颊旁间隙对微笑美影响的研究

目的：探讨汉族人颊旁间隙对微笑美的影响。方法：选出青年美貌男性1名，女性1名，用 Adobe Flash CS4软件制作连续大小颊旁间隙（0％～25％）模型。选取正畸医师96名，平均年龄（35．1±7．2）岁，非专业人员96名，平均年龄（37．3±5．1）岁，分别对男、女模特颊旁间隙进行最低容忍值（A）、理想值（B）以及最高容忍值（C）的测量，数据经统计学处理。结果：对男模特的审美：正畸医师组的 A、B、C 值（％）分别为5．00±0．17、9．75±2．77、15．00±2．84，非专业人员组的 A、B、C值分别为4．79±1．00、9．20±3．08、15．05±2．91；对女模特的审美：正畸医师 A、B、C 值分别为3．92±0．17、11．87±2．77、15．82±2．84，非专业人员的 A、B、C 值分别为4．00±1．00、12．05±3．08、15．11±2．91；各项数据组间比较，P ＞0．05。男、女性颊旁间隙的理想值（％）分别为9．48±2．73 和 11．96±1．99，P ＜0．05。结论：正畸医师与非专业人员对汉族青年颊旁间隙的审美观无差异，性别不同最美颊旁间隙大小不同。     

Do the smiles of the world's most influential individuals have common parameters?

The aim of this study was to determine – on the basis of the most recent yearly listings – whether there were any common measurable variables associated with the smiles of the world's most influential people. A total of 168 subjects were selected from the lists of Time magazine's 100 most influential people during the period 2006–2010. Smiling frontal view photographs were obtained. Thirty‐six variables for each subject were traced and measured using photogrammetric analysis to obtain qualitative and quantitative proportions and measurements. Differences with respect to gender, occupation and year of listing were tested to 95% significance, using the Student's t‐test and the Kruskal–Wallis test. The chi‐squared test was used for qualitative variables. Irrespective of gender or occupation, the similar quantifiable characteristics of the smiles of the most influential subjects were the following: vertical upper lip proportion, smile width, incisor exposure, buccal corridor ratio, smile symmetry index and intra‐dental proportions (P > 0·05). Other qualitative standards were as follows: smile symmetry, the buccal corridors and smile arc, direction of occlusal cant and the degree of deviation between maxillary and facial midlines. Differences were found for gingival display and smile height parameters (P = 0·001). The smiles of the world's most influential people revealed common standards, regardless of occupation or gender, which may play a decisive role in the expressions of influential faces.     

耳穴结合刮痧在中医美容临床的应用分析

目的：为了进一步探讨中医辨证理论以及耳穴结合刮痧在中医美容临床的应用，为人们提供更佳的治疗和服务。方法：笔者收集了2010年10月-2011年10月来我院进行就诊的36例痤疮患者的临床资料进行详细研究，对上述患者选用耳穴刺血、刮痧以及贴压治疗的方去进行3个疗程的治疗。结果：经过连续治疗3个疗程之后，上述36例患者，27例患者治愈，治愈率为75％；9例患者好转，约占25％；0例患者无效，治疗总有效率达到了100％。结论：综上所述，针刺耳穴及刮痧在中医美容临床的应用中发挥着巨大的作用，值得在临床上广泛推广和使用。但是，目前来说，对于这类因素的相关研究比较少，今后还需要多种途径、多种方法进行科学的研究和总结，从而为治疗此类疾病提供理论基础。     

自体血清(血浆)疗法在整形外科和皮肤科诊疗及微创美容医疗和护理中的应用

自体血清(血浆)因能为多种细胞增殖和生长、组织修复和再生等提供较为丰富而完整的营养成分、生物活性物质和细胞生长因子,并能改善和调节细胞生长和代谢的微环境,提供某些必要的促细胞接触和伸展的生物活性因子,以促进和加快细胞迁移、聚集和贴附等独特的生物学特点,加上自体血清(血浆)来源于自体,具有良好的同一性和相融性,且因其毒副作用小、取材方便、应用安全等特点,使其近年来在临床某些疾病治疗和护理中的应用越来越广泛.为了进一步推动和拓展自体血清(血浆)在临床治疗和护理领域中的应用,并为未来设计和创建自体血清(血浆)在临床新的治疗方法和新的护理模式提供参考依据,本文对自体血清(血浆)在整形外科、皮肤科及微创美容和皮肤抗衰老医学中的临床治疗和护理领域的应用进行综述.

Abstract：

With rich nutritious ingredients, bioactive substances and growth factors for cell proliferation and growth, tissue repair and regeneration, autologous serum (plasma) can improve and regulate the micro environment for cell's growth and metabolism and provide some necessary bioactive factors to promote cell migration, aggregation and adhesion. Being autologoua makes the serum (plasma) identical and harmonious. Having slight side effects, autologous serum (plasma) is safe for application. Besides, the resources can be easily obtained. These features enable it to be widely used in clinical treatment and nursing care for some diseases in recent years. In order to further push forward the application of autologous serum (plasma) in clinical treatment and nursing care and provide references for designing new c linical treatment approaches and nursing modela, upon comprehensive and systematic review of relevant literature, this paper summarizes the application of autologous serum (plasma) on clinical treatment and nursing care in plastic surgery, dermatology, minimally invasive beauty and skin anti-aging medicine.
