Dermatoglyphic investigation of palm prints in patients with Incontinentia pigmenti revealed in five of eight cases a partial ridge dissociation with lack of sweat gland pores. This disease can, therefore, be accepted as a second X-linked anhidrotic ectodermal dysplasia, which, however, is only segregated in the female.  相似文献

调查了90具童尸用状腺的基本形态,可分四型。其中以甲状腺由两侧叶及峡部组成者为最多,占50.22%。测量了甲状腺各部的长、宽、厚。分年龄组进行了数据的统计学处理,并计算出儿童与成人甲状腺各部相应值的百分比。结果显示:小儿甲状腺侧叶的长度和宽度在幼儿期(1—3岁)就已发育近成人的一半。随着年龄的增长,甲状腺各部的均值逐渐增加。除各部的宽度以及锥体叶的长度外,各相邻两组间同项均数的比较,经双侧T检验发现差异具有高度显著性(P<0.01)。  相似文献

Summary The degree and range of differentiation of the cells referred to as myoepithelial-like in pleomorphic adenomas and the tumour cells of myoepitheliomas are not definitely established. This type of information is critical for establishing reliable diagnostic criteria, such as expression of muscle-specific actin and ultrastructural identification of myofilaments, in these and other salivary gland tumours. Pleomorphic adenomas (18) and myoepitheliomas (5), of which 10 cases were fixed only in formalin and 13 cases where tissues were fixed in both formalin and methanol/acetic acid, were studied. Each tumour and normal accompanying parotid was immunostained with two monoclonal antibodies for smooth muscle actin, HHF35 and MSA. Staining of myoepithelial cells was absent in certain samples of normal gland with both HHF35 (15%) and MSA (69%) when formalin-fixed tissue was used. Using formalin-fixed tissue from 15 pleomorphic adenomas/myoepitheliomas, 2 (14%) had focal positivity with HHF35, while 8 cases (57%) were positive with MSA. However, a certain degree of false positivity was suspected since in samples of normal parotid, both acinar and duct cells were frequently stained, particularly with MSA. With methanol/ acetic acid-fixed tissue only 4 of 13 cases (31%) were positive with either MSA or HHF35 and 2 of these only had a minor proportion of the tumour cells expressing muscle-specific actin. Using alcohol-fixed tissue, myoepithelial cells were strongly stained in all examples of normal parotid gland with both anti-actin antibodies. In 5 cases examined by electron microscopy, there was no apparent correlation between immunohistochemical results and the presence or absence of cytoplasmic filament accumulation. The results indicate considerable tumour cell heterogeneity in muscle-specific actin expression and suggest that non-luminal cells in pleomorphic adenomas and the tumour cells in myoepitheliomas may differentiate as classical myoepithelial cells, as partially differentiated (i.e. modified myoepithelial cells) or as the counterpart of basal cells present in the intra- and interlobular ducts of normal salivary gland.  相似文献

Summary Twenty-one specimens of heterotopic pancreas were investigated using the indirect immunoperoxidase method for insulin, somatostatin, glucagon, pancreatic polypeptide (PP) and gastrin. Ten specimens showed ducts, acini and islets, seven showed ducts and acini, and four showed a ductal component alone. Pyloric gland-like mucous glands were occasionally identified in association with the ductal component. In eight of ten lesions containing islets, the islets were round and had a clearly defined outline with many glucagon cells and either none or a modest number of PP cells (dorsal type). In the remaining two lesions, the islets showed varying sizes and irregular outline with many PP cells and a few or no glucagon cells (ventral type). In either type of islets, insulin and somatostatin were detected, but gastrin cells were absent. Some isolated endocrine cells were also present among the acinar and ductal components. Their occurrence in ducts was more frequent in lesions or areas mainly composed of the ductal compoment than in those with less prominent ductal tissue. In eight lesions a few gastrin cells were found in the ductal component which showed goblet cell metaplasia and pyloric gland metaplasia. An intimate relationship between goblet cell metaplasia and appearance of G cells is noteworthy.  相似文献

