目的:探讨健脾利咽汤对慢性咽炎患者唾液中分泌性免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)含量的影响及机理。方法:用ELISA方法检测7例正常人及符合条件的80例患者,随机分为健脾利咽汤治疗组40例和金嗓利咽丸对照组40例,分别记录治疗前后患者唾液中SIgA的含量情况。结果:经统计学分析,疗程结束后两组患者唾液中SIgA的含量均有提高,且其SIgA的含量及总疗效比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:健脾利咽汤可显著提高慢性咽炎患者唾液SIgA的含量,可能是该方治疗慢性咽炎的主要机理之一。  相似文献

目的:比较白术茯苓汤水煎液及其提取分离组分与组分配伍对脾气虚大鼠血浆胃肠激素及肠道局部免疫的调节作用.方法:以大黄、厚朴、枳实加饥饱失常法复制脾气虚证的动物模型,采用RIA法检测血浆VIP、MTL、SS含量;ELISA法检测肠组织SIgA含量.结果:与空白组比较,脾气虚模型大鼠VIP、SS明显升高(P<0.05),MTL、SIgA明显降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,各高、中剂量组对上述指标均有不同程度的改善,其中,①白术茯苓汤及多糖、络合物、白术内酯Ⅲ、组分配伍的高剂量组均能下调血浆VIP水平(P<0.05),以白术茯苓汤及组分配伍组作用最为显著(P<0.01);白术茯苓汤、组分配伍高剂量组能上调血浆MTL水平(P<0.05);白术内酯Ⅲ中剂量组、组分配伍高、中剂量组能下调血浆SS水平(P<0.05).②白术茯苓汤、各组分及组分配伍的高、中剂量组均能升高SIgA分泌水平(P<0.05),以白术茯苓汤、多糖低剂量组、组分配伍高剂量组作用最为显著(P<0.01).结论:白术茯苓汤及提取分离组分对胃肠激素及肠道局部免疫有一定的调节作用,对VIP、SIgA作用明显,对MTL、SS作用不确切;组分配伍有协同增效作用.  相似文献

Immunoglobulin A vasculitis (IgAV), also referred to as Henoch-Schönlein purpura, is the most common form of childhood vasculitis. The pathogenesis of IgAV is still largely unknown. The disease is characterized by IgA1-immune deposits, complement factors and neutrophil infiltration, which is accompanied with vascular inflammation. Incidence of IgAV is twice as high during fall and winter, suggesting an environmental trigger associated to climate. Symptoms can resolve without intervention, but some patients develop glomerulonephritis with features similar to IgA nephropathy that include hematuria, proteinuria and IgA deposition in the glomerulus. Ultimately, this can lead to end-stage renal disease. In IgA nephropathy immune complexes containing galactose-deficient (Gd-)IgA1 are found and thought to play a role in pathogenesis. Although Gd-IgA1 complexes are also present in patients with IgAV with nephritis, their role in IgAV is disputed. Alternatively, it has been proposed that in IgAV IgA1 antibodies are generated against endothelial cells. We anticipate that such IgA complexes can activate neutrophils via the IgA Fc receptor FcαRI (CD89), thereby inducing neutrophil migration and activation, which ultimately causes tissue damage in IgAV. In this Review, we discuss the putative role of IgA, IgA receptors, neutrophils and other factors such as infections, genetics and the complement system in the pathogenesis of IgA vasculitis.  相似文献

Mucosal vaccines based on rice (MucoRice) offer a highly practical and cost-effective strategy for vaccinating large populations against mucosal infections. However, the limitation of low expression and yield of vaccine antigens with high molecular weight remains to be overcome. Here, we introduced RNAi technology to advance the MucoRice system by co-introducing antisense sequences specific for genes encoding endogenous rice storage proteins to minimize storage protein production and allow more space for the accumulation of vaccine antigen in rice seed. When we used RNAi suppression of a combination of major rice endogenous storage proteins, 13 kDa prolamin and glutelin A in a T-DNA vector, we could highly express a vaccine comprising the 45 kDa C-terminal half of the heavy chain of botulinum type A neurotoxin (BoHc), at an average of 100 μg per seed (MucoRice-BoHc). The MucoRice-Hc was water soluble, and was expressed in the cytoplasm but not in protein body I or II of rice seeds. Thus, our adaptation of the RNAi system improved the yield of a vaccine antigen with a high molecular weight. When the mucosal immunogenicity of the purified MucoRice-BoHc was examined, the vaccine induced protective immunity against a challenge with botulinum type A neurotoxin in mice. These findings demonstrate the efficiency and utility of the advanced MucoRice system as an innovative vaccine production system for generating highly immunogenic mucosal vaccines of high-molecular-weight antigens.  相似文献

