通过样地调查和采挖试验,内蒙古伊克昭盟的甘草群落可划分为12个类型,并对各类群落的利用作出评估。     

Left Ventricular Transvenous Electrode Dislodgement After Mustard Repair for Transposition of the Great Arteries

An 11-year-old girl who underwent Mustard's operation for complete transposition of the great arteries in infancy, developed Mobitz type II second-degree AV block 81/2 years later. A transvenous, active fixation left ventricular lead was inserted and connected to a rate responsive pacemaker. Two years later the lead dislodged due to the child's growth. A new active fixation electrode was positioned in the left ventricle below the pulmonary valve, leaving an electrode loop in the ventricle. Such an approach may prevent lead dislodgement due to growth after intraatrial repair for transposition of the great arteries, but regular radiological or echocardiographic follow-up of lead position is recommended in these patients.     

针药并用治疗男性不育297例疗效分析

本文采用针刺加鹿茸精注射液穴位注射及中药治疗男性不育297例,痊愈142例,占47.8％,显效81例,占27.3％,有效53例,占17.8％,无效21例,占7.1％,三者联合运用效果较满意。     

胆碱酯酶重活化剂PAM类构型、构象问题

本文参考X-衍射数据,采用MNDO程序计算了不同构型、构象PAM类的生成热,结合核磁共振数据讨论了PAM类构象等问题.结果表明,PAM类在水溶液中:顺式体肟基可以自由旋转,任何一种构象都可能成为药效构象;反式体肟基本不可能存在稳定的平面构象,其药效构象只能是优势构象.用MNDO程序中反应途径的计算法,还计算了顺、反式肟基构型相互转变的势垒,为探讨PAM类重活化机理提供了一定的参考.     

The short-term stability of student ratings of instruction in medical school

The purpose of this study was to assess the degree of consistency in student ratings of teacher effectiveness during the first year of medical school. Student ratings of teaching effectiveness represent a commonly used source of information that enters into the academic decision-making process. In medical school, student evaluations often represent a major source of information that is used in promotion and tenure decisions. It is essential that the precision of such ratings be ascertained so that decision-makers will know how much confidence to place in this source of information on teaching effectiveness. In this study, each member of a first-year medical school class was randomly assigned a two-digit identification number at the beginning of the spring semester, 1986. As the semester progressed students were asked to evaluate each full-time teacher in three major courses. Multiple instructors were utilized in each course (n = 10). Each teacher was evaluated immediately after lectures during the first (T1) and second (T2) halves of the course. Students evaluated the teacher a third time (T3) as part of the end-of-semester overall course evaluation. The teachers were evaluated on a short eight-item Likert-type scale that identified several key indicators of effective teaching. Students attached their anonymous identification numbers to individual ratings so that their responses could be matched in the analysis. The results indicate that medical students are only moderately consistent in the extent to which they evaluate teachers. This inconsistency varied by course and by instructors within courses.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)     

小儿先天性髋关节脱位近年来应用术式的演变及其评估

本文介绍本院近４年来小儿先天性髋脱位治疗应用术式的演变。由２０多年来一直喜欢用骨盆截骨术演变为近１年来用得最多的是造盖术。近４年共手术４６３例，５６５髋。实践证明：比起骨盆截骨术，造盖术显得更简便，侵袭小，不需二次手术拔除内固定针。因在我国大龄髋脱位偏多，造盖术更适合我国国情。经过一些改进，可以克服造盖折断和吸收问题。     

用不灌洗法保存犬肝的电镜观察

本实验证明,用不灌洗法在25℃、15℃保存犬肝的有效时限分别是3小时和4小时,用Sacks液低温灌洗在4℃保存犬肝的有效时限至少是6小时。这表明用不灌洗法进行立即肝移植是可行的。     

激素敏感型肾病单个核细胞培养上清液对大鼠肾小球多阴离子及超微结构的影响

用刀豆蛋白Ａ刺激激素敏感型肾病单个核细胞，并将其培养上清液灌注于大鼠肾内。结合电镜观察，用图像分析仪及体视学方法分别对其肾组织胶体铁染色切片和电镜照片上的足突和滤过裂隙的平均宽度进行测定。结果表明：该病极期上清液灌注的鼠肾小球多阴离子明显减少，足突肿胀、融合，滤过裂隙变窄；而该病缓解组和正常对照组则为阴性。说明该病单个核细胞培养上清液可引起鼠肾小球微小病变型肾病综合征的病变，并揭示该变化可能是由其上清液中一种异常的Ｔ淋巴细胞因子所致。     

Epithelial tissue formation in matrix culture and in histophysiologic gradient culture

Summary Formation of epithelial tissues in culture so that they become facsimiles in their structure of such tissues in nature requires procedures that comply with several spatial imperatives: a) three-dimensional growth; b) histophysiologic conditions that provide, concurrently, gradients of maturation and of diffusion of metabolites; and c) growth as layers of cells without free edges. Many steps have been required in the evolution of these methods. Two systems are described here in sufficient detail to serve as a manual. Three-dimensional growth of masses of epithelial tissue is accomplished in matrix culture using Gelfoam sponge and collagen-coated cellulose sponge. Radial gradient culture, a recent development, provides conditions that comply with the requirements of histophysiologic gradients and of epithelial tissue growth in layers without interruption in their continuity.
