哈尔滨市综合医院手术室感染影响因素分析

目的了解综合医院手术室感染情况,分析现阶段医院手术室感染的影响因素,改善手术室医疗质量,保障病人安全。方法选取哈尔滨市6家三级综合医院和6家二级综合医院的手术室护士长,采用问卷调查法调查手术室感染情况,分析手术室发生感染的危险因素。结果2009年6家二级医院手术室全年手术量为3211台,发生医院感染163例,发生手术室感染19例;6家三级医院手术室全年手术量为7592台,发生医院感染1339例,发生手术室感染11例。影响手术室感染的因素为：医护人员手卫生、器械物品消毒灭菌与隔离、手术室环境、手术室布局与工作流程。结论手术室感染控制应在手卫生、消毒灭菌隔离、环境、布局及工作流程这几个方面加强管理,减少手术室感染的发生数量。     

急诊生化标本检验结果回报时间分析

目的：通过LIS系统对我科急诊生化标本的检验结果回报时间（TAT）进行分析,了解一天中各时间段、各环节TAT的情况,为优化检验科内各环节的流程,提高效率提供客观依据。方法：利用实验室LIS系统导出急诊生化标本相关数据,包括签收时间、接收时间和报告审核时间,以获取各时间段TAT,并进行统计分析。对实验室改进措施前后的标本不合格率进行卡方检验。结果：急诊生化标本的不合格率的高峰时段为8：00—10：00ain和10：00-12：00am,2012年1—6月和2012年7-12月急诊生化的不合格率分别为10．08％和5．42％。结论：通过急诊生化标本TAT时间分析,可为实验室持续改进提供证据,进而提高工作效率。     

医疗设备维修管理信息系统的应用

根据科室的实际情况,采用Delphi7．0以及MS SQL Server 2000开发了医疗设备维修管理信息系统,其主要功能有首接登记、维修登记和工作量统计等。在投入使用后,缩短了维修响应时间,提高了维修人员的工作效率和积极性,取得了良好的效果。     

Maintaining Quality Control Using a Radiological Digital X-ray Dashboard

Repeats are indicators for the quality-imaging manager to schedule additional training and to be used as a basis for dialog with the reading radiologists to improve the service and quality to patients and referring physicians. Through the thoughtful application of software and networking, dose management, X-ray usage, and repeat analysis data can be made available centrally. This provides clinically useful technologist-centric results greatly benefiting an enterprise. This study tracked a radiology department’s use of a digital X-ray dashboard software application. It was discovered that 80% of the exams were performed by only 21% of the technologists and that the technologist with the highest throughput had a personal repeat rate of 6.5% compared to the department average of 7.6%. This study indicated that useful information could be derived and used as a basis for improving the radiology department’s operations and in maintaining high quality standards.     

基于JBPM工作流技术的医院内部报销审批系统

针对医院的业务需求提出网上报销审批系统的流程，并结合工作流和J2EE的实践经验，建立基于J2EE架构、利用JBPM技术的医院内部报销审批系统。介绍医院当前报销审批现状，阐述工作流的概念，重点介绍系统的功能设计及实现过程，对JBPM工作流技术进行展望。     

Laboratory Automation and Middleware

The practice of surgical pathology is under constant pressure to deliver the highest quality of service, reduce errors, increase throughput, and decrease turnaround time while at the same time dealing with an aging workforce, increasing financial constraints, and economic uncertainty. Although not able to implement total laboratory automation, great progress continues to be made in workstation automation in all areas of the pathology laboratory. This report highlights the benefits and challenges of pathology automation, reviews middleware and its use to facilitate automation, and reviews the progress so far in the anatomic pathology laboratory.
