探讨传统客户／服务器应用和Web的结合方法

提出了传统客户／服务器应用和Ｗｅｂ结合的五种模型,对每种模型的优缺点和适用性进行了讨论,且介绍了一个基于Ｗｅｂ技术的新一代客户／服务器应用快速开发工具。     

医学院校多媒体教育校园网的模式与管理

本文对校园网的教学应用范围、两种组成模式作了简要的介绍,指出校园网的快速建设和发展,对教学、科研、建立新的教学模式、改革教学内容、方法、推进素质教育等方面起到了积极重要的作用,离不开管理层观念的转变及长期支持。并对网络软件资源开发、建设、管理进行了建设性的讨论。     

新安名医“张一帖”源流考

肇自晋唐、盛于明清的“新安医学”在中医学发展史中具有重要地位。作者对新安临床医家中具有代表性的医学家族 :徽州歙县定潭“张一帖”的源流进行了详细考证。认为“张一帖”之名起于明嘉靖年间 ,传承至今 ,计 45 0余年、15代的历史。张氏历代以急性热病、内科疑难杂病为其精擅 ,传有“末药”等名方 ,并对张氏各代的临床特色予以简要考辨、探讨。认为区域性医学流派、代表性医学家族链曾是中医学发展过程中的重要建构形式之一。     

医学遗传资料的统计方法及程序设计研究

目的：将常用的科研统计方法和遗传数理统计方法编制成统计软件包。方法：将常用的数量遗传统计和基因统计方法归纳整理,结合医学科研常用的统计方法,归纳为几个结构模块,采用ＢＡＳＩＣ语言和Ｃ语言编程。结果：研制成医学遗传统计软件包,包括七个功能菜单,一百多种统计方法。结论：本研究成果值得在医学研究,尤其在医学遗传学领域中广泛广和应用。     

基于Java环境面向对象软件质量度量的一些研究

讨论了适用于面向对象软件质量的度量方法,提出了在Ｊａｖａ软件质量度量中应注意的问题。     

统计软件平台结构研究

讨论了统计软件平台的概念,抽象描述了统计软件平台模型和统计软件平台体系结构,着重介绍了数据字典,统计分析和历史数据处理.采用层次支持的开放式软件结构,并综合统计事务中的各种统计需求设计统计软件平台,使实现的系统具有良好的动态可扩充性.中间件技术的应用使该平台能满足各种数据应用的特定需要.应用数据字典作为控制参数也使得该平台能够满足不同用户的统计要求.     

The microcomputer revolution

The role of microcomputers in the analytical laboratory is growing rapidly as applications software becomes more generally available. In this survey, the impact of microcomputers on the practice of analysis in pharmaceutical and biomedical areas is examined in the context of available hardware. The advent of 16-bit microcomputers and the implications of computer access to networked data bases are also discussed.

放射治疗计算机信息管理系统的开发与应用

目的　开发放射治疗信息管理系统计算机软件。方法　采用局域网、客户机 服务器模式 ,以SQL SERVERA为数据库服务器 ,使用VisualFoxpro 5 .0为编程语言进行开发。结果　该系统包括放射治疗计划系统和放射治疗科数据管理系统。结论　该系统运行稳定 ,数据安全可靠 ,操作简单 ,易于临床推广使用。     

Medulloblastoma in an adult suggestive of external granule cells as its origin: A histological and immunohistochemical study

We describe a rare case of medulloblastoma in an adult woman with histological findings suggesting an origin for this neoplasm in the external granular layer or its remnants. The patient presented with cerebellar dysfunction, and neuroimaging revealed a right cerebellar mass lesion. Pathological examination of the operative specimen revealed a medulloblastoma with occasional areas of neuronal or glial differentiation. Zic protein was also detected immunohistochemically in the tumor cells. The tumor cells were mainly distributed in the subarachnoid space and extended to the cerebellar parenchyma through the perivascular space to form tumor nodules. A suggestive finding, as concerns the origin of this neoplasm, was that the tumor cells were also spread evenly along the subpial zone of the molecular layer, reminiscent of the cellular architecture of the fetal external granular layer.
