Objective Understand graduation purpose and influence factor of the nursing undergraduate, compare the difference of undergraduate's graduation purpose and influence factor in different grade. Methods Adopt questionnaire investigation method to investigate undergraduate's graduation purpose and influence factor in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 four grades in university respectively. Results The students in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 grades who choose employment account for 58.97%, 58.7%,55.6%, 46.3% respectively; who choose t preparing for the postgraduate qualifying examination account for 7.7%, 17.5%, 9.3%, 13.4% respectively; who choose to be engaged in other respects account for 33.3%, 23.8%, 35.2%, 40.29% respectively. Conclusions Through comparative analysis indicating, in order to stabilize the nursing graduates` professional thought, the clinical nurse's theory knowledge should be abundant, the teaching ability of the clinical teacher should be improved so that the nurses could promote their image in patient's and nursing graduates` mind, we could strengthen nursing graduates` understanding and love to the nursing specialty, and train more high-level nursing talents. 相似文献

Objective To understanding the state whether the nursing graduates think graduation thesis promotes the ability of scientific research. To find the potential problems that the ability of scientific research and seek the countermeasure in order to'improve the cultivation of undergraduate's nursing scientific research ability during the time at school. Methods To adopt the self-designed questionnaire to survey whether graduation thesis can improve the ability of scientific research among 80 students. Results 80.9 % of the students admit that writing graduation paper can improve the ability of scientific research and scientific interests, 64.7%0 of the students think that writing the graduation thesis can also improve their own scientific research ability and writing level practically. Conclusions To improve students' scientific research consciousness and scientific research interest in the future; strictly choose scientific research teacher, strengthen interactive between teachers and students, improve the ability of scientific research and teach; adjust the preparation of the graduation thesis and write time, start from strengthening the work of management of the graduation thesis, deepen student's cognition that the graduation thesis promoted the ability of scientific research, improve students' scientific research ability conscientiously through the writing course of the graduation thesis. 相似文献

目的观察腰椎滑脱时椎体间接触面积变化的规律和临床意义。方法采集25套L4椎体下表面和L5椎体上表面的图像,在二维平面上均分为14步模拟腰椎滑脱过程,Image-ProPlus软件计算每一滑脱点(n)椎体间重叠面积Sn,取平均值后再换算成百分面积(Sn%=Sn/S*100%)。结果腰椎滑脱过程中,Sn%的变化是一双曲线:滑脱率0~23%阶段,Sn%降低较缓慢;23%~44%阶段,Sn%的变化明显加快;44%~100%阶段,Sn%的变化再次变缓,拐点分别出现在一维滑脱率的(23±2.02)%和(44±1.46)%处。结论腰椎滑脱时椎体间接触面积的变化是非线性的,有助于腰椎稳定性评估和指导手术复位。 相似文献

目的 探讨基于支撑课题的任务驱动教学法在预防医学毕业设计中的应用效果。方法 选择公共卫生学院预防医学五年级学生为研究对象,按学号分段将110名学生分为2组;观察组采用任务驱动教学法,对照组采取传统毕业设计教学方法,时间进度与观察组一致。通过毕业设计考核3层次评分和综合成绩进行教学质量评价。结果 观察组学生毕业设计第三方评阅人评分、答辩评分和综合成绩均高于对照组(P<0.001);观察组综合成绩学生优良人数分布优于对照组(P<0.05)。结构性分析显示,评阅人评分的4项一级指标平均得分率,观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学生的答辩小组评分“选题质量”、“能力水平”、“创新”和“问题回答”的平均得分率均值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于支撑课题的任务驱动教学法有助于促进毕业设计的选题质量,增强学生的创新意识和表达能力,提高毕业设计带教效果。 相似文献

武汉科技大学医学院预防医学系对2001级预防医学专业学生毕业论文撰写情况进行了问卷调查。通过分析调查结果发现,影响学生参与毕业论文撰写主动性的因素主要是对毕业论文的重要性认识不够,备考研究生和就业压力影响了论文的完成质量,知识能力的欠缺、选题来源的不同影响了学生投入精力的程度。结合预防医学专业培养方案和公共卫生实际工作,本文提出了提高学生主动参与毕业论文撰写的积极性的建议,包括改革教学内容,调整毕业论文教学时间,加强和改进论文选题工作等。 相似文献