Mammary gland adenomyoepitheliomas are benign complex mammary gland tumors composed of neoplastic cells of epithelial and myoepithelial origins, described in many species (humans, dogs, cats, rats) and rarely in mice. We report here an adenomyoepithelioma in a C57BL/6 female mouse. Histologically, tubes and cords formed by neoplastic epithelial cells were separated by bundles of neoplastic myoepithelial cells in a clear and partially mucinous matrix. The tumor displayed characteristics of a benign neoplastic proliferation with a compressive growth pattern, and moderate cellular pleomorphism and mitotic index. At immunohistochemistry, the epithelial cells were strongly cytokeratin positive; the myoepithelial cells were weakly cytokeratin positive and strongly smooth muscle actin positive. This is to our knowledge, the first report of a mammary gland adenomyoepithelioma in a C57BL/6 mouse.  相似文献

取小鼠下颌下腺,用甲苯胺蓝染色、Alcian蓝一藏红染色及免疫组织化学ABC法显示肥大细胞的异质性.结果表明;肥大细胞主要分布于间质的小血管、小叶间导管及神经节周围.此外还发现有些肥大细胞沿腺实质表面排列,有些肥大细胞伸出突起与相邻的神经元或肥大细胞接触.肥大细胞呈降钙素基因相关肽免疫反应阳性,但仅为相邻切片甲苯胺蓝染色的14 %.提示下颌下腺中肥大细胞的存在可能与腺体分泌活动及血流调节有关.  相似文献

Unlike acetylcholine, caffeine was much more effective in releasing catecholamine in the absence of extracellular Ca2+ than in its presence in perfused cat adrenal glands. The intracellular Ca2+ antagonist, TMB-8 (10−4 M), inhibited reversibly the catecholamine secretion evoked by caffeine (40 mM) and that induced by acetylcholine (10−4 M) in the presence of hexamethonium (10−3 M) during perfusion with Ca2+-free Locke solution containing EGTA (10−5 M). These results support our view that muscarinic receptor activation causes catecholamine secretion by mobilizing Ca2+ from an intracellular pool just as caffeine does.  相似文献

The specific cellular immune response to the partially purified pancreatic antigen was studied by the peripheral blood lymphocyte proliferation assay in patients with chronic pancreatitis, Sjögren's syndrome, and primary biliary cirrhosis. A significant positive result (stimulation index >2.0) was observed in 7 of 21 patients with idiopathic chronic pancreatitis (33%;P<0.05), 6 of 7 patients with Sjögren's syndrome-associated chronic pancreatitis (86%;P<0.0005), and 6 of 11 patients with Sjögren's syndrome (55%;P<0.01), compared to normal controls whose stimulation index was 0.94±0.28 (mean ± SD;n=14; range, 0.56–1.60). On the other hand, patients with alcoholic chronic pancreatitis (17%;n=12), stone-related chronic pancreatitis (0%;n=7), primary biliary cirrhosis-associated chronic pancreatitis (33%;n=3), primary biliary cirrhosis (0%;n=4), systemic lupus erythematosus (17%;n=6), and autoimmune thyroiditis (0%;n=6) showed no significant difference from normal controls. Furthermore, in patients with idiopathic chronic pancreatitis who had positive results, a lymphocyte proliferative response to the pancreatic antigen was observed in T cells, especially in the CD4+ T cell subpopulation. These results suggest that the pancreatic antigen plays a role in the pathogenesis of a part of idiopathic chronic pancreatitis and Sjögren's syndrome in association with T cell responses and, also, suggest that autoimmunity may be a possible etiological factor in chronic pancreatitis.  相似文献

目的 研究孕期四氯二苯对二噁英(TCDD)处理对子鼠颌下腺表皮生长因子(EGF)和表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的影响。方法 孕15d大鼠给予TCDD(5μg/kg)灌胃1次,采用免疫组织化学方法,对不同发育阶段的子鼠颌下腺进行了观察。结果 在PND32,PND49d,TCDD组颌下腺EGF和EGFR的免疫反应阳性产物比对照组丰富,有显著性差异。结论 孕期TCDD暴露促进了青春期和青春前期子鼠颌下腺EGF的生成和EGFR的表达。  相似文献
