The purposes of the present study were to examine the response of the skin blood flux (SBF) in the paralyzed lower limbs of persons with spinal cord injury (PSCI) and to clarify the relationship between the SBF and core temperature during prolonged arm exercise. Eight male PSCI with lesions from T6 to L5 and six male control subjects (CS) participated in this study. The subjects rested for 60 min and then performed arm-cranking exercise at 20 W for 30 min at 25 °C. The tympanic membrane temperature (T
ty) and SBF in the anterior thigh (SBFT) and in the posterior calf (SBFC) were continuously measured throughout the experiment. The SBFC did not change in either PSCI or CS during the experiment. The SBFT in four PSCI with high lesions (T6 to T12), remained unchanged during exercise. The SBFT in the other four PSCI with low lesions (T12 to L5, SBFT+) began to elevate markedly when the T t, exceeded a threshold temperature of 36.69 °C. The pattern of increase of SBFT in SBFT+ was similar to that in CS, although onset of the increase in SBFT was delayed and the peak of SBFT during exercise was significantly lower in comparison with the CS. We consider that these differences between the SBFT+ and CS were largely attributable to the lowerT

向猫阴部神经及其分支注入HRP溶液,观察并分析了逆行和跨节追踪的结果。 1.证实阴部神经为含躯体传出、传入,内脏传出、传入纤维的混合神经,其内脏性传出、传入成分仅存在于阴茎背神经中。 2.逆行标记细胞出现于L_7—S_3前角Onuf核和S_(1-3)的中间带外侧核。本文结果表明,Onuf核是支配盆底横纹肌的运动核,但它和其它前角运动核在细胞形态和活性物质的分布上都明显不同。特别是它的一部分神经元的树突形成树突束到达中间带外侧核。本文结合排尿、排便功能从形态学上较详细地讨论了Onuf核和中间带外侧核的关系。 3.本文证明阴部神经领域的内脏初级传入(来自阴茎背神经)和躯体初级传入纤维都向骶髓后连合核区有浓密的投射。结合以往的工作讨论了盆腔脏器、外生殖器的内脏传入和坐骨神经、阴部神经的躯体传入在骶髓后连合核区汇聚的现象及机能意义,推测这种汇聚可能是产生牵涉痛和针刺镇痛机制的形态学基础。 相似文献

We have previously shown that natural killer (NK) cell activity against K562 tumor cells is severely depressed in thermal injury patients. In this study we have investigated whether the low NK cell activity present in peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) from thermal injury patients could be enhanced byin vitro culture with interleukin 2 (IL2) and whether PBL obtained from these patients could generate lymphokine-activated killer (LAK) cell activity against NK insensitive tumor targets. NK cell activity in PBL obtained from 12 different patients was greatly enhanced against K562 tumor cells afterin vitro culture with IL2 for 3 days. In contrast, PBL obtained from these patients and incubated with IL2 had little to no cytotoxic activity when measured against a number of NK-insensitive tumor targets. The failure of PBL obtained from thermal injury patients to generate LAK cell activity was observed regardless of the culture time or the amount of IL2 added to the cultures. PBL from thermal injury patients demonstrated reduced proliferative responses to IL2 and, more importantly, contained suppressor cells which could inhibit the generation of LAK cell activity of normal PBL obtained from control individuals. These results clearly show that in some thermal injury patients NK cell activity can be enhanced by IL2 but these patients are defective in their ability to generate LAK cell activity. 相似文献

本文作者研究了膀胱(内脏)及坐骨神经(躯体)初级传入纤维向脊髓的投射。发现内脏传入纤维和躯体本体觉粗纤维都向S_2—S_4节段后连合核区投射,两者的投射区有重叠。推测内脏传入和躯体本体觉传入的纤维在后连合核可能有汇聚。另外,根据躯体本体党纤维在髓内跨节段分布的范围和位置以及盆腔脏器初级传入的投射位置,结合文献分析和讨论了脊髓后连合核的位置和形态。提出在脊髓内存在着一个和脑部的孤束核在形态及功能上酷似的脊髓后连合核的见解。它在吻侧以对称的狭细细胞带起于胸髓下段,向尾侧逐渐扩大位于Ⅵ层内侧部,到骶髓成为位于中央管背外方的核团,S_3以下两侧者合并形成位于中央管背侧后连合区的较大核团,一直可追踪到尾髓。 相似文献

The topological changes of the human autonomic cardiac nervous system in two cadavers with a retroesophageal right subclavian
artery (Rersa) were compared with the normal autonomic cardiac nervous system. The following new results were obtained in
addition to the conventional deficient finding of the right recurrent laryngeal nerve. (1) Right superior cardiac nerves arising
from the superior cervical ganglion were consistently observed in both cadavers, in addition to the right thoracic cardiac
nerves along the Rersa. (2) A segmental accompanying tendency of the right cardiac nerves was recognized: the cardiac nerves
arising from the sympathetic trunk cranial to the middle cervical ganglia ran along with the right common carotid artery,
whereas the cardiac nerves arising from the sympathetic trunk caudal to the vertebral ganglion ran along the Rersa. (3) The
right thoracic cardiac nerves, which have never been observed to accompany the normal right subclavian artery, ran along the
proximal part of the Rersa. According to previous reports of individuals with the Rersa, a thick right thoracic cardiac nerve
is commonly observed instead of a right superior cardiac nerve. However, all the cardiac nerves were recognized in both the
individuals described in the present report. Therefore, we strongly disagree with the previous idea that the origin of the
right cardiac nerves from the sympathetic trunk and ganglia is shifted caudally in individuals with the Rersa. The topological
changes of the autonomic cardiac nervous system in two cases of Rersa also reflected spatial changes of great arteries. 相似文献

