而表现需要则有逐渐降低的倾向(P〈0.01)。咨询师较低的需要倾向是攻击、表现、顺从、谦卑、异性恋,较高的需要倾向是省察、扶助、变异。咨询师的性格特点表现为高外倾性、低精神质。EPQ与EPPS的多项评定结果相关。结论:大部分被调查的咨询师的优势需要与该职业应具备的人格特征基本一致。  相似文献

Steady state kinetic studies on the reaction between esterase E-II from the venom of Bitis gabonica and the fluorogenic substrates, N-α-benzoyl-l-phenylalanyl-l-valyl-l-arginine-4-methylcoumaryl-7 and N-α-benzoyl-l-arginine-4-methylcoumaryl-7-amide were found to deviate from Michaelis-Menten kinetics. Analysis of algebraic graphs and application of non-linear regression allowed an empirical rate law to be selected. The results revealed a rate equation of at least third degree at pH values above 7.0 and of 2:2 degree in the pH range 6–7. The data were interpreted in terms of a molecular model involving an enzyme with one catalytic site and several auxiliary or regulatory sites which, through cooperative effects, may either activate or inhibit the enzyme. Substrate activation is observed at low substrate values and might follow from an obligatory order of binding involving two of the sites, the modifier substrate molecule binding before the substrate molecule undergoing transformation to products. Inhibitory sites apparently become available only at alkaline pH. The inhibition is only noted at high substrate concentrations and is of the partial type.  相似文献
