肌电图对腰神经后根节段定位作用的实验研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的:探讨应用肌电图行大鼠腰神经后根节段定位的方法。方法:通过电生理的方法,依次电刺激L3 ̄L5脊神经后根,分别记录大鼠双侧下肢主要肌肉的肌电图像,测量最早出现的感觉神经动作电位(SNAP)最大波幅值。结果:刺激L3脊神经后根,于股四头肌记录到的波幅峰值(480.8±255.9μV)显著高于其它各组肌肉(P<0.01)。刺激L4脊神经后根,于下肢四组肌肉记录到的CMAP最大波幅平均值均>100μV,其中在股四头肌(305.2±131.5μV)、胫骨前肌(340.2±310.4μV)记录到的波幅峰值显著高于在股二头肌(142.4±144.7μV)、腓肠肌(138.2±127.6μV)记录到的波幅峰值(P<0.01)。刺激L5脊神经后根,于股二头肌(377.5±264.4μV)、腓肠肌(168.4±126.7μV)记录到的波幅峰值显著高于其它各肌群记录到的波幅峰值(P<0.01)。结论:电刺激不同脊神经后根,在大鼠下肢不同肌肉记录到的SNAP的波幅峰值存在差异,综合分析记录到的SNAP的波幅峰值,可作为腰神经后根节段定位的参考。  相似文献

 We investigated the time course of the amplitude specification of rapid bimanual reversal movements (lateral displacements on two digitizers). To this end we used the timed-response paradigm in which the response has to be initiated synchronously with an auditory signal. Information about the required amplitudes was presented at various times before the synchronization signal. Consistent with previous results, the progression of amplitude specification was reflected in the dependence of the amplitudes of the reversal movements on the time interval between amplitude information and synchronization signal. Same or different amplitudes for the hands were used to examine cross-talk at the programming level of the two-level model of intermanual interference. The results indicate the existence of cross-talk in particular at short intervals between information about amplitude and movement initiation. This is consistent with the notion that cross-talk between concurrent processes of amplitude specification is transient and vanishes as the time available for motor programming increases. Small doses (10 and 20 mg/kg) of L-DOPA inhibited the amplitude of the visual evoked response (VER), while large doses (40 and 80 mg/kg) enhanced it. Though low doses (12.5 and 25 mg/kg) of L-5-HTP caused a slight increase in amplitude of the VER, the simultaneous administration of 12.5 mg/kg of L-5-HTP and 10 mg/kg of L-DOPA produced a marked enhancement. The peak latency was prolonged after the injection of any doses of L-DOPA, L-5-HTP, or both.  相似文献

The relation between movement amplitude and the strength of interlimb interactions was examined by comparing bimanual performance at different amplitude ratios (1:2, 1:1, and 2:1). For conditions with unequal amplitudes, the arm moving at the smaller amplitude was predicted to be more strongly affected by the contralateral arm than vice versa. This prediction was based on neurophysiological considerations and the HKB model of coupled oscillators. Participants performed rhythmic bimanual forearm movements at prescribed amplitude relations. After a brief mechanical perturbation of one arm, the relaxation process back to the initial coordination pattern was examined. This analysis focused on phase adaptations in the unperturbed arm, as these reflect the degree to which the movements of this arm were affected by the coupling influences stemming from the contralateral (perturbed) arm. The thus obtained index of coupling (IC) reflected the relative contribution of the unperturbed arm to the relaxation process. As predicted IC was larger when the perturbed arm moved at a larger amplitude than did the unperturbed arm, indicating that coupling strength scaled with movement amplitude. This result was discussed in relation to previous research regarding sources of asymmetry in coupling strength and the effects of amplitude disparity on interlimb coordination.  相似文献

As a means for assessing cardiac function, electrical field plethysmography (EFP) has been shown to have some features quite different from electrical impedance plethysmography (EIP). Here the two techniques are compared by using the two systems simultaneously on a subject and also with independent use in different electrode configurations. The results conform with the view that EIP is related primarily to volumetric changes of the aorta, whereas EFP is affected predominantly by changes in cardiac dimensions and orientation. Because of this difference, the standard time differential formula used for EIP is not applicable for the computation of cardiac output from the EFP waveforms. An alternative method of computation based on the amplitude of the EFP waveform is suggested.  相似文献

