Free plasma magnesium following glucose loading in healthy humans

The recognized existence of a circadian pattern in extracellular magnesium balance might mirror either an inherent rhythm in the homeostasis of this ion or dietary factors. Since in vitro insulin enhances cellular magnesium uptake, the circadian rhythm in extracellular magnesium metabolism might be modulated at least in part by carbohydrate intake. To assess this hypothesis, the effects of oral glucose loading on plasma total and ionized magnesium were investigted in lean healthy humans with a negative family history for essential hypertension and diabetes mellitus. Plasma total and ionized magnesium was similar before glucose loading and 30, 60, 90, 180, and 210 min thereafter. It is therefore concluded that in healthy humans the circadian pattern of extracellular magnesium is not modulated by the metabolic and hormonal mechanisms that adjust the concentration of glucose. 探讨门诊护理管理者在大型综合医院应对突发疫情时的管理方法。建立新科室新体制与实施新制度新流程；建立健全消毒、隔离和防护管理制度；严格执行各项制度及工作流程；建立对各类工作人员的全员全面岗前培训考核制度；护理人员的统一协调；明确人员属地管理原则。经过采取上述一系列协调管理措施，使在门诊隔离病房、发热门诊和SARS专用手术室工作的各类人员无一人发生感染。对防止SARS向院内传播起到了重要的作用。     

战士体内VitB_1、VitB_2储备水平检测

选择南方热区某特种部队战士５２人，分两组分别口服５ｍｇＶｉｔＢ１和ＶｉｔＢ２，收集４ｈ尿液，用荧光法进行负荷试验。结果：ＶｉｔＢ１组，所测２９人中，１５人缺乏，９人不足，２人正常，３人充裕；ＶｉｔＢ２组，所测２３人中，１１人缺乏，１２人不足，反映该部队全年约５％的发病是由于ＶｉｔＢ１、ＶｉｔＢ２缺乏不足所致。其原因为膳食摄入不够     

SARS一线护士的健康调查及防治对策的探讨

目的 调查从事SARS一线护理工作的护士健康状况，为制定合理的卫生保健措施提供可借鉴的建议。方法 对一线工作人员不同时间点的各项生理指标进行观测，并根据结果采取针对措施。结果 一线工作护士各项生理指标均较正常时出现明显波动，采取相应措施后有明显改善。结论 良好的防治措施对改善一线护士的健康状况大有裨益。     

药用新辅料在制剂中的应用

药用新辅料是药物制剂的基础材料和重要组成部分，在制剂剂型的发展和生产中起着关键作用。它不仅赋予药物一定的剂型，并且与提高药物的疗效、降低毒副作用有很大的关系。因此，研究开发、合理应用新辅料不仅是提高我国药物制剂质量和生产技术水平的重要方向，而且可取得较大的社会及经济效益。     

反映手术间利用效率的统计指标与方法探讨

目的 探索反映手术室工作状态的指标和方法，为了解科室需求、合理利用手术室资源奠定基础。方法 提取医院局域网中有关手术安排、手术过程、麻醉等信息，通过常用统计指标、统计图表，反映手术室、手术科室、手术间的工作状态。结果 工作日手术问日均工作6．34小时，节假日日均工作0．6l小时。工作日13点后有近l／3的空台，14点后近l／2空台。个别手术间利用率偏低。结论 1．由在用手术间时点统计结果可见，14点后接台手术尚有一定潜力，节假日安排手术潜力更大；2．工作日间均工作时数已近满负荷，若要进一步提高手术间的利用，需加强麻醉科和手术室力量。     

POTASSIUM ACCELERATES URINARY SODIUM EXCRETION DURING SALT LOADING WITHOUT STIMULATING ATRIAL NATRIURETIC POLYPEPTIDE SECRETION

1. Effects of potassium (K) supplementation (100 mEq/day) on urinary sodium (Na) excretion and on the secretion of atrial natriuretic polypeptide (ANP) during salt loading (350 mEq/day) were studied in 12 healthy salt-resistant normotensives under strictly controlled metabolic ward conditions. 2. Urinary volume and Na excretion on the first day of the high salt period (HSP) were significantly greater in the K-supplemented group (KG) than in the control group (CG). 3. There was a significant gain in bodyweight after salt loading in both groups, with a significantly greater gain in CG on the second day of HSP. Haematocrit decreased significantly during salt loading in both groups, the degree of which was significantly greater in CG. 4. Plasma norepinephrine decreased significantly during salt loading in both groups, the degree of which was significantly less in KG than in CG. A significant increase in plasma ANP was observed in CG on and after the second day of HSP, while a significant increase in plasma ANP was observed on the fifth day of HSP in KG. 5. These findings indicate that K supplementation accelerates diuresis and natriuresis, resulting in moderate suppression of volume expansion induced by salt loading and that this accelerated diuresis and natriuresis is not a result of the action of ANP.     

公共服务体系与中韩公共管理改革

公共服务体系是现代文明社会的基本标志，也是现代社会稳定发展的基础，公共经济学和欧美国家的发展经验已经证明了这一点。韩国是从上世纪80年代取得“汉江奇迹”后，在经济增长成就和产生的社会问题的双重推动下，开始了以奉侍型政府、国民中心等为目标的管理改革，并逐步建立起比较完善的公共服务体系。中国在进入新世纪后提出建设服务型政府，开始建立和完善公共服务体系。研究表明，在建立公共服务型政府的改革中，两国在价值理念、改革目标、改革路径和举措等方面都有许多相同相似的方面，但也存在差异性。总体上，韩国在建立公共服务型政府，提高公共服务质量等方面要比中国先行一步，有许多值得中国政府学习和借鉴的地方。
