Human resources and access to maternal health care.

The lack of human resources is one of the main bottlenecks to achieving the Millennium Development Goals on maternal and child health. A coherent national policy, recognized across government, needs to be in place to overcome this especially in countries severely affected by HIV/AIDS. Such a policy should cover selection of pre-service students, the qualifications of trainers and training sites, supportive supervision, career path development, a package of carefully thought-out incentives for the retention of staff, strategies for interaction with communities, and an agreed-upon health staff HIV/AIDS policy. Without such coherent human resource planning, a large number of countries will fail to reduce maternal and newborn mortality.     

临床护士接触抗肿瘤药物职业防护现状

目的：了解临床护士接触抗肿瘤药物的职业防护行为现状。方法：采用自行设计调查问卷对综合医院363名临床一线护士进行问卷调查。结果：接触抗肿瘤药物护士的职业防护行为较差；肿瘤科护士接触抗肿药物职业防护行为好于非肿瘤科室护士；结论：应健全管理制度和规范操作规程，配备防护设施；加强职业防护教育。提高防护意识，规范防护行为，减少职业危害。     

变迁与整合:医患关系的社会学视角分析

医患关系的形成与变迁由社会的发展而决定。经济、历史、文化、科技以及宗教的发展都会对其产生较大的影响。我国目前正处于社会转型时期。因此，分析与探讨现时代的医惠关系必须充分地了解社会的基本背景与状态，在此基础上思考我国医患关系的重新整合。     

中医院校图书馆参考咨询员知识结构分析

从医、教、研人员对中医古籍图书的需求、对中医古代专题资料的需求、对现代中医药期刊文献的需求、对特种中医药文献的需求、对中医药数据信息的需求、对中医药课题研究的定性需求等实例出发，对中医院校图书馆参考咨询员的知识结构进行了分析。     

潍坊市卫生检验人员现状调查分析

目的 调研潍坊市卫生检验人员现状，为疾病预防控制机构中该类人员的合理配置提供参考。方法 对2004年在岗卫生检验人员从年龄、学历、职称、从事卫生检验工作年限及性别构成方面进行对比分析，探讨各因素问存在的差异及对整体状况的影响。结果 在岗卫生检验人员137人，占卫生技术人员的17．34％；男性卫生检验人员仅为46人，占33．58％；从事卫生检验5a以下人员比例较低；无学历人员偏多；卫生检验人员业务技术职称明显低于监督人员，尤其高级职称人员明显不足。结论 应增加卫生检验人员数量，合理调控卫生检验人员学历、性别和业务技术职称比例，提高人员整体素质。     

A rare case of evisceration

A case of homicide is described where the body of a young woman was found in the countryside in a state of advanced decomposition. The autopsy revealed that almost all the internal organs were missing, but not due to putrefaction. The thoracic cavity was opened in the professional manner normally used during an autopsy. 层级培训模式对消化内科实习护士业务水平的提高评价

目的研究分析层级培训模式在消化内科实习护士带教中的应用对护士业务水平的提高评价。方法选取于在2019年1月—2020年1月在消化内科实习的78名护士作为该次调查的对象,采用随机方法将该次参与研究的实习护士分为对照组以及实验组,每组39名。该次调查中对照组采用传统带教模式,实验组采用层级培训模式。观察对照组、实验组实习护士临床护理能力。结果实验组实习护士的带教总平均成绩为(86.67±4.3)分明显高于对照组实习护士总平均成绩(66.13±5.7)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组实习护士对带教的满意率为94.87%明显高于对照组实习护士满意率71.79%,差异有统计学意义(χ²=7.477,P<0.05);带教护士对实验组实习护士的满意率为97.44%高于对照组满意率为69.23%,差异有统计学意义(χ²=11.169,P<0.05)。结论针对消化内科实习护士的带教采用层级培训模式可以有效提高护士的业务水平,提高实习护士临床护理能力,并且提高实习护士与带教护士对彼此双方的满意率。     

Music therapists’ job satisfaction,collective self-esteem,and burnout

General references show that the type of professional identity known as collective self-esteem could be an important factor in professionals’ job satisfaction and burnout. However, little attention has been paid to identifying the interactions of these three variables in music therapy. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between music therapists’ job satisfaction, collective self-esteem, and burnout. Specifically, this paper emphasizes the role of collective self-esteem as a mediator between music therapists’ job satisfaction and burnout. Ninety professional music therapists in Korea participated in this study. The Korean Music Therapists’ Job Satisfaction Scale, the Collective Self-Esteem Scale, and the Maslach Burnout Inventory were used to measure music therapists’ job satisfaction, collective self-esteem, and burnout, respectively.
