Endonasal flap suture-dacryocystorhinostomy (eFS-DCR): a new surgical technique for nasolacrimal duct obstruction (NLDO)

Conclusion: Endonasal flap suture-dacryocystorhinostomy (eFS- DCR) is a new and valuable technique for the treatment of nasolacrimal duct obstruction (NLDO). This technique could improve the success rate of endonasal DCR in comparison to external DCR. Objective: The standard procedure for NLDO is DCR. DCR can be performed via either an external or endonasal approach. External DCR is now regarded as the gold standard in the treatment of NLDO because of its higher success rate. However, we report a new endonasal surgical technique, eFS-DCR, and assess its efficacy by comparison with the standard endonasal DCR. Methods: We prospectively investigated a series of 62 consecutive patients with NLDO undergoing endonasal DCR. There were two surgical intervention groups: group 1 (24 patients, 28 sites) undergoing endonasal DCR without eFS; and group 2 (38 patients, 47 sites) undergoing eFS-DCR. Study end points were success rate, the ostium diameter (OD) of the lacrimal sac after DCR, and the duration of stent placement. We compared the two groups on these three points. Results: The success rate was 78.6% (22 of 28 sites) for group 1 (DCR without eFS) and 97.9% (46 of 47 sites) for group 2 (eFS-DCR). The ostium size in patients in group 2 was larger than that in group 1. The median time for the duration of stent placement was 42.5 days for group 1 and 31.5 days for group 2. There was a statistical difference (p < 0.01) in all these parameters between the two groups.     

角膜接触镜经营企业质量管理现况及监管对策思考

目的通过系统调查,了解角膜接触镜经营企业质量管理现况,探索进一步有效监管的方向。方法对上海市徐汇区62家角膜接触镜经营企业质量管理指标进行系统调查,并对不同经营模式企业进行数据对比与统计分析。结果角膜接触镜批发企业、零售连锁企业各项质量管理指标明显好于非连锁角膜接触镜零售企业。结论提高许可门槛,鼓励角膜接触镜零售连锁经营模式,加强对角膜接触镜经营企业的监管,重点是加强对单体零售企业的监管。     

康艾注射液上市后医院集中监测

摘 要 目的：对康艾注射液上市后临床应用情况进行评价,为规范和指导临床合理用药提供依据。方法：采用医院集中监测的方法,以本院2016年11月～2017年3月入院并使用康艾注射液的住院患者为研究对象,记录患者基本情况、用药情况和药品不良反应发生情况,并评价用药合理性。 结果：共观察病例1 000例,其中超适应证用药占2.5%,用药剂量不足占2.1%,超疗程用药占0.8%,溶媒剂量不足占0.5%。1例患者发生药品不良反应,发生率为0.1%。结论：康艾注射液临床应用欠规范,提示临床用药应严格按照说明书规定适应证、疗程和用法用量,并密切监护患者有无不良反应发生等。     

Technique to Confirm Occlusal Contact Using an Articulating Paper Holder Equipped with Tongue Depressor

This technical report describes a simple procedure for verifying occlusal contact with the use of a new device that combines the functions of a tongue depressor and an articulating paper holder. Verifying occlusal contact and/or the maxillomandibular relationship record can be expected to be simpler and easier with this device compared to the conventional holder, especially for patients with tongue hypertrophy or obesity and those treated under general anesthesia, among others.

带离心功能的极坐标式移动平台的设计与分析

文章介绍了一款自动化装置的结构设计基本方案,该装置可应用在基于图像的显微病理分析中,能够对体液样本进行离心处理,并在不移动样本的情况下直接降低转速,配合沿样本平台径向直线运动的物镜,对样本进行逐格扫描.为了避免离心运动过后转速降低使得样品恢复原始状态,本文还设计了一款特殊的样本容器.该设计中还提出了一种新型微调平机构解决方案,用以调节旋转平台基准面与聚光镜发出光线的垂直度.最后通过有限元仿真软件对该机构进行模态分析.
