不同强度运动对女子游泳运动员性激素水平的影响及特点 总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7
本研究以放兔分析法观察不同强度运动前后19名女子游泳运动员血清促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_2)、孕酮(P)、睾酮(T)及胰岛素(Ins)的变化。受试者在卵泡及黄体两期分别进行短时间高强度间歇运动——6×50m全速力竭性游泳和长时间持续运动——1000m全速力竭性游泳。在运动前5分钟及运动后即刻分别采集静脉血测定各种激素含量。主要结果如下:受试者从事6×50m最大速度间歇游泳后,卵泡期各种激素浓度的变化均显著高于运动前安静状态,黄体期变化不一,FSH、LH降低,E_2、P、T及Ins升高。从事1000m全速游泳后,激素变化表现为卵泡期FSH、LH、E_2、P均升高,T及Ins降低;黄体期E_2、P、T升高,Ins降低,FSH、LH无显著变化,两期相比黄体期运动成绩优于卵泡期。上述结果提示:①受试者月经周期的黄体期机体有氧能力强于卵泡期,运动能力的增强与黄体期E_2、P、T水平升高有关。②FSH、LH与E_2、P分泌变化并非同步一致,说明运动中E_2升高并非受制于促性腺激素,而主要是卵巢分泌量升高所致。③运动中E_2、P、T具有协同效应,可抵抗疲劳,提高人体运动能力。 相似文献

The relationship between the age and the spread of analgesia from different epidural anesthetic doses was examined by studying analgesic dose responses in cervical epidural analgesia. Two different anesthetic doses (5ml or 10ml) of 2% mepivacaine were injected into the cervical epidural space at a constant pressure (80mmHg) using an intravenous apparatus, and the spread of analgesia to pinprick was assessed. The significant correlation was found between the patients age and the number of spinal segments blocked (5ml:r = 0.8498, P < 0.01, 10ml:r = 0.5988, P < 0.01). The inverse linear relationship was found between the patients age and the segmental dose requirement (5ml:r = –0.6754, P < 0.01, 10ml:r = –0.5784, P < 0.01). Patients under 39 years of age showed a direct relationship between the dose injected and the number of spinal segments blocked, enabling prediction of the number of segments blocked with a given dose of local anesthetic. Doubling the epidural dose approximately doubled the number of spinal segments blocked. The analgesic dose-response relation in patients over 60 years of age differed from that in patients under 39 years of age and doubling the epidural dose did not double the number of spinal segments blocked. Progressively more extensive analgesia was obtained from a given dose of local anesthetic with advancing age. 目的:检测lnc-CCDC33-1:1在甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)中的表达,并分析其临床意义。方法:选取2021年11月至2022年3月杭州市萧山区第一人民医院收治的120例PTC患者,收集120例PTC组织及30例癌旁正常甲状腺组织。采用qRT-PCR检测lnc-CCDC33-1:1在PTC组织及癌旁组织中的表达。分析本地队列和TCGA队列中lnc-CCDC33-1:1表达水平与PTC患者临床病理因素的相关性。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评价lnc-CCDC33-1:1对PTC的诊断价值。结果:与癌旁正常甲状腺组织比,lnc-CCDC33-1:1在PTC组织中表达明显升高(P <0.001)。ROC曲线显示曲线下面积为0.803(95%CI =0.736~0.869,P <0.001)。本地队列显示lnc-CCDC33-1:1 表达与PTC肿瘤大小(P =0.048)、腺外侵犯(P =0.019)、T分期(P =0.011)和淋巴结转移(P =0.009)相关,TCGA组数据显示lnc-CCDC33-1:1表达水平与PTC腺外侵犯(P =0.036)和淋巴结转移(P <0.001)相关。结论:lnc-CCDC33-1:1在PTC中表达异常升高,与PTC高危特征相关,可能是潜在的诊断标志物和治疗靶点。 相似文献

We investigated the effects of 12‐hour shift work for five to seven consecutive days and overtime on the prevalence of severe sleepiness in the automobile industry in Korea. [Correction added after online publication 28 Nov: Opening sentence of the summary has been rephrased for better clarity.] A total of 288 randomly selected male workers from two automobile factories were selected and investigated using questionnaires and sleep‐wake diaries in South Korea. The prevalence of severe sleepiness at work [i.e. Karolinska Sleepiness Scale (KSS) score of 7 or higher] was modeled using marginal logistic regression and included theoretical risk factors related to working hours and potential confounding factors related to socio‐economic status, work demands, and health behaviors. Factors related to working hours increased the risk for severe sleepiness at the end of the shift in the following order: the night shift [odds ratio (OR): 4.7; 95% confidence interval (CI): 3.6–6.0)], daily overtime (OR: 2.2; 95% CI: 1.7–2.9), weekly overtime (OR: 1.6; 95% CI: 1.0–2.6), and night overtime (OR: 1.6; 95% CI: 0.8–3.0). Long working hours and shift work had a significant interactive effect for severe sleepiness at work. Night shift workers who worked for 12 h or more a day were exposed to a risk of severe sleepiness that was 7.5 times greater than day shift workers who worked less than 11 h. Night shifts and long working hours were the main risk factors for severe sleepiness among automobile factory workers in Korea. Night shifts and long working hours have a high degree of interactive effects resulting in severe sleepiness at work, which highlight the need for immediate measures to address these characteristics among South Korean labor force patterns. 相似文献

