蜂胶抗肿瘤活性成分的研究 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
采用溶媒萃取法和硅胶柱层析法从蜂胶中获得了两种具有抗肿瘤活性的组分PPLCC和PPLSE,体外抗肿瘤细胞人肝癌细胞(HepG2)和人口腔癌细胞(KB)试验表明,浓度为50μg/ml的PPLCC和PPLSE对HepG2细胞的抑制率分别达87.4%和35.1%,IC50分别为17.5μg/ml和1151.2μg/ml;对KB细胞的抑制率分别为84.9%和59.8%,IC50分别为21.0μg/ml和33.6μg/ml。结果表明,蜂胶可作为抗肿瘤活性物质的天然来源。 相似文献

Neuroprotective impact of transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) is increasingly recognized in different brain injuries. Propolis exhibits a broad spectrum of biological and pharmacological properties including neuroprotective action. The objective of the investigation was to explore the involvement of TGF-β1 signaling in the neuroprotective mechanism of propolis in I/R rats. In this study, focal cerebral ischemia model was built by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) for 2 h followed by reperfusion. The investigation was carried out on 48 rats that were arranged into four groups (n = 12): the sham group, I/R control group, I/R + propolis (50 mg/kg) group and I/R + propolis (100 mg/kg) group. The results revealed that propolis preserved rats against neuronal injury induced by cerebral I/R. It significantly reduced neurological deficit scores and improved motor coordination and locomotor activity in I/R rats. Propolis antagonized the damage induced by cerebral I/R through suppression of malondialdehyde (MDA) and elevation of reduced glutathione (GSH), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GPx), catalase (CAT), brain-derived neurotropic factor (BDNF) and dopamine levels in the brain homogenates of I/R rats. Other ameliorations were also observed based on reduction of neurodegeneration and histological alterations in the brain tissues. These results also proposed that the neuroprotective effect of propolis might be related to upregulation of TGF-β1 and suppressed matrix metallopeptidase-9 (MMP9) mRNA expression. 相似文献

Objective:To analyze the antioxidant prenylilavonoids in different parts of Macaranga tanarius(M.tanarius)(Euphorbiaceae)including the leaf,petiole,stem,leaflet,flower and fruit(only in female plant),and to evaluate their antioxidant properties.Methods:Methanol extracts of each part of M.tanarius were prepared and five prenylilavonoids in them were quantitatively analyzed using HPLC.The fruits from female plant were further separated into seed,pericarp,and glandular trichome.After the quantitative analyses of prenylflavonoids in each part of M.tanarius,antioxidant activity of the extracts was evaluated by 2,2-diphenyl-l-picryI-hydrazyl(DPPH)radical scavenging assay.Results:The leaf of M.tanarius contained two prenylflavonoids as main components in both male and female plants.Both flowers(male and female)contained five kinds of prenylflavonoids.In the petiole,stem and leaflet of both male and female plants,the prenylflavonoids were not delected or their amounts were very low.Five kinds of prenylflavonoids were detected in the seed,pericarp and glandular trichome of female M.tanarius.In particular,the glandular trichome had the highest level of total prenylflavonoids(235 mg/g of fresh plant).DPPH radical scavenging activity of all parts was more than 30%.Conclusions:We found that different parts of M.tanarius contained antioxidant prenylflavonoids.In particular,not only the glandular trichome but also the leaf contained prenylflavonoids,which indicated that M.tanarius may be developed as a functional plant,because the leaves of this plant can be easily collected. 相似文献

Pollen analysis, total phenols content and antioxidant activity were studied for the first time in Portuguese propolis samples from Bornes and Fundão regions. Total phenols content was determined by colorimetric assay and their amount was of 329 mg/g of GAE in Bornes sample and 151 mg/g of GAE in Fundão propolis. The antioxidant capacity of propolis extracts was assessed through the scavenging effects on DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) and reducing power of iron (III)/ ferricyanide complex assays. A concentration-dependent antioxidative capacity was verified in DPPH and reducing power assays. Low values of EC50 on DPPH scavenging assay were obtained for Bornes and Fundão propolis (of 6.22 μg/mL and 52.00 μg/mL, respectively). For reducing power the values were 9.00 μg/mL, for Bornes propolis, and 55.00 μg/mL, for Fundão propolis. The high activity of propolis from Bornes could be related with their different pollen composition. The results obtained indicate that Portuguese propolis is an important source of total phenols showing antioxidant properties that could be beneficial for human health. 相似文献

目的:了解普通蜂胶及纳米蜂胶对临床常见细菌的体外抑制效应。方法:K-B法测定不同浓度的普通蜂胶或纳米蜂胶对肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌、伤寒沙门菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、普通变形杆菌、大肠杆菌、肠球菌的抑菌作用。琼脂二倍稀释法测定普通蜂胶和纳米蜂胶对苯唑西林敏感金葡菌(MSSA)和耐药金葡菌(MRSA)的MIC。结果:普通蜂胶及纳米蜂胶对上述细菌的生长有一定的抑制作用,以对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用最强,且随着浓度的升高抑制作用增加。除肠球菌和铜绿假单胞菌外,纳米蜂胶体外对上述细菌的抑制作用强于普通蜂胶。普通蜂胶对MSSA和MRSA的MIC50和MIC90均为128μg·ml^-1和256μg·ml^-1;纳米蜂胶对MSSA和MRSA的MIC50和MIC90均为32μg·ml^-1和64μg·ml^-1。结论:蜂胶对多种细菌的生长有抑制作用,纳米蜂胶的抑菌作用强于普通蜂胶。但二者对金葡菌的抑菌作用均明显低于苯唑西林和万古霉素。 相似文献