Two deafferented patients and several control subjects participated in a series of experiments to investigate how accurate single-joint movements are programed, spatially calibrated, and updated in the absence of proprioceptive information. The deafferented patients suffered from a permanent and severe loss of large sensory myelinated fibers below the neck. Subjects performed, with and without vision, sequences of forearm supinations and pronations with two temporal delays between each movement (0 s and 8 s). Overall, the lack of proprioception did not yield any significant decrease in movement accuracy when vision was available. Without vision, the absence of proprioceptive afferents yielded (1) significantly larger spatial errors, (2) amplitude errors similar to those of control subjects, and (3) a significant drift when an 8-s delay was introduced between two successive movements. Subjects also performed, without vision, a 20 supination followed by a 20 pronation that brought back the wrist to the starting position. On some trials, the supination was blocked unexpectedly by way of a magnetic brake. When the supination was blocked, subjects were already on the second target and no pronation was required when the brake was released. The defferented patients, unaware of the procedure, always produced a 20 pronation. These data confirm that deafferented patients were not coding a final position. It rather suggests that they coded an amplitude and translated the spatial distance between the two targets in a corresponding force pulse. Overall, the results highlight the powerful and key role of proprioceptive afferents for calibrating the spatial motor frame of reference.  相似文献

Subjects were required to make a saccade to a target appearing randomly 4° to the left or right of the current fixation position (1280 trials per experiment). Location cues were used to direct visual attention and start saccade preparation to one of the two locations before target onset. When the cue indicated the target location (valid trials), the generation of express saccades (visually guided saccades with latencies around 100 ms) was strongly facilitated. When the opposite location was cued (invalid trials), express saccades were abolished and replaced by a population of mainly fast-regular saccades (latencies around 150 ms). This was found with a peripheral cue independently of whether the fixation point was removed before target onset (gap condition; experiment 1) or remained on throughout the trial (overlap condition; experiment 2). The same pattern also was observed with a central cue that did not involve any visual stimulation at a peripheral location (experiment 3). In the case where the primary saccade was executed in response to the cue and the target appeared at the opposite location, continuous amplitude transition functions were observed: starting at about 60–70 ms from target onset onward, the amplitude of the cue-elicited saccades continuously decreased from 4° to values below 1°. The results are explained by a fixation-gating model, according to which the antagonism between fixation and saccade activity gives rise to multimodal distributions of saccade latencies. It is argued that allocation of visual attention and saccade preparation to one location entails a successive disengagement of the fixation system controlling saccade preparation within the hemifield to which the saccade is prepared and a partial engagement of the opposite fixation system.  相似文献

To investigate the discriminative power of pattern-reversal visual evoked potential characteristics (peak latencies and amplitude) and to test whether the addition of visual evoked potential amplitude can increase the power of the visual evoked potential in the diagnosis of multiple sclerosis, we retrospectively studied visual evoked potentials in 59 patients with definite multiple sclerosis and 126 control subjects. Two check sizes (17 and 10) were used. Females had significantly higher amplitudes and shorter latencies than males. N80 latency showed a gradual increase and P100 amplitude a decrease with age. P100 latency was stable between the ages of 20 and 55 years but was increased in childhood and the elderly. The significance of visual evoked potential peak latencies and amplitude in separating the two groups was investigated by means of a (multivariate) discriminant analysis. The visual evoked potential with a pattern of 10 could be measured in 58% of patients with multiple sclerosis. The exclusive use of the P100 amplitude in the discriminant analysis resulted in a percentage of correctly classified cases of 84%, whereas for P100 and N80 latency it was 85% and 90%, respectively. With the 17 pattern, the N80 latency yielded also a higher correct percentage than did the P100 latency. Although N80 latency is, to a greater extent than P100 latency, influenced by age, sex and size of stimulus pattern, when these influences are accounted for, the N80 latency is a more sensitive measure than P100 latency in the classification of multiple sclerosis. 目前我们又进一步提高了检测技术,首次具备了准确标定经络体表线路的手段,对大肠经检测的结果,有四点新发现:①发现三间至阳溪段线路的双线并行线路,由三间分支到阳溪相合;②发现巨骨到天鼎段线路,是由巨骨分为前后二支。前支经缺盆到天鼎,后支由巨骨交会秉风、大椎,绕颈到天鼎与前支会合;③发现扶突到迎香段线路,是由扶突直上,到下颌角前约1.0cm上行,呈弧形弯曲到对侧,经对侧禾到对侧迎香;④发现肺经与大肠经的衔接是由列缺到阳溪与大肠经衔接。  相似文献
