功能独立性评测的信度与效度的初步研究   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
目的在本国的文化背景下,研究功能独立性评测(functionalindependencemeasure,FIM)的重测信度与构想效度。方法使用FIM、Barthelindex(BI)、PULSESADL功能评定量表(PULSES)、运动评估量表(motorasesmentscale,MAS)、残疾分级量表(disabilityratingscale,DRS),对68例患者(脑卒中33例、脑外伤30例、脊髓损伤5例)的残疾进行评定,对18例患者(脑卒中6例、脑外伤7例、脊髓损伤5例)使用FIM作了重复测定,同时收集相关资料如年龄、合并症、性别等。结果FIM的重测信度高(r>0.96,P<0.05)。FIM与BI、MAS、PULSES高度相关(P<0.05),与DRS无关(P>0.05)。结论在我国的文化背景下FIM的重测信度与构想效度高,可以在我国推广使用。  相似文献

Do nurses and other professional helpers normally display much empathy?   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
Empathy, the ability to perceive and reason, as well as the ability to communicate understanding of the other person's feelings and their attached meanings, is held to be a core characteristic of a helping relationship. This paper examines some of the observations that motivated the authors' interest in how registered nurses learn how to offer empathy to clients. First, while empathy is crucial to all helping relationships, professional helpers do not normally offer much empathy. Second, while nurses are meant to provide helping relationships, they do not tend to show much empathy to clients. The relevance of empathy to clinical nursing and the potential consequences of low-empathy nursing for clients is considered. It will be shown that, in the past, a low level of empathy has been reported among the helping professions, including nursing, indicating that many professional helpers are not as helpful as they ought to be. While most studies of empathy in professional relationships are more than a decade old, more recent studies report similar results.  相似文献

目的测量护士工作满意度量表(中文版)的结构效度。方法方便选取北京地区632名医院护士填写护士工作满意度量表,回收完整填写量表512份,回收率80%。应用因子分析的方法测量该量表的结构效度。结果护士工作满意度量表(中文版)的结构由两个主要因子组成,即工作状态(因子1)和工作中的人际关系(因子2)。结论护士工作满意度量表(中文版)具有可接受的结构效度。同时提示在应用研究工具之前,对其结构效度的测量非常必要。  相似文献

目的:探讨Berg平衡量表在脑卒中患者中的构想效度。方法:40例符合入选标准的脑卒中偏瘫患者参与本研究。对患者进行Berg平衡量表、Fugl—Meyer评价表、步行速度和Barthel指数的评价。对测量数据进行项目分析、因素分析和相关性分析,验证Berg平衡量表的因素效度、会聚效度和区分效度。结果:经过因素分析形成包含两个因素,第一个因素测量与静态平衡相关的内容,第二个因素测量与动态平衡相关的内容,两个因素可解释总变异量为70.6%,显示Berg平衡量表具有良好的因素效度。Berg平衡量表得分显著相关于步行速度(rho=O.717,P〈0.001)和Barthel指数得分(rho=O.673,P〈O.001),显示Berg平衡量表具有良好的会聚效度。Berg平衡量表与Fugl—Meyer量表下肢得分之间显著相关(rho=0.655,P〈0.001),而且Fugl—Meyer量表下肢得分≤25分组和得分〉25分组的BBS得分之间比较差异显著(t=2.85,P=-0.007),显示Berg平衡量表具有良好的区分效度。结论:Berg平衡量表在脑卒中患者中具有良好的构想效度。  相似文献

This paper describes the development and psychometric testing of the Family Caregiving Consequences Inventory (FCCI). Data were collected from a convenience sample of 97 families in Taiwan to examine the validity and reliability of the three FCCI scales: frail elder outcomes, caregiver outcomes and family outcomes. Acceptable test-retest and internal consistency reliabilities were found, though inter-rater reliability was unsatisfactory. Criterion-related validity was demonstrated by congruence with home nursing specialists' assessment of family caregiving outcomes. Confirmatory factor analysis with a good overall model fit supported the construct validity of FCCI. However, a poor fit of the internal measurement structure was found for the frail elder outcomes scale and the family outcome scale. Studies with larger samples are needed to further verify the measurement models used here. Nevertheless, in its current form, the FCCI can be used to increase the sensitivity of home care nurses to family caregiving situations and provide an instrument for studies of family caregiving in Taiwan and other countries with similar home care needs.  相似文献

Migraine symptoms and therapy side effects cause significant functional disability that can result in work and productivity losses. Effective, well-tolerated migraine therapy with rapid onset of relief could decrease work and productivity losses. The Migraine Work and Productivity Loss Questionnaire (MWPLQ) evaluates the impact of migraine and migraine therapy on paid work. Data from a randomized, open-label extension study were collected over 3 months. Migraineurs were randomized to either rizatriptan (5HT1B/1D receptor agonist) or their usual migraine therapy. Data were analyzed from 164 patients who experienced at least one work-related migraine. Internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha) for the work difficulty domains ranged from 0.80 to 0.95. Work loss and work difficulty were moderately correlated (r = 0.39-0.58) with migraine severity and functional ability. Differences were found favoring rizatriptan for absenteeism (1.3 vs 2.4 h), effectiveness at work (62% vs 49%), and difficulty with work-related tasks (p < 0.01). The MWPLQ demonstrated favorable measurement characteristics in this study and could be an important research tool for future evaluations of migraine-related work disability.  相似文献

Empowerment has become a widespread concept in various social policy contexts referring to different marginalized groups. Empowerment has also been focused within the mental health field although little empirical research exists. The aim of the present study was to investigate internal consistency and construct validity of the Swedish version of an empowerment scale developed for people with a mental illness, Making Decisions. Ninety-two persons were subject to an interview also comprising assessments of quality of life, needs for care, psychiatric symptoms, psychosocial functioning, aspects of the social network, rejection experiences and attitudes of devaluation/discrimination towards people with mental illness. The results showed that the overall scale and the subscales had a good internal consistency, except for the subscale power–powerlessness. A factor analysis revealed two superordinate factors, self-esteem and activism and community and power, with a satisfactory internal consistency. These two factors showed a good construct validity with expected associations to validation measures. Stigma was most markedly associated with self-esteem and activism, and a higher level of education was most strongly associated with community and power. In conclusion, the Swedish version Making Decisions may well be used in further studies of empowerment among people with a mental illness.  相似文献

目的通过分析用于护士长选拔工作中结构化面试的结构效度和实证效度,提出进一步完善结构化面试测评指标体系的建议。方法运用因素分析法对结构化面试的结构效度进行分析,运用追踪调查问卷法,把已上岗1年后的护士长的工作实绩作为效标,对结构化面试的实证效度进行研究。结果根据因子分析的结果可知,结构化面试通过7个测评要素,主要测查了考生的4种潜在特质,其中每种潜在特质都通过某一测评要素充分体现出来。通过问卷调查可知,用人部门对通过结构化面试选拔任用的护士长的工作表现非常满意,有87.5%的选用护士长被用人部门评价为优秀。结论结构化面试具有较好的结构效度和实证效度,但是测评指标需要进一步修正完善。  相似文献