目的观察形寒与寒饮对小鼠呼吸道粘膜免疫分子的影响。方法将40只昆明小鼠随机分为常温对照组、形寒组、寒饮组、形寒寒饮组4组,置于人工气候箱中,于第18天处死小鼠,检测各组气道液中分泌型免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)。结果形寒组、寒饮组与形寒寒饮组气道液TNF-α和IgG表达值与常温对照组比较均明显升高(P0.05),形寒寒饮组升高最明显;形寒组、寒饮组与形寒寒饮组气道液中SIgA的浓度与常温对照组比较均明显下降,形寒寒饮组降低最明显,差异具有统计学意义。结论形寒与寒饮伤肺之时,肺部出现感染导致TNF-α、IgG浓度升高和SIgA的浓度降低,其程度以形寒寒饮两者相合的外感病因最为明显,形寒组次之、寒饮组再次之。  相似文献

目的:分析夏季急性上呼吸道感染中医证型与呼吸道局部免疫分子SIgA之间的相关性。方法:选取夏季急性上呼吸道感染患者60例为研究对象,其中风热型(27例)、暑湿型(33例)并与30例健康人对照,检测上呼吸道局部免疫分子SIgA状况。结果:夏季急性上呼吸道感染与上呼吸道SIgA免疫应答状况有关。结论:夏季急性上呼吸道感染患者中医证型与局部免疫分子SIgA之间存在一定相关性。  相似文献

本文用单向琼脂扩散法测定了乡镇企业土法炼硫污染区182名和对照区193名小学生唾液SlgA含量,污染区的几何均数为55.20μg/ml,对照区为63.75μg/ml,两者有极显著性差异(p<0.01),年龄分组分析结果表明,污染区低年龄组儿童唾液SIgA受影响更大。唾液SIgA的测定可作为环境健康影响调查中一项简单易行的免疫指标。  相似文献

目的 研究盐酸坦索罗辛对慢性前列腺炎患者局部免疫功能的影响.方法 60例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组.对照组采用抗生素治疗;观察组在对照组用药方式的基础上,加用盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊.结果 治疗6周后,观察组总有效率86.67%高于对照组总有效率60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P 〈 0.05).两组治疗后比较,观察组患者的前列腺液白细胞数降低较对照组明显(P 〈 0.05).治疗6周后,观察组患者的前列腺液中SIgA水平较对照组下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P 〈 0.01).结论 盐酸坦索罗辛可明显改善慢性前列腺炎患者的前列腺液中SIgA水平,并可能对前列腺局部的免疫功能具有调节作用.  相似文献

目的 研究美洛昔康对慢性前列腺炎患者前列腺液中SIgA水平的影响.方法 80例慢性前列腺炎患者依治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组:对照组服用盐酸左氧氟沙星片和盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊,观察组在对照组用药方式的基础上加用美洛昔康片.结果 治疗8周后,观察组患者的总有效率82.50%高于对照组总有效率60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);治疗8周后,观察组患者的前列腺液白细胞数低于对照组患者的前列腺液白细胞数,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);治疗8周后,观察组慢性前列腺炎患者的前列腺液中SIgA水平较对照组患者下降明显,差异有高度统计学意义(P < 0.01).结论 美洛昔康用于治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效可靠,并可明显改善患者前列腺液中的SIgA水平.  相似文献

Background: Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) has emerged as the major cause of chronic liver injury. Intestinal barrier plays an important role in the pathogenis of NAFLD. The aim of this article is to assess intestinal immune barrier function during the development of NAFLD. Methods: NAFLD rat model was established by feeding high-fat diet (HFD). Portal blood endotoxin level was assessed by limulus test. The percentage of CD4+ cells and CD8+ cells in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and lymphocytes in Peyer`s patches (PP) were analysed by flowcytometry. Intestinal SIgA level was evaluated by ELISA. Paired Student’s t tests was used for the statistic analysis. Results: HFD rats presented with simple steatosis at 4th and 8th week and progressed to NASH at 12th week. Elevated Lipopolysaccharides (LPS) level in HFD rats was observed at 8th week(1.54±0.30 vs. 1, P<0.01). CD4/CD8 ratios in PBMC and PP of HFD rats were increased at 4th week(1.50±0.47 vs.1 and 1.63±0.34 vs.1, P<0.05) and decresed at 8th week(0.50±0.16 vs.1 and 0.61±0.26 vs.1, P<0.05). At 12th week, CD4/CD8 ratio(1.47±0.46 vs. 1, P<0.05) in PP returned to a higher level as at 4th week. Intestinal SIgA expression of HFD rats was remarkably up-regulated at 12th week(2.70±1.65 vs. 1, P<0.05). Conclusions: Liver-Gut Axis in NAFLD may mediate and improve intestinal immune function by increased CD4/CD8 ratio in PP and increased production of secretory IgA.  相似文献
