目的编制护士"互联网+护理服务"参与行为意愿量表,并进行信效度检验。方法以计划行为理论为框架,采用文献回顾、半结构式访谈法形成量表的条目池;通过专家咨询、项目分析对量表条目进行筛选,初步形成护士"互联网+护理服务"参与行为意愿量表。采用方便抽样法,于2020年10—12月选取江苏省6所医院(2所三级医院、2所二级医院、2所一级医院)的825名护士进行正式调查,检验问卷的信效度。结果护士"互联网+护理服务"参与行为意愿量表包括3个分量表(参与行为态度、主观行为规范、感知行为控制)、8个维度、17个条目。总量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.927、重测信度系数为0.805。护士"互联网+护理服务"参与行为意愿与参与行为的相关系数为0.743(P<0.01)。因子分析提取出8个公因子,累积方差贡献率为72.33%。结论护士"互联网+护理服务"参与行为意愿量表具有较好的信效度,可用于护士"互联网+护理服务"参与行为意愿的评估。 相似文献

AimTo examine the relationship between the nurses’ behavioral intention to use virtual clinical simulation training and study variables, including perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, self-efficacy, technology anxiety, perceived enjoyment and personal innovativeness.BackgroundLittle is known about the nurses’ behavioral intentions behind using virtual clinical simulation training.DesignA cross-sectional study.MethodsA total of 206 registered nurses participated in this survey. Data were collected through online survey from March 20, 2021, to April 2, 2021, since entry into the hospital was strictly controlled due to the COVID-19 outbreak.ResultsStructural equation modeling identified that both perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were the predictors which influenced behavioral intention. Additionally, perceived enjoyment indirectly affected behavioral intention by influencing both perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use.ConclusionThe successful introduction of virtual clinical simulation training depends on nurses’ willingness and acceptance of its use. The findings of this study show that virtual clinical simulation training should be perceived as useful, easy to use and enjoyable to be accepted by nurses. Virtual clinical simulation programs may have the potential to help improve nurses’ clinical skills and competencies in patient care.Tweetable abstractThis study revealed that the usefulness of its contents, ease of use and enjoyment are important to increase nurses' behavioral intention to use virtual clinical simulation training. 相似文献

目的调查临床护士获取信息焦虑程度的现状,并分析信息焦虑程度的影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法进行横断面调查,选取2020年4—6月南京市4家综合性医院的339名临床护士作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查问卷及信息焦虑量表进行调查研究。共发放问卷339份,回收有效问卷324份,有效回收率为95.58%。结果324名临床护士信息焦虑量表总分为(100.96±19.83)分,条目均分为(2.69±0.25)分,各维度条目均分从高到低依次为信息需求、信息利用能力、检索系统质量、信息检索能力、认知类型和知识结构。多重线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、职称、文化程度以及医院等级是影响临床护士信息焦虑程度的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论年龄、职称、文化程度以及医院等级均为临床护士信息焦虑程度的主要影响因素,护理管理者应培养临床护士的信息获取意识,增强其自主获取信息的能力,以此减轻其获取信息的焦虑程度。 相似文献

The Coronavirus pandemic affected patients’ health and heightened stress among the frontline caregivers, especially radiology nurses. Although there is literature on the effects of stress on nurses, there is a gap on interventions to mitigate the impact of stress. There are evidence-based mindful interventions to maintain balance in stressful situations and reduce perceived stress in sports, neuroscience, and positive psychology. Studies show that even brief periods of self-care reduce stress and cortisol levels. Nurses work long hours and have personal, family, and community responsibilities. Nurses may not have the luxury of extra time to devote to self-care. Therefore, this essay summarizes what stress does to the body; the tangible and intangible costs associated with unmanaged stress among nurses. Five self-care micropractices requiring no additional time called NURSE are offered. When practiced consistently, these micropractices can enhance nurses’ well-being, leading to the retention of nursing talent and improved patient care. 相似文献

