Quantitative determination of serum and plasma haemoglobin using phenothiazines

A reliable high-performance liquid Chromatographic method is presented for the determination of the urinary free catecholamines noradrenaline, adrenaline and dopamine. Urine is purified on a column of immobilized boric acid. Catecholamines are separated by ion-pair reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography and detected electrochemically.The method is suited for routine analysis. It allows the determination of urinary free catecholamines in concentrations as low as 1 μg/l for noradrenaline and adrenaline and 5 μg/l for dopamine. A single analysis can be completed within 1 h. Routine analyses can be carried out in a series of 40 samples within 2 days. The within-assay and between-assay coefficients of variation of the analyses in urine were both 2.9% for noradrenaline, both 5.0% for adrenaline, and 1.9 and 2.1% for dopamine.The Chromatographic properties of the immobilized boric acid were investigated. In particular, the elution pattern of a series of catecholamine metabolites and analogues was determined. Under the conditions used, only basic compounds containing both a vicinal hydroxyl configuration and a primary or secondary amino group adsorb and elute together with the free catecholamines.     

综合评估法在医学生临床能力培养中的应用进展研究

医学生临床能力培养是国内外医学教育界普遍关注的重要问题之一,而健全完善的医学生临床能力综合评估反馈体系是医学生能力培养的关键。本文通过系统的文献回顾诠释在医学生临床能力评价中各评价方法的应用特点,通过对其广泛应用的OSCE、Mini-CEX、360°评价方法的概念、内涵,在医学生临床能力评价中的应用进展以及应用优势的阐述,以期为医学生临床能力综合评估反馈体系的建立提供思路和借鉴。     

360°滚转复位法治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕

目的明确在后半规管平面360°旋转患者对治疗典型的后半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕是否有效。方法回顾分析了46例后半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者,其中25例采用三维滚轮360°滚转复位法进行复位治疗,21例采用Epley手法复位治疗,对其疗效进行比较。结果采用三维滚轮360。滚转复位法治疗的患者中第一次治疗后有23例患者（92％）治愈,2例患者经过第二次治疗治愈;采用Epley手法复位的患者中第一次治疗后有19例患者（91.5％）治愈,2例患者经过第二次治疗治愈。应用X^2检验（α=0.05,X^2=0.1173,P=0.7319）二者的差异没有统计学意义。结论三维滚轮360°滚转复位法能有效的治疗后半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕,其成功率及效果与Epley法一致,且操作简便、舒适度优于传统方法。     

2013-2017年烟台市2717份食品中铅含量检测

目的 了解烟台市17类2717份食品中铅的污染状况。方法 采用随机采样的方法采集烟台市售17类2717份食品,依据国标规定的标准操作程序进行检测。结果 铅总体合格率为99.30%（2698/2717）。谷物及其制品、乳及乳制品、水产品及其制品和蔬菜及其制品的铅超标率分别为4.31%（10/232）、1.78%（4/225）、0.86%（3/348）和0.34%（2/594）。茶叶、调味品和藻类铅含量较高,均值分别为0.38mg/kg、0.30mg/kg、0.27mg/kg;焙烤食品、饮料铅含量较低,均未检出。不同食品亚类间比较,海洋软体动物、动物肝肾、大米、水生类蔬菜、核果类水果和乳粉铅含量较高,均值分别为0.15mg/kg、0.13mg/kg、0.11mg/kg、0.05mg/kg、0.04mg/kg、1.44×10-2mg/kg和0.04mg/kg。不同年度铅检出率基本呈现下降趋势,2013-2017年铅检出率分别为77.05%、73.81%、58.01%、34.97%和29.25%。本地、外地与产地不详样品超标率差异有统计学意义（〖XC五号.EPS;P〗=8.820,P=0.012）;烟台市环渤海区、环黄海区、非沿海区、烟台市不详4个区域样品超标率无统计学意义（〖XC五号.EPS;P〗=7.120,P=0.068） 。结论 烟台市17类食品中铅污染状况较轻,但仍存在一定程度的残留污染。     

以360度反馈法为核心的护士长评价模式的构建

目的探讨以360度反馈法为核心的护士长评价模式的构建。方法制定评价方案和评价标准;选择参与评价对象,并对被评价者进行分级评价。结果 360度反馈法提供了多角度的评价信息,评价结果可进行有效的反馈与利用,有利于调动护士长工作的积极性,促进护士长管理能力和业务能力的提高。     

Minimally Invasive 360° Fusion Using a Combination of INFIX and Minimally Invasive Spinopelvic Fixation by Intraoperative Computed Tomography Navigation for Unstable Pelvic Ring Fracture: A Technical Note

Objective

Fluoroscopy is often used in the surgery of unstable pelvic ring fractures, and improved safety in implant placement is an issue. An anterior subcutaneous pelvic fixator (INFIX) combined with a percutaneous screw has been reported to be a minimally invasive and effective surgical technique for unstable pelvic ring injuries. However, although percutaneous screw fixation is minimally invasive, its indications for fracture fixation and fractures with large fragment displacements in the vertical plane remain controversial. Therefore, this technical note aims to describe a new technique for unstable pelvic ring fractures.

Methods

We describe a 360° fusion of the pelvic ring to treat unstable pelvic ring fractures, including vertical shear pelvic ring fractures, using an intraoperative CT navigation system. Seven patients were treated with 360° fusion for type C pelvic ring fractures. In surgery, after reducing the fracture with external fixation, intraoperative CT navigation is used to perform a 360° fusion with INFIX and minimally invasive surgical spinopelvic fixation (MIS-SPF). We will introduce a typical case and explain the procedure.

Results

A 360° fixation was performed, and no perioperative complications were noted. The mean blood loss was 253.2 ± 141.0 mL, and the mean operative time was 224.3 ± 67.4 min. In a typical case, bone union was obtained 1 year after surgery, and we removed all implants.

Conclusions

MIS-SPF has a strong fixation force and helps reduce fractures' horizontal and vertical planes. In addition, 360° fusion with intraoperative CT navigation may help treat unstable pelvic ring fractures.