背景:随着疾病治疗模式的改变,人们已经意识到中医药在激素性股骨头坏死治疗过程中的重要性,因此利用生物信息学从分子水平分析激素性股骨头坏死的发病机制,构建疾病风险模型,并预测具有潜在治疗作用的中药,为后期中医药治疗激素性股骨头坏死提供一定的理论依据。目的:基于生物信息学挖掘激素性股骨头坏死的竞争性内源RNA(ceRNA)调控网络,分析其在激素性股骨头坏死中的分子调控机制,预测相关疾病靶点并构建疾病风险模型,同时预测具有潜在治疗作用的中药。方法:检索GEO数据库,下载激素性股骨头坏死的矩阵文件GSE123568和基因注释文件GPL15207。借助R语言等软件分析得到差异表达的长链非编码RNA与mRNA,并通过公共数据库预测与差异表达长链非编码RNA关联的miRNA-mRNA,再将预测到的mRNA与差异表达mRNA取交集,整合得到ceRNA网络。随后采用STRING数据库和Cytoscape软件筛选关键基因,利用R语言分析关键基因的功能与相关通路,并挖掘关键ceRNA网络。最后根据关键基因构建激素性股骨头坏死的风险模型,并进行中药预测。结果与结论:(1)与健康对照相比,激素性股骨头坏死患者共有7个长链非编码RNA和1763个mRNAs存在差异表达;(2)筛选出STAT3、KAT2B、AGO4、JAK2、JAK1、PTGS2共6个关键基因;(3)关键基因所富集的功能包括对肽激素的反应、白细胞介素6介导的信号通路、细胞对白细胞介素6的反应等生物学过程,涉及JAK-STAT、脂肪细胞因子、催乳素等信号通路;(4)4种mi RNAs(mi R-135a-5p、mi R-137、mi R-17-5p、miR-20b-5p)和2种长链非编码RNA(SNHG11、C20orf197)可能在导致激素性股骨头坏死发生发展过程中发挥关键作用;(5)KAT2B最有可能是激素性股骨头坏死发生发展的风险因子;(6)郁金、淫羊藿、黄芪具备治疗激素性股骨头坏死疾病靶点的可能。通过对激素性股骨头坏死相关长链非编码RNA介导的ceRNA网络进行分析,识别出潜在的疾病靶点、信号通路及潜在治疗中药,为进一步阐明其发病机制,并为后续的实验研究提供参考依据。 相似文献

目的 :研究猪丘脑、小脑和延髓内leptin长形受体 (longformleptinreceptor,Ob Rb)mRNA的分布定位 ,比较长白猪和眉山猪上述脑区内Ob RbmRNA分布的差异。方法 :原位杂交法。结果 :在丘脑内 ,Ob RbmRNA标记神经元几乎见于所有核团 ,在中线核、丘脑室旁核和丘脑前核内出现大量的Ob RbmRNA标记神经元 ,其余核团内Ob RbmRNA标记神经元分布较少。在小脑皮质三层中均有Ob RbmRNA标记神经元 ,以梨状神经元层和颗粒层分布较密集。在延髓下橄榄核、孤束核、迷走神经背核和舌下神经核有Ob RbmRNA标记神经元出现。结论 :猪丘脑、小脑和延髓内均有Ob RbmRNA分布 ,其分布定位在长白猪与眉山猪未见明显的差异。 相似文献

Four types of proteolytic activity were detected in the bloodstream form of each of the four Trypanosoma species: (i) HPAase, active on hide powder azure and detected on polyacrylamide gels containing denatured haemoglobin; (ii) AZCase, active on azocasein; (iii) type 1, active on the chromogenic peptide N-benzoyl-L-prolyl-L-phenylalanyl-L-arginine p-nitroanilide in the presence of dithiothreitol, and (iv) type 2, active against several nitroanilide derivatives in the absence of dithiothreitol. Studies of the pH optimum, dithiothreitol requirement and inhibitor sensitivities of the proteolytic activities suggested that: (a) HPAase and type 1 activities could be due to the same enzymes, probably a family of cysteine proteinases; (b) AZCase had some characteristics of a cysteine proteinase, but was not identical to HPAase, and (c) type 2 activity could be due to a serine proteinase. Procyclic T. brucei contained relatively low cysteine proteinase activities (HPAase, AZCase and type 1) but high type 2 activity. Their proteolytic enzymes thus were apparently more similar to those in Crithidia fasciculata and Leishmania tarentolae promastigotes than those in T. brucei bloodstream forms. 相似文献
