目的:探讨EB病毒(EBV)感染与非鼻咽部T细胞淋巴瘤的关系。方法:用单克隆抗体UCHL-1、L26及EB病毒编码的潜在膜蛋白-1(LMP-1),免疫组化染色确定肿瘤的免疫表型及EB病毒转化蛋白的表达。采用原位杂交方法检测EBV编码的EBERs。结果:21例非鼻咽部T细胞淋巴瘤EBERs5例阳性的(23.8%),其中给内淋巴瘤3例,肺和胃肠淋巴瘤各1例。阳性细胞约占肿瘤细胞的10%~70%。5例EBERs阳性病例中仅1例表达LMP-1,为结内淋巴瘤。结论:非鼻咽部T细胞淋巴瘤可能与EBV的感染有关,LMP-1的阳性率较EBERs低。 相似文献

A 5-year-old Iranian fat-tailed sheep was referred to the Veterinary Clinic of Shiraz University in September 2003 with a history of emaciation, fever, decreased appetite, lethargy and cough. Small cutaneous and subcutaneous nodules were palpable, especially under the ribs on both sides of the thorax. Discrete cutaneous plaques and large scabby lesions were also observed. Very large mammary gland lymph nodes were noticed on palpation. Haematological and serum biochemical values were estimated through standard haematological and biochemical techniques. In this case a normocytic–normochromic anaemia, leukocytosis and lymphocytosis were found. The concentrations of blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine, cholesterol and the activities of aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT) were higher than the values reported for sheep. Necropsy findings revealed that the lymph nodes were affected in most organs. Malignant lymphoma in the kidney, heart, spleen, mammary glands, liver and bone marrow was observed. The histopathological appearance of the affected tissues varied considerably, depending upon the degree of tumour infiltration. According to the history, clinical signs, laboratory findings, necropsy findings and histopathological examination the case was diagnosed as chronic lymphocytic leukaemia and lymphoma. 相似文献

Background: Laparoscopic surgery has been successfully applied to several gastrointestinal procedures. Although the totally laparoscopic
gastrectomy is feasible, tactile sensation and manipulation of the organ as well as the lesion are decreased when compared
to open surgery. The Dexterity Pneumo Sleeve is a new device which allows the surgeon to insert a hand into the abdominal
cavity while preserving the pneumoperitoneum. This device was used for patients who underwent laparoscopic gastric surgery.
Methods: The first patient presented with a non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the stomach. A laparoscopically assisted distal gastrectomy
was performed with Roux-en-Y reconstruction. The second patient had a 5-cm leiomyoma involving the greater curve of the stomach,
and this device was used for manipulation of the tumor. The last patient suffered from morbid obesity with its associated
medical complications and a ventral hernia. The Sleeve was applied at the hernia site and a laparoscopically assisted gastric
bypass was performed.
Results: The Pneumo Sleeve was useful in these cases for tactile localization of the tumor and for retraction and manipulation of
the stomach and surrounding upper abdominal organs.
Conclusions: The utilization of this device resulted in a more easily performed dissection, resection, and anastomosis and was felt to
decrease operation time.

目的:探讨原发于鼻腔和鼻窦的T/NK恶性淋巴瘤的临床特点。方法:对18例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:鼻腔和鼻窦的T/NK淋巴瘤首发症状不典型,多为鼻塞、涕血、局部肿胀及发热等,临床误诊率高;高分期及高侵袭性淋巴瘤预后差。结论:鼻腔鼻窦的T/NK淋巴瘤是结外非霍奇金恶性淋巴瘤(NHL)的一个独特类型,首发症状多样,临床上应注意对该病的认识,防止误诊;预后有赖于病理分型和临床分期。 相似文献

本文收集了我省十年(1974—1983)来诊断为恶性淋巴瘤的病例,按免疫功能分类复查了全部切片,最后确诊为非何杰金氏恶性淋巴瘤(NHL)528例,进行了分析。本组NHL在首发部位、类型分布等方面与国内外有所不同。本组NHL首发于淋巴结外的占64.02%,明显高于国内其它省、市,而滤泡型淋巴瘤则低于国内多数地区。T细胞淋巴瘤占14.84%,较国内、外均低。并提出提高制片质量和广泛开展及应用免疫学技术的重要性。 相似文献

