目的观察深圳宝安3~7岁健康幼儿血清糖、离子、非蛋白含氮类化合物表达水平。方法采用OLRPUSAU-640全自动生化仪及OLRPUS诊断试剂、东欧生物诊断试荆,检测316例体检健康幼儿血清中Ca^++、Mg^++、P^+++、GLU、BUN、Cr、UA的含量。结果①.1组与4组及2组与3、4组Ca^++组间方差分析,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。②.1组与2、3、4组Cr组间方差分析,差异有统计学意义P〈0.05。而Mg^++、P^+++、GLU、BUN、UA组间方差分析差异无统计学意义,P〉0.05。结论笔者证实了3~4岁健康幼儿与6~7岁健康幼儿及4~5岁健康幼儿与5~7岁健康幼儿血清Ca^++表达水平有差异。也证实了3~4岁健康幼儿与4~7健康幼儿Cr含量存在差异。由此可见,3~7岁健康幼儿建立自己的参考值是必要的。 相似文献

目的 确定UF - 10 0型全自动尿液沉渣检测仪检测健康人尿沉渣检测的参考值范围。方法 用UF - 10 0型全自动尿液沉渣检测仪随机检测 5 2 0例健康人不离心尿液标本 ,对尿液沉渣进行分析。结果 尿液中红细胞 (RBC)、白细胞 (WBC)、上皮细胞 (EC)、管型 (CAST)各年龄组之间检测值经 F 检验 ,差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但男、女性别之间差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 尿液RBC、WBC、EC的多少与年龄无关 ,但与性别有关。健康人参考值的确立 ,为尿液常规检验定量标准化和临床应用提供了依据 相似文献

背景 目标范围内时间(TIR)作为血糖管理的新指标,与短期血糖波动相关,是否与长期血糖变异性相关尚不清楚。目的 探讨老年男性2型糖尿病患者TIR与长期随访期间糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)变异系数、HbA1c变异性评分(HVS)的关系。方法 选取2007年1月至2011年1月在解放军总医院第二医学中心住院行动态血糖监测(CGM)的老年男性2型糖尿病患者200例,根据患者基线TIR水平,将其分为TIR≥85%组(n=141)和TIR<85%组(n=59)。对受试者随访观察(12.5±1.1)年,比较两组长期随访期间HbA1c变异系数和HVS。采用Pearson相关、多元线性回归分析TIR与HbA1c变异系数、HVS的关系。结果 TIR<85%组患者的长期HbA1c变异系数[(9.7±3.8)%比(8.2±4.5)%,P=0.028)]、HVS[(48.7±20.4)分比(32.5±20.8)分,P<0.001)]均明显高于TIR≥85%组。Pearson相关分析结果... 相似文献

