中药质量监控之我见

本文在对现有的指标成分检测及指纹图谱质量控制模式进行分析的基础上，结合本实验室的研究工作，提出有效成分检控应是中药质量控制的发展方向，并阐述了实施有效成分检控这一质量控制模式的方法与可能性。     

Differential Processing of Neuropeptides Influences Drosophila Heart Rate

Peptides that play critical physiological roles are often encoded in precursors that contain several structurally-related gene products. Differential processing of a precursor by cell-specific processing enzymes can yield multiple messengers with diverse distributions and activities. We have reported the isolation of SDNFMRFamide, DPKQDFMRFamide, and TPAEDFMRFamide from adult Drosophila melanogaster. The peptides are encoded in the FMRFamide gene and have a common C-terminal FMRFamide but different N-terminal extensions. In order to investigate the processing of the FMRFamide polypeptide protein precursor, we generated antisera to distinguish among the structurally-related neuropeptides. Utilizing a triple-label immunofluorescent protocol, we mapped the distribution of the peptides. Each peptide has a unique, non-overlapping cellular expression pattern in neural tissue suggesting that the precursor is differentially processed. In order to identify a biological activity of the peptides, we established an in vivo heart rate assay. SDNFMRFamide decreases heart rate but DPKQDFMRFamide and TPAEDFMRFamide do not, indicating that the N-terminal residues are critical for this activity. SDNFMRFamide immunoreactivity is present in the aorta, implying that SDNFMRFamide acts locally to affect heart rate; DPKQDFMRFamide and TPAEDFMRFamide antisera do not stain cardiac tissue. Our data support the conclusion that Drosophila contains cell-specific proteolytic enzymes to differentially process a polypeptide protein precursor resulting in unique expression patterns of structurally-related, yet functionally distinct neuropeptides.     

The synthesis of 14C‐labeled, 13CD2‐labeled saxagliptin,and its 13CD2‐labeled 5‐hydroxy metabolite

¹⁴C‐labeled saxagliptin, ¹³CD₂‐labeled saxagliptin, and its ¹³CD₂‐labeled 5‐hydroxy metabolite were synthesized to further support development of the compound for biological studies. This paper describes new syntheses leading to the desired compounds. A total of 3.0 mCi of ¹⁴C‐labeled saxagliptin was obtained with a specific activity of 53.98 μCi/mg (17.13 mCi/mmol). The radiochemical purity determined by HPLC was 99.29%, and the overall radiochemical yield was 3.0% based upon 100 mCi of [¹⁴C]CH₂I₂ starting material. By following similar synthetic routes, 580.0 mg of ¹³CD₂‐labeled saxagliptin and 153.1 mg of ¹³CD₂‐labeled 5‐hydroxysaxagliptin metabolite were prepared. 物品标签是影响无菌物品质量的一个重要因素,目前,绝大部分医院供应室物品标签都是由人工书写或应用计算机打印纸质标签,内容往往不完整、不规范,其劳动强度大,花费时间多,且手工书写有时不能准确填写灭菌时间,容易出现错误的标签标识。     

自制社区居民健康档案封面标签的应用

目的：探讨社区卫生服务中心应用自制封面标签对社区居民健康档案进行标识管理。方法：采用购买的彩色蜡光可粘贴型标签纸按一定的规格裁剪成型后，分别按照卫生服务中心的规定进行粘贴标识。结果：自2008年应用自制封面标签对社区居民健康档案进行分类标识管理以来，提高了社区居民健康档案的管理质量，也提高了医护人员的工作效率。结论：自制社区居民健康档案封面标签不仅费用低、易于制作，应用效果也好。     

A young people's perspective on computer game addiction

In this article, I examine computer game addiction as a social phenomenon, analyzing the consequences of using the term in order to express a concern about high frequency consumption or even a problematic usage of computer games. I argue that while it is obviously very important to take seriously these concerns about young people “at risk,” there is a gap between the phenomenon as a suggested psychiatric diagnosis and young people's reflections on the matter. Following the work of Goffman and Becker, computer game addiction is not necessarily something negative in the eyes of the player and other young people. It is shown that the classification can be a positive element in young people's identity work. On the other hand, a high consumption of computer games is also considered as “culturally unacceptable.” From this perspective, computer game addiction becomes a question of how to construct the boundaries between normality and deviance and how prejudices are governing and controlling young people's lives. All this suggests more caution in classifying frequent and problematic computer game play as a disorder in itself. We need a more complex understanding of computer game addiction than research so far has offered us.     

产科新生儿安全信息系统的研制

本文阐述了产科新生儿安全信息系统的研制过程。该系统主要由床边安全信息采集平台和中央监护系统组成,可实现床边母婴身份识别、床边母婴信息显示、床边母婴信息发送/接收、护士站中央监护等功能。临床测试结果表明,该系统机动性好,性能稳定,通过一系列可预见性的管理功能提高了新生儿的安全管理水平。