The purpose of this study was to determine the response of the cervical muscles to increasing low-velocity, whiplash-type
lateral impacts when the occupant is seated out of the recommended driving position (neutral posture). Twenty healthy volunteers
were subjected to left lateral impacts of 4.1, 7.7, 10.5, and 13.7 m/s2 acceleration, with their trunk flexed by 45° and laterally flexed to the right and left also by 45° at the time of impact.
Bilateral electromyograms of the sternocleidomastoids, trapezii, and splenii capitis were recorded. Under these conditions
of trunk-flexed postures, in a left lateral impact, muscle responses were of generally low magnitude with the trunk flexed
to either the left or right. Even at the highest acceleration of 13.7 m/s2, all muscles generated less than 37% of their known maximal voluntary contraction electromyogram. Also, in these left lateral
impacts, the right splenius capitis showed a greater EMG response than the left splenius capitis regardless of whether the
subject was flexed to the right or left at the time of impact. The right splenius capitis (the one contralateral to the left
lateral impact direction) was more active than its counterpart. Compared to what is known for EMG responses with an occupant
in the neutral posture, the right sternocleidomastoid (usually the most active muscle in a left lateral collision) was significantly
less-active with trunk flexion than with neutral posture conditions (P<0.01). In the absence of bodily impact, the flexed trunk posture does not produce a biomechanical response that would increase
the likelihood of cervical muscle injury in low velocity lateral impacts, and may lessen the risk of injury for some muscles. 相似文献

Crowding can substantially affect the transition of a protein between its native (N) and unfolded (U) states via volume exclusion
effects. Also, it influences considerably the aggregation (A) of unfolded proteins. To examine the details, we developed an
approach for computing the kinetic rates of the process N ↔ U → A in which the concentration of the protein is explicitly
taken into account. We then compute the relative change with temperature of the protein denaturation for various fractional
volume occupancies and partition of proteins in solution. The analysis indicates that, in protein solutions in which the average
distance between proteins is comparable with the radius of gyration of an unfolded protein, steric effects increase the stability
of the proteins which are in compact, native states. In heterogeneous protein solutions containing various types of proteins
with different thermal stabilities, the unfolding of the most thermolabile proteins will increase the stability of the other
proteins. The results shed light on the way proteins change the thermal stability of a cell as they unfold and aggregate.
This study may be valuable in questions related to the dynamics of thermal injuries. 相似文献

目的:从能量代谢的角度探讨肠组织与心肌、骨骼肌等肠外组织在失血性休克及复苏后组织损伤的差异性。方法:采用大鼠失血性休克复苏模型,高效液相色谱法测定三磷酸腺苷(ATP)、二磷酸腺苷(ADP)和一磷酸腺苷(AMP)含量;生化及比色法测定黄嘌呤氧化酶(XO)、丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平。结果:失血性休克后肠组织、心肌和骨骼肌ATP含量明显低于对照组,分别为对照的26.3%、30.7%和62.8%;复苏后,心肌、骨骼肌ATP含量明显高于休克组;失血性休克及复苏后,肠组织XO活化及MDA含量均明显高于对照组,SOD活力则明显低于对照组,其脂质过氧化程度较心肌和骨骼肌严重。结论:失血性休克及复苏后不同组织能量代谢变化及组织损伤程度存在差异性,肠组织能量代谢障碍及损伤程度重于心肌、骨骼肌等肠外组织。 相似文献

本文应用组织化学技术和电镜方法对家兔、豚鼠和大鼠血管周的肾上腺素能神经密度与管壁组成成分的关系进行了观察。实验结果证明,血管周神经分布于外膜层,中膜内未见有神经分布,肌性动脉(以肠系膜动脉为代表)较弹性动脉(以颈总动脉为代表)的血管周神经密度和含膨体数都较高。神经肌肉间隔近(0.05—3微米),最近者神经与肌肉间除基板外无其它组织成分。弹性动脉神经肌肉间隔较远(1—12微米),神经肌肉间隔以外弹力膜、成纤维细胞和板层状的结缔组织。股动脉和肾动脉周的神经分布特点介于上二者之间。静脉较相应动脉神经分布稀疏。但也存在部位的特殊性和种属差异性。如脐动脉虽属肌性动脉,但动脉周并无神经分布,豚鼠肾动脉周的神经密度远较兔及大鼠稀疏。作者认为血管周的神经密度与血管壁中平滑肌的含量有关。本文并对肌性动脉周神经分布致密的原因,不同类型动脉的神经分布特点与生理功能的关系进行了讨论。 相似文献
