牛皮癣34例临床观察及治疗对策研究

目的 开展了牛皮癣的临床治疗观察和治疗方法进行了详细研究.方法 选择自2011年1月-2013年3月在本院进行治疗的牛皮癣患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,进行了内服和外用联合治疗和单纯性内服药治疗.结果 治疗组的总有效率为100％;对照组的总有效率为88％,治疗组的情况好于对照组,P＜0.05表示差异有统计学意义.结论 治疗牛皮癣要首先考虑中西医结合治疗的方式.     

Metotrexato: novedades terapéuticas

Although the first study on the efficacy of methotrexate in the treatment of psoriasis was reported in 1958, scientific evidence for this indication has been scant until quite recently. We now have new data on the pharmacokinetics and mechanism of action of methotrexate and new subcutaneous formulations that have improved the bioavailability, efficacy, and ease of administration of the drug. The results of recent clinical trials comparing methotrexate with several biologic agents have shown it to be the first-line therapy among the classic systemic treatments for psoriasis. Moreover, the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio for subcutaneous methotrexate has been shown to be superior to that of ciclosporin, adalimumab, and infliximab.     

Comparison of the response of psoriasis,over a 6-month period,to clobetasol propionate and fluocinolone acetonide ointments

Summary

Twenty-nine patients with bilateral psoriasis were treated with clobetasol propionate ointment on one side of the body and fluocinolone acetonide ointment on the other in a double-blind clinical trial lasting 6 months. With one exception, after the first month of treatment, all patients responded better on the clobetasol propionate treated side. There was a tendency for any relapses to be less rapid and less severe in clobetasol propionate treated lesions. No adverse effects from either steroid were observed.     

Identification of PTPN22, ST6GAL1 and JAZF1 as psoriasis risk genes demonstrates shared pathogenesis between psoriasis and diabetes

The biological connections between psoriasis and diabetes have been suggested by epidemiological, immunological and genetic studies. To identify additional shared susceptibility loci and investigate shared pathogenesis between these two diseases, we genotyped 89 reported diabetes susceptibility loci in 4456 psoriasis cases and 6027 controls of Chinese population using the MassARRAY system from Sequenom. We discovered three significant associations at rs6679677 on 1p13.2 (P=6.15×10^?5, OR=5.07), rs16861329 on 3q27.3 (P=2.02×10^?4, OR=0.87) and rs849135 on 7p15.1 (P=6.59×10^?9, OR=1.78), which suggested PTPN22, ST6GAL1 and JAZF1 as novel susceptibility genes for psoriasis in Chinese population. Our findings implicated the involvement of T‐cell receptor signalling pathway in the pathogenesis of psoriasis and further confirmed the shared genetic susceptibility between psoriasis and diabetes.     

阿维A联合NB-UVB治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效分析

目的：观察阿维A联合NB-UVB照射治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效及安全性。方法：60例寻常银屑病患者随机分为2组，均予NB-UVB照射，3次/周。治疗组同时口服阿维A10mg（2次/d）。2组均治疗8周后判定疗效和随访6个月。结果：治疗组有效率90．0％，对照组63．34％，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：阿维A联合NB-UVB照射治疗银屑病有很好的临床疗效，不良反应小，值得推广应用。