目的 构建一套科学、系统的护士应用体外膜肺氧合(extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO)技术的核心能力评价指标,为护士的培养、考核和能力评价提供参考依据。 方法 通过文献回顾、半结构式访谈形成护士应用ECMO技术核心能力评价指标初稿,2021年2月—4月,采用德尔菲法对6个省份的25名专家进行问卷函询,运用层次分析法确定各级指标权重。 结果 共开展2轮函询,问卷有效回收率分别为90.00%、92.59%,第2轮函询专家的权威系数为0.886,肯德尔和谐系数为0.205(P<0.001)。最终构建的评价指标包括临床专业知识、临床实践技能、评判性思维能力、专业发展能力、沟通协调能力、管理能力、个人特质7个一级指标、19个二级指标、70个三级指标。 结论 构建的护士应用ECMO技术核心能力评价指标具有较高的科学性和可靠性,对护士的培养、考核和能力评价具有指导意义。 相似文献

ObjectivesThe aim of this study was to investigate high-priority training needs by analysing the perceived importance and self-reported performance of nurses’ delirium care competency.DesignA cross-sectional survey with a convenience sample of 255 Korean intensive care units nurses.SettingIntensive care units in the Republic of Korea.Main outcome measuresIntensive care unit nurses’ delirium care competency.ResultsExploratory factor analysis of the Nurse Delirium Care Competency Scale showed a six-factor structure, which accounted for 67.51% of the variance in nurses’ delirium care competency: management algorithm, prevention, communication, nursing management, assessment, and collaboration. The self-reported performance scores of all six factors were significantly lower than their perceived importance scores. The delirium assessment factor was identified as a high training priority on the importance-performance matrix for new graduate nurses.ConclusionTraining programmes should be developed considering the six delirium care competency factors identified in this study. Further, nurse educators must adopt active educational modalities such as case-based small group learning and simulation-based learning to improve nurse competency in recognising and managing delirium. 相似文献

目的评估病房手工搬运患者护士发生职业性肌肉骨骼疾患(WMSDs)工作场所的MAPO指数,并了解工作场所中WMSDs发生的影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,于2019年3—5月选取某三甲医院26个病区的317名护士为研究对象。以一般资料调查表、MAPO评估方法、米尺为研究工具,采用现场调查和测量法,对病房手工搬运患者护士发生WMSDs工作场所的情况进行综合评估。依据MAPO指数将病区分为红灯、黄灯、绿灯3个风险等级,亮黄灯代表有必要执行中期和长期干预计划,亮红灯意味着必须执行短期干预计划。对病房手工搬运患者护士发生WMSDs的影响因素采用多因素Logistic回归分析。结果本研究共发放问卷317份,回收有效问卷265份,有效回收率为83.6%。265名病房护士中,76.2%(202/265)的护士发生WMSDs。有13个(50.0%,13/26)病区亮红灯,包含158名(59.6%,158/265)护士;6个(23.1%,6/26)病区亮黄灯,包含92名(34.7%,92/265)护士;7个(26.9%,7/26)病区亮绿灯,包含15名(5.7%,15/265)护士。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,MAPO指数和病房分值是病房护士发生WMSDs的影响因素(OR值分别为1.056、1.571;P<0.05)。结论病房护士工作场所发生WMSDs的风险较高,建议从病床类型、床间距、辅助设备、护理人力资源配置和职业防护培训方面入手来减少护士WMSDs的发生。 相似文献

BackgroundEmergency department personnel are exposed to high risk of workplace violence (WPV) and nurses are the main victims. Few researchers have investigated the effects of WPV on job satisfaction and turnover intention among nurses.AimsTo describe WPV, job satisfaction and turnover intention of emergency nurses and clarify the relationship between them.MethodsA cross-sectional study was used to collect data on WPV, job satisfaction and turnover intention among 385 nurses working in emergency department in 13 general hospitals in Beijing. Structural equation modeling was used to test the relationship between them.ResultsAmong them, 89.9% had experienced WPV in the previous year. WPV had short-term and long-term impacts on over 80% of them. The score of job satisfaction and turnover intention was 2.48 ± 0.49, 2.75 ± 0.58 respectively. WPV had significant direct effect on turnover intention (β = 0.105) and job satisfaction (β = −0.161). Job satisfaction had a significant negative effect on turnover intention (β = −0.604) and it mediated the relationship between WPV and turnover intention.ConclusionEmergency nurses in China are at great risk of WPV. Their job satisfaction is low and turnover intention is high. Job satisfaction plays the mediator role between WPV and turnover intention among emergency nurses. 相似文献
