王不留行耳贴联合输液吊瓶式口腔冲洗在颌骨骨折术后的护理研究

目的探讨王不留行耳贴联合输液吊瓶式口腔冲洗在颌骨骨折术后康复护理的效果。方法选择60例颌骨骨折住院患者,采用随机方法分为两组各30例。对照组采用常规护理和传统口腔擦洗法。观察组采用王不留行耳贴联合输液吊瓶式口腔冲洗法。结果术后治疗一周后对其疼痛减轻程度、口腔舒适程度、口腔清洁度、创口愈合情况进行比较,观察组明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论王不留行耳贴联合输液吊瓶式口腔冲洗能明显减轻患者术后伤口的肿胀疼痛,增加口腔清洁度、促进伤口早日愈合,从而进一步促进口腔术后的康复。     

硬叶女娄菜止痛、消炎及对关节炎效能的研究

目的 :探讨韩国硬叶女娄菜即中国的王不留行止痛、消炎作用及对关节炎的效能。方法 :选用SD大鼠造模分为对照组、正常组和硬叶女娄菜组 ,观察硬叶女娄菜止痛、消炎及对关节炎的影响。结果 :硬叶女娄菜具有止痛、消炎和关节炎消肿作用     

Three New Triterpenoid Saponins from the Seeds of Vaccaria segetalis

Abstract

Three new triterpenoid saponins, named segetoside G (1), H (2) and I (3), have been isolated from the seeds of Vaccaria segetails. On the basis of chemical reaction and spectral data, their structures have been established as: 28-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-[α-L-arabinofuranosyl (1 → 3)]-β-D-(4-O-acetyl)-fucopyranosyl-gypsogenin-3-O-β-D-gal-actopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-β-D-(6-O-butyl ester)-glucuronopyranoside (1), 28-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-[α-L-(5-O-acetyl)-arabinofuranosyl-(1 → 3)]-β-D-(4-O-acetyl)-fucopyranosyl-gypsogenin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-β-D-glucuronopyranoside (2) and 28-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-[α-L-(5-O-acetyl)-arabinofuranosyl-(1 → 3)]-β-D-(4-O-acetyl)-fucopyranosyl-quillaic acid-3-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-β-D-glucuronopyranoside (3).     

Inhibitory effects of crude polysaccharides from semen vaccariae on benign prostatic hyperplasia in mice

Ethnopharmacological relevance

Semen vaccariae, the seeds of Vaccaria Segatalis, is a famous traditional herb for the treatment of stranguria disease, e.g. benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). The present study investigated the effect of crude polysaccharide from Semen vaccariae (SVCP) on BPH in mice in order to further understand the efficacy substance of this medicinal plant.

Materials and methods

Sixty healthy adult male Kunming mice were randomly divided into five groups with 12 mice for each group: sham-operated group, BPH model group; BPH model group treated with Pule'an at a dose of 1.20 g/kg; BPH model group treated with SVCP at dose levels of 1.67 g/kg and 0.42 g/kg. The drugs were administered orally once a day consecutively for 12 days. The BPH in mice was created by subcutaneous injection of testosterone propionate for 5 mg/(kg d) to the uncastrated mice once a day consecutively for 12 days. The inhibitory effects on BPH of SVCP were evaluated by prostatic index, testicular index and histopathologic examination.

Results

Comparing with BPH model group, BPH mice fed with SVCP exhibited significant differences in both the prostatic index and testicular index. On the aspect of histopathology, the SVCP treated BPH mice exhibited similar histological aspects observed in the mice of sham group while the BPH mice exhibited typical features of prostate glandular hyperplasia.

Conclusions

SVCP exhibited a significant inhibitory activity on BPH by reducing the prostatic index, testicular index, and ameliorating the pathomorphology. The results indicated that the polysaccharide should be the main efficacy substance of Semen vaccariae and may contribute, in a large part, to Semen vaccariae's traditional medicinal use for the treatment of stranguria disease.     

