为了研究不同心电序列转换方式及不同谱估计方法对心率变异性(HRV)信号谱分析结果的影响,本文对积分脉冲频率调制(IPFM)模型及修正积分脉冲频率调制(MIPFM)模型在输入不同振幅与频率的正弦信号时所产生的随机点过程,用两种心电序列转换方法进行转换得到仿真HRV信导;然后,采用周期图与自回归(AR)谱估计方法计算这种厉真HRV信号的功率谱。研究结果表明:①对于MIPFM模型产生的随机点过程,同一心电序列转换方法所得出的仿真HRV信号的AR谱与周期图的谱峰功率估计基本一致;而对IPFM模型则不完全一致。②MIPFM模型仿真实验表明,对实际HRV信号谱分析,使用低,高频谱峰功率比(RF)作为反映心脏自主神经张力平衡的指标时,除心电序列传换及谱估计方法可能造成的误差外,当低频谱峰靠近极低频谱峰时,根据RF值解释生理实验结果会有校大误差。③座分析实际HRV信号的工作中,不同心电序列转换方式产生的伪谐波对HRV谱分析结果的影响不大。  相似文献

A hydrodynamic model for the part of the human arterial network below the renal arteries has been constructed using specially fabricated distensible tubes and a pulsatile pump to simulate an aortoiliac bypass. The experiments and the computer model indicated that no ‘steal’ occurred due to the insertion of the bypass graft. Also, the results showed that the length of the stenosis had a non-systematic apparent effect on the physiological significance of the obstruction and that the kinetic power represented only a small percentage of the total power. The total power efficiency of the bypass graft was unaffected by its elastic properties. The experimental investigation also indicated that the pressure drop across the stenosis was considerably larger than the drop calculated using the Poiseuille flow relationship when the stenosis was severe. Therefore, a critical arterial stenosis value cannot be defined as an obstruction of a constant percentage reduction of luminal area. It varies directly with the effective cross-sectional area and inversely with the flow rate. The value of angiography in assessing the functional significance of any arterial stenosis is there-fore limited. A better method for evaluation requires quantitative measurements of local blood pressure and blood flow, not only at rest, but also under conditions creating augmented flows due to exercise.  相似文献

Three experiments investigated the mechanisms by which we estimate Euclidean distances on the basis of kinaesthetic cues. In all experiments, blindfolded participants followed straight and curvilinear paths with a stylus. Then, with a straight response movement, they estimated the distance between the end-points of the previously explored path. Experiment 1 was designed to validate the hypothesis—made on the basis of results from a previous study—that errors in the kinaesthetic estimations of distances (detour effect) originate from the difficulty to decompose the displacement vector into relevant and irrelevant components, which would become more severe at points of inflection. Using elliptic paths (no inflections), we demonstrated that errors are indeed reduced considerably. The role of the orientation of the work plane was investigated in Experiment 2 in which the same paths used in our previous study were oriented in the frontal rather than the horizontal plane. The results indicate that the detour effect is independent of the orientation. Moreover, despite the asymmetry that gravity introduces between upward and downward movements, errors in the two directions are almost identical. Experiment 3 addressed two issues. First, we demonstrated that introducing a delay between the exploration of the path and the response did not alter significantly the pattern of errors. By contrast, we demonstrated that errors are severely reduced when the number of paths to be explored is reduced by half. The results of the three experiments are discussed within the context of current theories of sensori-motor coding.  相似文献

The resolving powers of the enforced smoothing and log-normal parametric estimation techniques in recovering ventilation/perfusion ratio distributions were evaluated using noisy inert gas elimination data simulated from hypothetical distribution functions representing various degrees of heterogeneity. The resolving powers were assessed in terms of the statistical recoverabilities of the shunt, dead space, modality, and modal moments characterizing the perfusion distribution. For all distributions tested, both modal mean and shunt were estimated by either technique with sufficient accuracies. Modal dispersions (σ) were consistently overestimated by up to 0.15 decade for narrow distributions, but the mean errors became negligible for σ greater than 0.2 decade. As compared with the shunt, the dead space estimates were more variable and biased, probably due to their indirect estimation from the perfusion distribution, which was imperfectly recovered. Both broad unimodal and widely separated bimodal or trimodal distributions (σ>0.6 decade) were recovered as bimodal distributions of similar forms, so that detection of modality was difficult. The recoveries by both techniques were comparable in most cases studied, except that parametric estimation generally tended to be more sensitive to measurement errors and was computationally less efficient. These results provide a useful basis for the interpretation of distributions obtained from empirical inert gas data.  相似文献

