行政公益诉讼的原告资格

在建立和完善行政公益诉讼的过程中 ,我国目前的原告资格制度已不能适应其要求。进一步拓宽原告资格的范围 ,赋予更多合适的法律主体在社会公益受到侵犯时提起行政公益诉讼的原告资格 ,并在立法上予以明确 ,将有利于更好地限制行政权力的滥用、维护社会公共利益 ,这也是我国行政法治未来发展的必然趋势与选择。     

Psychomotor Status–A Female Case in the 34th Week of Pregnancy

Abstract: A case report is presented here. A 33-year-old female who had been medicated with Chinese medicine showed a typical psychomotor status which conformed to all items of Heinteľs and Treiman and Delgado-Escueta's diagnostic criteria of psychomotor status. When she was 33 years old in the 34th week of pregnancy on April 11, 1981, she was found to be in an epileptic twilight state during which a delirious state and some automatisms were observed. As the incidence of automatisms gradually increased, she was finally seized with a typical psychomotor status in which automatisms were quite periodically and frequently repeated without complete recovery of consciousness between seizures. This status still continued despite an intravenous injection of diazepam and phenytoin and barely ceased with the medication of clonazepam and carbamazepine four days after the beginning of the status     

Ameloblastic fibro-odontoma. Case report

Ameloblastic fibro-odontoma is a relatively rare odontogenic tumour which is composed of ameloblastic fibroma and a complex or compound odontoma. In this article, a case of a two-year-old boy with this tumour is presented.     

Density equalized map projections: a method for analysing clustering around a fixed point

Cases plotted on a geopolitical map entail difficulties in interpretation and analysis because of variable population density in the study area. Density equalized map projections (DEMPs) eliminate the distribution of the resident population as an interfering influence by transforming map area to be proportional to population. This paper discusses a transformation algorithm, its properties, and develops statistical methods to detect clustering of cases around a fixed point for data plotted on DEMPs. We suggest two numeric methods where exact solutions are too complicated or do not exist. Finally, we illustrate these methods using data from Denver and Jefferson counties in Colorado to investigate whether lung cancer and leukaemia incidence patterns are associated with plutonium exposure from the Rocky Flats plant site.     

The Case Study as a Research Strategy

A research strategy seldom used in the caring sciences is the case study. A case study is an empirical in-depth inquiry about an individual, family, group or organization. It is preferable when ‘how’ and ‘why’ questions are asked. The case study is mainly used to explain those causal links in real-life intervention that are too complex for either the survey or experimental strategies. Like other research strategies, its design includes questions or propositions, units of analysis, the logic linking the data to the questions or propositions, and the interpretations of the outcomes. A case study can be reported as a single case or as a compilation of a series of cases. In conclusion, a case study is a simple and excellent way for a care professional to present him or herself to the scientific world.     

氟哌啶醇癸酸脂治疗精神分裂症81例近期疗效分析

报告氟哌啶醇癸酸酯治疗精神分裂症男性病人81例，近期疗效达69．14％。每次剂量50－200mg，每月肌肉注射1次或2次，疗程不短于2个月。92．86％的有效病例月平均剂量低于150mg。治疗两个月内症状改善者占78．68％。认为氟哌啶醇癸酸脂适用于各种各样的精神病，特别是慢性精神分裂症的维持治疗。对此药的疗效和副作用与氟奋乃静癸酸酯和五氟利多做了比较。     

Acanthamoeba keratitis

A case of amoebic keratitis is described in a 34-year-old male patient who got glass wool dust in his eye. The keratitis ran a chronic course over more than 8 months and was resistant to topical antibiotics, steroids and antiviral drugs. A perforating keratoplasty was performed, and 1 year later the condition appears satisfactory. Histopathological examination of the corneal disc revealed many encysted amoebae which were classified as belonging to the genus Acanthamoeba.This is the first case of amoebic keratitis to be recorded in Belgium. The report includes a review of the literature on the subject.     

肝癌二期切除疗法的研究（附10例报告）

本文从临床、病理、电子显微镜乃至分子生物学多方面对肝癌二期切除前期治疗的有效性、可行性，适应证，前期治疗与二期切除间隔时间以及存在问题进行了研究。结果：采用开腹肝固有动脉结扎加化学药物灌注或化学栓塞（LPD）治疗，或经股动脉Seldingers法选择性肝动脉LPD治疗，均可使部分中晚期肝癌症门面和客观指标明显改善，肿瘤缩小或局限而达到二期切除的目标，证实了本前期治疗方法的有效性和二期切除的可行性，其适应证应为单纯型，硬化型Ⅱ期。T3-4NoMo，块状和巨块型，Child肝功能A级的肝癌，两次手术的间隔时间应以3个月以上为宜。
