命门动静观——兼论中医关于内分泌学的早期发现

明代命门学说的形成是中国古代医家为探索生命的起源及其内在规律所作的伟大尝试,反映出中国医药学早期对人体内分泌功能的发现和认识[1]。明代医家关于命门的解剖位置及其功能的描述,与现代医学肾上腺的位置和生理功能基本相合。"命门动静观"——即命门是五脏整合的生殖调节中枢,平时处在半关闭的状态,静以蓄养,为生殖作物质和能量方面的储备;激发态下命门全面开放,整合脏腑,使之同步;奇经八脉为命门开放、整合五脏的通道。命门为生命之原,相火之主,具有阴阳相济的特性,因而有别于五脏、十二经脉,反映出太极层次下生命活动的内在规律和调节机制。这项研究澄清了长期以来"肾命不分"的混淆。命门学说研究的深入为在生命的高层次上探索中西医结合之路开辟了广阔的前景。     

The impact of childhood epilepsy on neurocognitive and behavioral performance: a prospective longitudinal study

PURPOSE: To assess neurocognitive and behavioral performance in children with idiopathic epilepsy (CWE, n = 74), their siblings without epilepsy (control, n = 23), and children with migraine (CWM, n = 13), and to identify medical factors related to learning or behavioral problems in CWE. 上海卫生系统选拔 10 2名德才兼备的优秀中青年科技人才进入上海市卫生系统百名跨世纪优秀学科带头人培养计划 ,由市卫生局给予启动基金 ,并与入围者所在单位及其上级主管部门共同制定培养计划 ,签订培养合同 ,落实培养措施 ,对培养对象的实际业务水平、组织管理能力、学术地位、知名度的提高以及医、教、研实际成绩进行全过程的跟踪和考核评估。绩效分析表明 ,通过 5年～ 7年的重点培养和锻炼 ,他们业已成为本市第一代优势学科带头人 ,从整体上推进了上海卫生事业发展和医学水平的提高。     

Exploring the Role of Peer Advice in Self-Regulated Learning: Metacognitive,Social, and Environmental Factors

This Conversation Starters article presents a selected research abstract from the 2016 Association of American Medical Colleges Northeast Region Group on Educational Affairs annual spring meeting. The abstract is paired with the integrative commentary of three experts who shared their thoughts stimulated by the pilot study. These thoughts explore the metacognitive, social, and environmental mechanisms whereby advice plays a role in self-regulated learning.     

Practitioners' perspectives on the functioning of school-age children with cochlear implants

Abstract

Objective

The availability of cochlear implants has increased the number of children with profound deafness educated in classrooms alongside peers with normal hearing. The purpose of this research was to better understand the functioning of these children from the perspective of their service providers.

Methods

Semi-structured focus group interviews were conducted with 28 practitioners to elicit their perceptions of children's abilities in oral communication, academic, and social functioning. Data were coded inductively and examined through content analysis.

Results

The central theme was that cochlear implantation has improved school functioning for children both in hearing and related spoken language abilities and beyond hearing in academic and social development. While these benefits were a consistent theme, a wide range of performance was identified across all areas of functioning. In particular, areas of concern included full participation in classroom activities and social interaction with peers.

Conclusions

The findings provide insights into functioning for children with cochlear implants from the perspective of those who interact with them in everyday settings. These findings underscore the challenges for children in achieving full participation despite improvements in communication skills. Practitioners identified areas where intervention is required to facilitate the inclusion of children in school programs.     

焦点解决取向团体辅导对改善大学生学业拖延的影响

目的探讨焦点解决取向的团体辅导对降低学业拖延,提升学业自我效能感的影响效果。方法对10名大学生进行6次团体辅导,采用学业拖延量表和学业自我效能问卷对实验组和对照组进行前后测,并对团体成员填写自编的自我评估表。结果经过团体辅导后,实验组在学业拖延和学业自我效能感上存在显著差异(t=9.181,-4.250;P0.001);干预后,实验组与对照组在学业拖延和学业自我效能感上存在显著差异(t=-8.946,6.409;P0.001)。结论团体辅导能有效提升大学生的学业自我效能感,减少学业拖延行为的产生。