目的 分析眼附属器淋巴组织增生性病变的临床病理特点,探讨其分子遗传学特征及其意义.方法 收集1995-2007年37例眼附属器淋巴组织增生性病变石蜡组织标本(其中5例为反应性增生性病变,32例为淋巴瘤),依据2001年WHO肿瘤分类标准对32例淋巴瘤标本重新诊断分类.采用IgH、MALT1、bcl-6、c-Mye、bcl-2、CCND1、bcl-10、FOXP1双色分离重排探针、IgH/bcl-2双色融合易位探针和18号染色体着丝粒探针,利用间期荧光原位杂交(FISH)的方法 检测眼附属器淋巴组织增生性病变的分子遗传学特点.结果 32例淋巴瘤均为非霍奇金B细胞淋巴瘤.其中,黏膜相关淋巴组织结外边缘区B细胞淋巴瘤(MALT)淋巴瘤28例(87.5%),滤泡性淋巴瘤2例,弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤2例.60.7%(17/28)的眼附属器MALT淋巴瘤携带分子遗传学异常.其中,IgH基因断裂1例,但未找到与其发生相互易位的伙伴基因;基因3拷贝者16例,其中MALT1基因、bcl-6基因和c-Myc基因3拷贝的发生率分别为25%(7/28)、43%(12/28)和7%(2/28).16例基因3拷贝病例中,两种基因3拷贝合并存在者5例,其中bcl-6基因合并MALT1基因3拷贝者4例,bcl-6基因合并c-Myc基因3拷贝者1例.进一步研究显示,MALT1基因3拷贝者均存在18号染色体三体.2例滤泡性淋巴瘤都携带t(14;18)(q32;q21)/IgH-bcl-2.2例弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤均存在遗传学异常,1例表现为bcl-6基因3拷贝合并18号染色体三体,另1例表现为bcl-6基因3拷贝合并IgH和c-Myc基因双断裂.5例反应性淋巴组织增牛性标本均未见分子遗传学异常.结论 MALT淋巴瘤是眼附属器最常见的淋巴瘤类型;间期FISH有助于淋巴组织增生性病变的良恶性鉴别及淋巴瘤的分类;MALTI基因3拷贝者由18号染色体三体所致;18号染色体三体和bcl-6基因3拷贝(可能为3号染色体三体所致)是眼附属器MALT淋巴瘤常见的分子遗传学异常. 相似文献

目的:分析梯度浓度的干扰素(IFN-α)对Burkitt淋巴瘤细胞株Daudi和T细胞淋巴瘤细胞株Jurkut及15例难治性淋巴瘤患者的直接作用。方法:以MTT法测定梯度浓度的IFN-α对两种淋巴瘤细胞株Daudi、Jurkat增殖作用的影响,以DNA末端标记法,流式细胞术,电镜观察测定IFN-α对淋巴瘤细胞的凋亡诱导作用,并采用瘤内注射IFN-α联合化疗治疗15例耐药的难治性淋巴瘤。结果:低浓度亚IFN-α对DaudiJurkat细胞增殖无明显抑制作用,高浓度IFN(10000U/ml)可显著抑制两种细胞增殖,且有时间相关性。高浓度的IFN-α可诱导淋巴瘤细胞凋亡。15例患者CR5例,PR7例,有效率80%,无明显毒副作用。结论:IFN-α可抑制淋巴瘤细胞增殖,诱导凋亡,有显著时间,剂量依赖性。局部应用IFN-α联合化疗是治疗难治性淋巴瘤的有效方法之一。 相似文献

Summary A rate on autopsy of up to 30% systemic fungal infections and difficulties in diagnosing systemic mycosis antemortem have led to the empiric use of amphotericin B in patients with hematological malignancies, prolonged fever, and neutropenia. Routine empiric antifungal treatment was initiated in our institution in 1982. Amphotericin B was given to granulocytopenic patients with hematological malignancies with (a) unremitting fever after 48–72 h of antibiotic treatment, (b) recurrent fever during antibiotic treatment, or (c) with newly detected pulmonary infiltrates, sinusitis, skin and retinal lesions suggestive of a fungal infection. With this approach the rate of systemic fungal infections decreased significantly from 10% (27 of 270 patients; 1973–1981) to 4% (6 of 153 patients; 1982–1986,P<0.02). The reduction of systemic fungal infections was most prominent in patients with acute myelogenous leukemia, where its proportion decreased from 16% (16 of 98 patients; 1973–1981) to 4% (2 of 50 patients; 1982–1986,P<0.023). Our data support the hypothesis that the incidence of systemic fungal infections in patients with hematological malignancies and especially in acute myelogenous leukemia can be reduced significantly by empirical treatment with amphotericin B. 相似文献

Comparative genomic hybridization (CGH) analyses have detected gains of copy number on 13q, especially at 13q31-q32, in cell
lines and primary cases of various types of lymphoma. Since amplification of chromosomal DNA is one of the mechanisms that
can activate tumor-associated genes, and because 13q amplification had been reported in various other types of tumors as well,
we attempted to define by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) a common region at 13q31-q32 in which to explore genes
that might be targets for the amplification events. Although the commonly amplified region we defined was relatively large
(approximately 4 Mb), only one true gene, GPC5, was found there. GPC5 was over-expressed in lymphoma cell lines that had shown amplification, in comparison with those that had not. Our findings
suggest that GPC5 is a likely target for amplification, and that over-expression of this gene may contribute to development and/or progression
of lymphomas and other tumors. 相似文献