The ovary plays a central role in oogenesis and gonadal hormone secretion. Proteomic analysis is a valuable approach for gaining an increased understanding of the molecular nature of the ovary. In this work, two-dimensional electrophoresis for protein separation followed by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry and database searches, identified 231 protein spots corresponding to 138 individual proteins that were found in gels representing both the follicular and luteal phases. The data were used to construct a database online (). The identified proteins were functionally classified into seven groups: (1) cell signaling/communication, (2) cell division, (3) gene/protein expression, (4) metabolism, (5) cell structure and motility, (6) cell/organism defense, and (7) unclassified. Among the proteins identified, 47% had not been previously reported in the human ovary. In addition, a number of disease-related proteins were identified in this protein map, including some cancer- and polycystic ovarian syndrome-related proteins. Two proteins with phosphorylation were verified by Western blot analysis. Comparison of protein abundance between follicular and luteal stages produced seven protein spots that had been identified in our database. This study provides a preliminary reference map of normal human ovary that will form a basis for comparative studies on normal and pathological conditions of the human ovary and may serve as a potential tool for clinical diagnosis, therapeutics, and prognosis.Electronic Supplementary Material Supplementary material is available in the online version of this article at L. A complete consensus sequence was determined for the genomic RNA of human parainfluenza virus type 1 (HPIV1) strain Washington/20993/1964 (HPIV1 WASH/64), a clinical isolate that previously was shown to be virulent in adults. The sequence exhibited a high degree of relatedness to both Sendai virus, a PIV1 virus recovered from mice, and human PIV3 (HPIV3) with regard to cis-acting regulatory regions and protein-coding sequences. This consensus sequence was used to generate a full-length antigenomic cDNA and to recover a recombinant wild-type HPIV1 (rHPIV1). Interestingly, the rHPIV1 could be rescued from full-length antigenomic rHPIV1 cDNA using HPIV3 support plasmids, HPIV1 support plasmids, or a mixture thereof. The replication of rHPIV1 in vitro and in the respiratory tract of hamsters was similar to that of its biologically derived parent virus. The similar biological properties of rHPIV1 and HPIV1 WASH/64 in vitro and in vivo, together with the previous demonstration of the virulence of this specific isolate in humans, authenticates the rHPIV1 sequence as that of a wild-type virus. In two experiments the involvement of relative and fixed coordinate systems in visuomotor transformations was examined. The
experimental task required the successive performance of two movements in each trial, which had to “correspond” to different
visual stimuli. One kind of visual display indicated target positions by way of different horizontal positions of a vertical
line on a monitor (position mode), while the other indicated movement amplitudes by way of different lengths of a horizontal
line (amplitude mode). Formal analysis of variances and covariances of successive individual movements led to the conclusion
that in the position mode visuomotor transformations were based on a mixture of relative and fixed coordinate systems, while
in the amplitude mode only a relative coordinate system was involved. Thus, visuomotor transformations can be characterized
as mixtures of different coordinate systems, and their respective weights in the mixtures are task-dependent.

Manipulation of objects around the head requires an accurate and stable internal representation of their locations in space, also during movements such as that of the eye or head. For far space, the representation of visual stimuli for goal-directed arm movements relies on retinal updating, if eye movements are involved. Recent neurophysiological studies led us to infer that a transformation of visual space from retinocentric to a head-centric representation may be involved for visual objects in close proximity to the head. The first aim of this study was to investigate if there is indeed such a representation for remembered visual targets of goal-directed arm movements. Participants had to point toward an initially foveated central target after an intervening saccade. Participants made errors that reflect a bias in the visuomotor transformation that depends on eye displacement rather than any head-centred variable. The second issue addressed was if pointing toward the centre of a wide-field expanding motion pattern involves a retinal updating mechanism or a transformation to a head-centric map and if that process is distance dependent. The same pattern of pointing errors in relation to gaze displacement was found independent of depth. We conclude that for goal-directed arm movements, representation of the remembered visual targets is updated in a retinal frame, a mechanism that is actively used regardless of target distance, stimulus characteristics or the requirements of the task. 相似文献

In a series of three experiments, adult rats who suffered severe zinc deficiency and/or undernutrition during lactation were tested in a 17-arm radial maze for working memory, reference memory, forgetting and learning. In Experiment 1, eight out of 17 arms were baited. The zinc deficient (ZD) and undernourished (PF) rats revealed a learning deficit when compared to adequately nourished rats (AL). ZD rats also appeared to display a loss of working memory. No evidence of loss of reference memory was observed among any of the groups. A reverse learning procedure was used in Experiment 2 to test the same rats used in Experiment 1. ZD rats were significantly inferior in performance of the reverse learning task compared to the AL and PF rats. No significant differences in performance were noted between the AL and PF rats. Although all groups displayed forgetfulness from Experiment 1 to Experiment 2, no significant differences in forgetfulness were evidenced among the groups. In Experiment 3, all 17 arms were baited. The ZD rats displayed a significant working memory deficit as compared to the AL and PF rats. No significant differences in working memory between the AL and PF rats occurred. The possibility that the differences in performance were due to differences in food motivation or attention was considered and rejected. It was concluded that ZD rats experienced a severe learning deficit and some working memory deficit while the PF rats experienced a mild learning deficit as compared to the AL rats. 相似文献
