The purpose of this study was to establish the range of total serum IgE in a healthy population lacking personal and family history of allergy, as well as the influence of genetic factors (family history of allergy), environmental factors (degree of air pollution), age, and sex on the serum IgE levels. Using a commercial enzyme immunoassay (Phadezym IgE Prist) the mean serum level of IgE was determined in 363 non-atopic children from 0 to 12 years of age. The geometric mean of serum IgE increased according to age, indicating a positive correlation between both. Higher mean values of serum IgE were found for children with a family history of allergy, than for children without (27.82 and 14.49 U/ml respectively). The percentage of variation due to age was about 94.5% in children with no family history of allergy. The mean value of serum IgE increased with the degree of air pollution in the living area (15.49 U/ml in non-polluted areas, 20.78 U/ml in very polluted areas). However, the influence of air pollution was smaller than the influence of family history on the mean values of serum IgE. The mean value of serum IgE was not modified by sex. 相似文献

Renewed interest in the role of negative symptoms in "defect state" schizophrenia calls for the design of a standardized, easy to use, reliable, and valid instrument to assess these aspects of psychopathology. In order to measure negative symptoms, we developed the Negative Symptom Rating Scale (NSRS). We report on the design, interrater reliability, and construct-validation of NSRS against the most frequently used negative symptom scales or subscales. In summary, the NSRS is a short, sensitive, highly specific, reliable, and apparently valid instrument for measuring negative symptoms in schizophrenia. 相似文献

Summary Partially purified plasma membranes were prepared from cat ventricle. The most potent phenylalkylamine with respect to negative inotropy was (±)-D 595 with an EC50-value of 794 nmol/l, the least potent substance was (±)-Sz 45 with an EC50-value of 39.8 mol/l. The binding inhibition constants for the phenylalkylamines were 13-to 322-fold lower than the values for negative inotropy, but a significant positive correlation between the K
i and EC50-values (n=12, r=0.84) was observed. The absolute differences may reflect the state-dependent binding of phenylalkylamines to the channel.QSAR analysis revealed nearly identical correlations between physicochemical substituent properties on the one hand and binding affinities or functional potency on the other hand. 目的 分析大气污染物与浦东新区居民每日肺癌死亡人数的相关性,为制定针对肺癌病人的保护措施提供依据。方法 采集浦东新区2005年1月1日至2019年12月31日之间的每日大气污染物浓度、气象因素以及居民肺癌死亡资料,利用时间分层-病例交叉设计并结合分布滞后非线性模型,探讨大气污染物短期暴露对浦东新区居民肺癌死亡的影响。结果 大气污染物(PM10, SO2, NO2)浓度与浦东新区居民肺癌死亡风险呈正相关。PM10, SO2, NO2浓度对居民肺癌死亡风险的影响均在累积8 d(Lag 0~7)最强。PM10, SO2, NO2浓度上升10 μg/m3累积8 d(Lag 0~7)居民肺癌死亡风险分别上升1.09%(95%CI:0.35%~1.83%), 3.78%(95%CI:1.98%~5.61%)与2.76%(95%CI:1.10%~4.44%)。女性人群肺癌死亡对PM10与NO2的影响不敏感(P>0.05)。大气污染物对高龄人群与低文化水平人群肺癌死亡效应较强,人群间效应差异不显著。结论 大气污染物短期暴露可以升高浦东新区居民肺癌死亡风险,以累积8 d(Lag 0~7)效应最强。 相似文献

目的探讨基于微信平台的健康教育对中青年居家腹膜透析患者负性情绪和自我管理能力的影响。方法选取2018年9月至2020年7月我院收治的中青年居家腹膜透析患者74例,随机分为实验组和对照组各37例。对照组采用常规健康教育,实验组采用基于微信平台的健康教育。比较两组患者干预前后的负性情绪和自我管理能力。结果干预前,两组的SDS、SAS、ESCA评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,实验组的SDS、SAS评分低于对照组,ESCA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于微信平台的健康教育可有效改善中青年居家腹膜透析患者的焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,显著提升其自我管理能力。 相似文献

This study presents the relationships between ambient air pollutants and morbidity and emergency department visits among children and adults performed in Great Casablanca, the most populated and economic region in Morocco. This research was analyzed using conditional Poisson model for the period 2011–2013. In the period of study, the daily average concentrations of SO2, NO2, O3 and PM10 in Casablanca were 209.4 µg/m3, 61 µg/m3, 113.2 µg/m3 and 75.1 µg/m3, respectively. In children less than 5 years old, risk of asthma could be increased until 12% per 10 µg/m3 increase in NO2, PM10, SO2 and O3. In children over 5 years and adults, an increase of 10 µg/m3 air pollutant can cause an increase until 3% and 4% in respiratory consultations and acute respiratory infection, respectively. Similarly, impact on emergency department visits due to respiratory and cardiac illness was established. 为改进一次性输液器因回血量少 ,影响穿刺成功率。我们将输液器改装为双水止负压输液器 ,产生管内负压。经临床试验 ,负压组总回血长度 3 90 .4cm ,平均回血长度 8.76cm/例。对照组总回血长度 3 9.9cm ,平均回血长度 0 .89cm/例。经方差处理p <0 .0 0 1 ,有明显临床意义。其优点 :增加穿刺回血量 ,提高了穿刺成功率 ,减少病人的痛苦。操作简单易行 ,减少了中间环节 ,避免了污染的输液反应 相似文献

Implant wear and corrosion have been associated with adverse tissue reactions that can lead to implant failure. Wear and corrosion products are therefore of great clinical concern. For example, Co2+ and Cr3+ originating from CoCrMo‐based implants have been shown to induce a proinflammatory response in macrophages in vitro. Previous studies have also shown that the polarization of macrophages by some proinflammatory stimuli is associated with a hypoxia‐inducible factor‐1α (HIF‐1α)‐dependent metabolic shift from oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS) towards glycolysis. However, the potential of Co2+ and Cr3+ to induce this metabolic shift, which plays a determining role in the proinflammatory response of macrophages, remains largely unexplored. We recently demonstrated that Co2+, but not Cr3+, increased oxidative stress and decreased OXPHOS in RAW 264.7 murine macrophages. In the present study, we analyzed the effects of Co2+ and Cr3+ on glycolytic flux and HIF‐1α stabilization in the same experimental model. Cells were exposed to 6 to 24 ppm Co2+ or 50 to 250 ppm Cr3+. Glycolytic flux was determined by analyzing extracellular flux and lactate production, while HIF‐1α stabilization was analyzed by immunoblotting. Results showed that Co2+, and to a lesser extent Cr3+, increased glycolytic flux; however, only Co2+ acted through HIF‐1α stabilization. Overall, these results, together with our previous results showing that Co2+ increases oxidative stress and decreases OXPHOS, suggest that Co2+ (but not Cr3+) can induce a HIF‐1α‐dependent metabolic shift from OXPHOS towards glycolysis in macrophages. This metabolic shift may play an early and pivotal role in the inflammatory response induced by Co2+ in the periprosthetic environment. 相似文献
