杜仲的炮制研究

杜仲Eucommia ulmoids Oliv．始载于《神农本草经》，列为上品，味辛平，主腰脊痛，补中益精气，坚筋骨，强志，除下阴痒湿，小便余沥。久服轻身耐老。一名思仙，生山谷。历代炮炙方法很多，但沿用至今很少，缪希雍渭：“既识药矣，宜习修事。雷公炮制，固为大法，或有未尽，可以意通，必期躬亲，勿图苟且。”炮制为中医临床提供合格用药及中成药生产提供合格原料药，因此炮制必须达到临床使用要求，确保用药安全。现将历代对杜仲炮制方法和研究论述如下。     

烧烫灵软膏皮肤过敏研究

目的:通过豚鼠皮肤重复接触烧烫灵软膏后,观察机体免疫系统在皮肤上的反应。方法:分别将烧烫灵软膏(受试物)、赋形剂(空白对照)、1%2、4-二硝基氯代苯(阳性对照)涂于豚鼠背部脱毛区后进行观察。结果:激发接触6h后,即刻、24h、48h、72h涂药局部均无红斑、水肿等局部过敏反应,亦无哮喘、休克等全身过敏反应发生,皮肤致敏性评价为无致敏性。结论:结果显示,烧烫灵软膏外用对豚鼠无皮肤过敏性反应。     

Clinical Observation on the Efficacy of Babaodan Combined with Interventional Therapy for Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Babaodan combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization （TACE） therapy for primary hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Selected patients were randomly assigned to two groups. One group accepted TACE only and the other group accepted TACE and took 2 Babaodan capsules orally 3 times a day for 8 weeks. Results After 8 weeks＇ treatment, the size of the tumors and the alpha foetal protein （AFP） concentration in all the patients in the two groups diminished and was not significantly different between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The ratio of stability and improvement in the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome was higher in the Babaodan plus TACE group than it was in the TACE only group （P〈0.05）. There were more complications in the TACE only group than in the Babaodan plus TACE group. The one-year survival rate in the Babaodan plus TACE group was higher than in the TACE group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Babaodan can improve TCM syndrome, reduce complications and prolong survival of patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma.
