目的:为带血管神经蒂游离移植股薄肌提供解剖学基础。方法:对64侧成人下肢股薄肌的主要血管支配、神经来源、血管蒂长度和入肌部位等进行解剖学观察。结果:股薄肌的主要血管起于股深动脉占90.63%.神经支配为闭孔神经前支。入肌部位在股薄肌中上1/3交界处前缘深面。结论:股薄肌动脉、静脉、神经的行程较为衡定和集中.肌肉位置表浅,便于切取.是临床上理想的供肌。 相似文献

We hypothesized that sensory input from the moving leg induces presynaptic inhibition of the soleus H reflex pathway in the contralateral stationary leg. The results showed a crossed inhibition during passive pedalling movement of the leg, which was not removed by low levels of tonic contraction of soleus in the stationary leg. The inhibition was correlated exponentially to the rate of the movement (R2=0.934, P<0.05) and was not dependent on the quadrants through which the moving leg was passing. Static flexion of the stationary leg caused ipsilateral inhibition of the reflexes (t=5.590, P<0.05), independent of the orientations of the other leg. We concluded that sensory inflow from the moving leg induces presynaptic inhibition in the stationary leg, that a complex transformation of the sensory input in the spinal cord or brain underlies the tonic crossed inhibition and phasic ipsilateral inhibition, and that descending motor commands exert a powerful control over these sensorimotor modulatory mechanisms. 相似文献

Summary Unusual inclusions with some of the features of reducing bodies were encountered in the skeletal muscle biopsy of a 2.5-year-old boy with childhoodonset acid maltase deficiency. The biopsy revealed a vacuolar myopathy with lysosomal storage of glycogen and eosinophilic refractile inclusions in myofibers, which appeared dark blue with the menadione-nitroblue tetrazolium reaction. Summary A simple model of the thorax, pelvis and three columns of the intrinsic lumbar back muscles (=ILBM) was constructed. The model was used to study the length of the ILBM during the different stages of the walking cycle. Summary Muscle force recovery from short term intense exercise was examined in 16 physically active men. They performed 50 consecutive
maximal voluntary knee extensions. Following a 40-s rest period five additional maximal contractions were executed. The decrease
in torque during the 50 contractions and the peak torque during the five contractions relative to initial torque were used
as indices for fatigue and recovery, respectively. Venous blood samples were collected repeatedly up to 8 min post exercise
for subsequent lactate analyses. Muscle biopsies were obtained from m. vastus lateralis and analysed for fiber type composition,
fiber area, and capillary density.
Peak torque decreased 67 (range 47–82%) as a result of the repeated contractions. Following recovery, peak torque averaged
70 (47–86%) of the initial value.
Lactate concentration after the 50 contractions was 2.9±1.3 mmol·l−1 and the peak post exercise value averaged 8.7±2.1 mmol·l−1. Fatigue and recovery respectively were correlated with capillary density (r=−0.71 and 0.69) but not with fiber type distribution. A relationship was demonstrated between capillary density and post
exercise/peak post exercise blood lactate concentration (r=0.64). Based on the present findings it is suggested that lactate elimination from the exercising muscle is partly dependent
upon the capillary supply and subsequently influences the rate of muscle force recovery.

Summary The hypothesis that different receptor sites for algesic agents exist at free nerve endings in skeletal muscle has been tested by administering bradykinin and 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) repeatedly in anaesthetized cats and evaluating the response behaviour of single group IV afferent units from the gastrocnemius-soleus muscle.Repeated intraarterial administration of bradykinin at intervals of 1 and 2 min usually elicited fibre responses without tachyphylaxis. Injections of equieffective doses of 5-HT, however, given in the same manner evoked fibre reactions that were strongly tachyphylactic. In units responding to both bradykinin and 5-HT a refractoriness to 5-HT could be induced by repeated injections of this agent without impairing the stimulating potency of bradykinin on the same nerve ending. Such a lack of cross-tachyphylaxis seems to apply also to the effects of histamine on one side and bradykinin or 5-HT on the other.These findings suggest that bradykinin, 5-HT and probably histamine exert their excitatory action on muscular group IV afferent units via different receptor sites. 相似文献

