猕猴桃中药复方制剂对血清SOD及MDA含量的影响

猕猴桃中药复方制剂系采用猕猴桃汁为基质，配加绞股蓝、丹参等中药的有效成分制成。为了研究它的保健作用，在６３例５０岁以上、无急性疾病的中、老年人，３６例３０～４９岁健康的青年，３２例１４～１７岁健康的少年中进行试验，１０ｍｌ每日２次连续服用３０天后，中老年人血液ＳＯＤ显著增高，７０岁以上老人平均增高２．８倍，血清ＭＤＡ明显下降，７０岁以上平均下降８７．５％。     

针刺配合中药治疗24例小儿高热惊厥临床观察

针药并用，针刺人中、百合、涌泉、合谷，中药内服疏风情热，表里双解，止痉退烧，双管齐下治疗２４例小儿高热惊厥，经治疗均获痊愈。     

The gap between legal rules and practice in advertising non-registered pharmaceutical products : A new method of analysis

The market of non-registered pharmaceutical products is growing fast in number and overall costs, not only in the Netherlands, but also in other European countries. These products often give the impression that the consumer may expect 'an effect as from a drug'. Legally, there is a clear distinction between 'drugs' and 'commodities' in the Netherlands; the question is whether legislation and practice concur. In an investigation we analysed texts of advertisements for non-registered pharmaceutical products published in a popular magazine. A method was developed, based on the legal definition of a drug and jurisprudence, to determine in a qualitative and quantitative way the application of medicinal claims. It transpired that in 65% of the analysed advertisements explicit or implicit claims were made. These products should therefore be subject to drugs legislation. Thus, in the Netherlands there is a gap between legislation and practice in advertising non-registered pharmaceutical products.     

应用带骨间掌侧动脉背侧支血管蒂桡骨瓣治疗腕舟骨骨折不愈合

目的　探讨一种良好的治疗腕舟骨骨折不愈合的方法 ,丰富治疗腕舟骨骨折不愈合的手术方式。方法　切除腕舟骨骨折不愈合之硬化骨 ,以克氏针贯穿固定骨折端 ,用带骨间掌侧动脉背侧支血管蒂桡骨瓣翻转移植治疗腕舟骨骨折不愈合 15例。结果　术后随访 3～ 6个月 ,骨折完全愈合 ;9～ 18个月 ,腕关节活动正常无痛。结论　前臂间掌侧动脉背侧支解剖位置恒定 ,变异少 ,位置较表浅 ,血管蒂长、口径粗、游离安全容易 ,血供充分 ,能有效地促进舟骨骨折愈合。     

复方环丙氟哌酸鼻腔膜的研制及临床疗效观察

本文以明胶海绵为衬底,用环丙氟哌酸和氢化考的松、云南白药酊、达克罗宁制备的鼻腔消炎止血药膜,制备简便,质量稳定。临床观察结果证明,具有给药方便、疗效高、疗程短、药物作用持久,无毒副作用等优点。     

Z-3-(2-羟基丁烯基)苯酞的合成研究

研究目的探讨苯酞类天然产物的合成方法及其生物活性。研究方法以邻苯二甲酐为底物，首先引入丁烯基，再进行烯丙位氧化，制得目标化合物。结果通过丁基锂反应，得到了具有药物活性的丁烯基苯酞，然后利用SeO2烯丙位氧化，首次合成了Z－3－（2－羟基丁烯基）苯酞。结论此合成方法原料易得，方法简便，为苯酞类化合物的合成研究提供了一个新的途径。     

药用真空铝塑复合薄膜的质量试验

 根据文献对药用真空铝塑复合薄膜进行了理化性能、密闭性能、急性毒性试验。结果表明，目前国产药用真空铝塑复合薄膜的铅盐、高锰酸钾还原性物质，蒸发残渣、密闭性能均不合格，但急性毒性试验符合规定。建议改进生产，提高质量。     

偏头痛药物治疗的现状及进展

本文综述常用抗偏头痛药物的药理学特点及临床应用。新药舒马坦具有理想的选择性抗偏头痛活性,布托啡烷等的经鼻喷雾用药系统为以前不能接受治疗的偏头痛患者提供一种新的给药途径,这些新的或正在 研究中的疗法将给临床医师提供治疗偏头痛患者更广泛的选择手段。     

Life cycle of the moss,Physcomitrella patens,in culture

Summary A method employing tissue culture techniques for growth of mosses is described. This method allows for the completion of the sexual life cycle of the mossPhyscomitrella patens (Hedw.) BSG under controlled conditions in a two month period. The moss system is useful for class demonstration or for research in the areas of development, genetics and plant physiology.     

几种具有抗疲劳、抗缺氧作用的藏药植物资源

由于藏民族主要生活在高海拔地区,因此在藏药中有许多著名的抗疲劳、抗缺氧药用植物资源,如红景天、沙棘等。本文整理了沙棘、冬虫夏草、蕨麻和红景天等几种(类)具有抗疲劳、抗缺氧作用藏药植物资源及其目前有关这些植物资源的开发利用研究状况,以期为开发运动员专用保健饮料和保健食品提供参考。