耳穴贴压与眼保健操对于青少年轻度近视的干预

目的观察耳穴贴压与眼保健操治疗青少年轻度近视的疗效,并分析其对青少年视力的保健意义。方法将116例(202只患眼)张江高科实验小学三年级的轻度近视患者,随机分为治疗组59例,106只患眼;对照组57例,96只患眼。对照组每天坚持做2次眼保健操(揉天应穴、挤按睛明穴、揉四白穴、轮刮眼眶4节),不做其他干预;治疗组在对照组基础上加用王不留行籽贴压耳穴眼、目1、目2、肝、心,治疗2个月。用国际标准视力表观察视力变化。结果经过2个月的治疗,治疗组有效率高达94.3%,对照组有效率85.4%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴贴压与眼保健操对于青少年轻度近视的治疗都有明显疗效,且从治疗效果及时间效应来看耳穴与眼保健操结合将更为有效。     

Synthetic and Biological Studies on Natural Cyclic Heptapeptide: Segetalin E

Present investigation describes the first total synthesis of a proline-rich cyclic peptide segetalin E (8) by solution phase technique. The chemical structure of the compound was elucidated by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, FAB-MS spectral data and elemental analyses. The newly synthesized peptide was subjected to pharmacological screening and found to exhibit high cytotoxicity against Dalton's lymphoma ascites (DLA) and Ehrlich's ascites carcinoma (EAC) cell lines with IC50 values of 3.71 and 9.11 microM, in addition to good anthelmintic activity against earthworms M. konkanensis and P. corethruses at a dose of 2 mg/mL.     

王不留行的化学成分研究

目的 对王不留行的化学成分进行研究.方法 采用溶剂提取法,大孔树脂、反相硅胶C18柱层析以及高效液相色谱法对王不留行乙醇/水提取物进行分离纯化,并利用化合物的理化性质以及波谱学数据确定了化合物的结构.结果 从王不留行乙醇/水提取物中分离鉴定了4个化合物的结构,分别为腺苷（1）,腺嘌呤（2）,（＋）-（S）-N,N,N-三甲基色氨酸内铵盐（3）,以及洋芹素-6-C-阿拉伯糖-葡萄糖苷（4）.结论 化合物1和2为首次从该植物中分离得到.     

产前耳压刺激试验的临床研究

本研究根据王不留行籽的药物性１５２例足月单胎孕妇的产前耳压刺激试验，并与传统的无负荷试验进行前瞻性对比研究。结果两者的阳性预测价值及特异性均很高，ＡＶＰＳＴ的性预测价值，敏感性，总有效率均明显高于ＮＳＴ；而假阴性率显著低于。     

王不留行防治去势大鼠骨质疏松症的实验研究

目的：探讨王不留行防治去势大鼠骨质疏松症的作用。方法：运用切除大鼠卵巢的方法建立大鼠去势骨质疏松模型,分假手术组、模型组（去除卵巢组）、E2组（去除卵巢＋尼尔雌醇）、药物组（去除卵巢＋王不留行）。术后3个月,测血清IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α含量。结果：王不留行可明显降低血清IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α含量（P〈0.01）。结论：王不留行对去势大鼠骨质疏松症有明显的防治作用,这种作用可能与王不留行的雌激素活性,降低骨的转移率和增加骨形成有关。     

王不留行合谷穴、三阴交穴按压预防过期妊娠的临床观察

目的探讨王不留行合谷穴、三阴交穴按压用于预防过期妊娠的有效性及安全性。方法将480例妊娠足月、单胎头位、胎膜未破、宫颈评分3分以下、无阴道分娩禁忌症者,随机分成两组,观察组孕妇在知情同意的情况下,用王不留行在合谷穴、三阴交穴按压,其中合谷穴采用向心方向滚动按压,三阴交穴采用远心方向滚动按压,意为补合谷泻三阴交,一日3次,每个穴位每次按压15～20min。结果观察组自然临产率95.00%,对照组自然临产率85.83%,两组有显著性差异。结论采用王不留行在合谷穴、三阴交穴按压对预防过期妊娠安全有效。