Elderly people (age 75 years; n=48 males and 34 females) were studied in order to elucidate gender differences in elderly subjects on the determinants of
muscle power (force and velocity) during a stretch-shortening cycle. All subjects performed three maximal counter-movement
vertical jumps using both legs, on a force platform (Kistler 9281 B). The eccentric (Ep) and concentric (Cp) phases of the
jumps were analyzed. The Ep was further divided into an acceleration phase (Epacc: from the start of the downward movement to the maximal negative velocity) and deceleration phase (Epdec: from the maximal negative velocity to the end of the downward movement). Jump height for the men was higher than for the
women (P < 0.001). During both Epacc and Epdec no significant differences were observed between males and females in force and power generation. However, the men had a
higher peak muscle power during the Cp, which may be explained exclusively by the velocity determinant (P < 0.001). No specific gender-related strategy appeared to influence the motor pattern of the movement. The comparable eccentric
force generation of the leg extensors in both genders suggests a similar ability to cope with eccentric muscle actions during
everyday activities. In contrast, the marked lower capacity for concentric contractions in women may result in an impaired
performance, especially in activities where intense and rapid movements are essential, for example when reversing a forward
fall. This may be one reason why elderly women are more prone to falls than are elderly men.

The purpose of this study was to assess if chronic low back pain patients have impaired paraspinal muscle O2 turnover and endurance capacity as compared to healthy control subjects during dynamic exercise. Middle-aged healthy male subjects (n = 12, control) and male patients with chronic low back pain (n = 17, CLBP) participated in the study. L4–L5 level paraspinal muscle fatigue was objectively assessed during earlier validated 90 s dynamic back endurance test (spectral EMG, MPFslope). Also EMG amplitude (EMGamplitude) and initial MPF (MPFinitial) were assessed from the initial 5 s of the endurance contraction. Simultaneously near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) was used for quantitative measurement of local L4–L5 paraspinal muscle O2 consumption. Subcutaneous tissue thickness (ATT) was measured from the EMG and NIRS recording sites. The results indicated that control and CLBP groups were compatible as regarding anthropometric variables, paraspinal muscle activation levels (EMGamplitude), initial MPF (MPFinitial) and ATT. When the ATT was used as a covariate in the ANOVA analysis, CLBP group did not show significantly greater paraspinal muscle fatigability (right MPFslope – 12.2 ± 10.7%/min, left right MPFslope – 12.6 ± 13.3%/min) or O2 consumption (right NIRSslope – 52.8 ± 79.6 μM/l/s) as compared to healthy controls (right MPFslope – 11.9 ± 7.6%/min, left MPFslope – 12.7 ± 8.6%/min, right NIRSslope – 53.7 ± 95.2 μM/l/s). As a conclusion, these CLBP male patients did not show any impaired rate of paraspinal muscle oxygen consumption or excessive paraspinal muscle fatigability during dynamic exercise as compared with healthy controls. Subcutaneous tissue thickness has a strong influence on the NIRS and EMG amplitude measurements and, if unchecked, it could result in the false interpretation of the results. 相似文献

We investigated muscle strength, aerobic power, and occupational and leisure-time physical loading as predictors of back pain in a 5-year follow-up study. A cohort of 456 adults aged 25, 35, 45 and 55 years, free of back pain, participated in measurements of anthropometric characteristics, aerobic power and muscle strength characteristics at baseline. The subjects' levels and types of physical activity and occupational physical loading were also determined. At 5 years after the baseline examinations 356 of these subjects (78.1 %) were reached by mail, and 262 of them (73.6%) properly completed and returned a questionnaire including a detailed back pain history for the 5 years following the baseline measurements. Of this number 56 subjects (21 %) who reported back pain ( > 30 on a scale from 0 to 100) and functional impairment during the 5-year follow-up composed the marked back pain group. Other subjects (n = 71, 27%) noting lesser symptoms were included in the mild back pain group; 135 subjects (52%) reported having had no back pain. The subjects with marked back pain were on average taller than the subjects without back pain, while no such difference was found in body mass. Heavy occupational musculoskeletal loading (P = 0.005) and high general occupational physical demands (P = 0.036) predicted future back pain. Leisuretime physical activity, aerobic power or muscle strength characteristics were not predictive of future back pain. 相似文献