The relationship between the arterial blood pressure and the volume of the arteries within a segment of an extremity is nonlinear. The present paper shows how the flow and volume pulsations of the arteries within a limb segment can be simulated taking this property into account. An electrical model was constructed comprising one resistor and two voltage dependent ‘capacitors’, the latter corresponding to the pressure dependent elasticity, or compliance, of the arteries. Adequate simulations were obtained over a wide pressure range, which is impossible with linear models. The nonlinear, i.e. pressure dependent, relationship between the volume and pressure of arteries, observed under static conditions, must also be taken into consideration when studying pulsatile events with models whether mathematical or physical.  相似文献

三维超声心动图技术能使医生直观地看到心脏整体和各部分的运动,在临床得到重视。在三维超声心动图技术中,如何定量的描述心脏中某个组织的运动状况极具临床意义。本研究提出了一种基于椭圆偏微分方程的二尖瓣三维运动估计方法。该方法直接在三维超声图像的位移场上进行了运动估计,避免了传统运动估计方法,如光流法,需要标定的缺点。本研究首先建立一个二次误差指标函数,然后利用变分法导出了三维空间下的一组椭圆型偏微分方程。这类方程有着比较成熟的数值解法,利用了有限差分法,对多个三维超声数据立方体进行了计算,结果证明这类方法是有效的。  相似文献

将人机交互领域中研究的唇读技术应用于康复工程之中,设计了一个基于视觉语言的语音合成系统。该系统特别针对后天致残,丧失语音能力的人设计,采用了一种特定条件下的汉语可视语音数据库。不同于现有的数据库,该数据库的设计具有以下特点:采用了非对称唇形轮廓模型,提取了嘴唇突出度的信息;针对汉语音节的特点,增强了汉字音节中信息变化过程;兼顾未来唇读技术的发展,以音节为基本元素,具有可扩充性。采用运动检测和数学形态学的办法提取唇动图像序列中的唇形区域,并从中提取非对称唇形轮廓模型特征参数,同时通过计算部分参数对时间的差分,来获得唇形轮廓的动态信息。基于隐马尔可夫模型的学习和识别实验表明,该数据库的设计方法合理,所选的唇动特征用能够将识别效果平均提高25%。  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to examine the validity of the use of ratings of perceived exertion (RPE) to estimate and regulate exercise intensity during rowing ergometry. Nine competitive male rowers [mean age 28.6 years, (SD 6.3)] completed two rowing trials on an ergometer. The first trial (estimation) consisted of an incremental protocol designed to elicit a range of work outputs (WO) and heart rates (HR). The subjects indicated their perception of effort using a 15-point scale at each intensity level. In the second trial (production), 7–14 days later, the subjects were asked to produce exercise intensities corresponding to five levels of RPE: 15,11,17,13, and 19. Data analysis revealed high Pearson correlation coefficients between HR and RPE (r = 0.95,P < 0.01) and WO and RPE (r = 0.96,P < 0.01) during the estimation trial. In addition, significant correlations (P < 0.01) were obtained between the estimation and production trials for HR (r = 0.82) and WO (r = 0.84). Posthoc analysis of variance revealed that the observed differences in mean HR were not significant (P > 0.05) at three of the five intensity levels (RPE 15,17 and 19), but were at the two lowest RPE levels (11 and 13). Significant mean differences in WO were seen at all but RPE 17. These data support the validity of the RPE scale as a measure of physiological strain among competitive male rowers, and offer support for its use as a method of regulating the intensity of rowing ergometry, especially at higher levels.  相似文献
