不同血细胞分析系统间检测结果的偏差评估及应用

目的 分析同一临床实验室不同型号的血细胞分析仪的性能特点，并对其检测结果进行评估，对有偏差的项目进行调整，使同一实验室不同型号的血细胞分析仪的检测结果具有可比性。方法 对本实验室所使用的Sysmex KX-21、Sysmex SE-9500和Beckman Coulter Ac．T 5diff三台血细胞分析仪的准确度、精密度、线性度分别进行评价，选定其中一台指标最优的仪器作为比对仪器，将另外两台仪器的血细胞参数进行调整。结果 因Sysmex KX-21的WBC、RBC、HGB及PLT四项指标的准确度、精密度、线性度均较理想，故选为比对仪器。Sysmex SE-6500和Beckman Coulter Ac．T 5diff有部分指标的部分评价项目与Svsmex KX-21有偏差。对有偏差的项目进行调整后，三台仪器的四项指标的相关系数的平方均不低于0．95。结论 同一实验室在使用不同型号的血细胞分析仪时，应对其进行相互校准。校准后，保证三台仪器的检测结果具有可比性。     

新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病血小板参数的变化及意义

为探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)血小板参数的变化及临床意义。对1t2例HIE患儿进行临床分度,于急性期进行血小板参数测定,并于恢复期复查,了解其动态变化情况。并以60例正常足月新生儿作为对照。(l)HIE患儿急性期血小板总数(PLT)较正常儿明显降低(P<0.01),平均血小板体积(MPV)和血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)较正常儿明显增高(P<0.01)。恢复期PLT、MPV、PDW与正常组之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。(2)HIE患儿PLT随HIE病情加重而降低(P<0.01)。而MPV、PDW则随病情加重而增大(P<0.01,P>0.05)。结果提示,动态观察HIE患儿血小板参数,可作为判断HIE病情严重程度的指标。     

精子表面抗精子抗体与不育男性精液参数的临床分析

目的:探讨精子表面抗精子抗体(AsAb)与精液主要参数的相关性。方法:使用安科公司MAR法(混合抗球蛋白反应试验)AsAb检测试剂盒进行精子表面AsAb检测,讨论观察组、对照组精液检测参数与AsAb的相关性。结果:不育组282例共检出AsAb阳性56例,阳性率达19.86％。抗体结合部位以头部为主,占46.4％。经相关分析,精液中AsAb的存在与精子密度、精子活率、精子活力(a级+b级)呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:精子表面AsAb检测阳性时,可导致男性生育能力低下或不育。     

抗生素效价测定中EXCEL表的多碟兼容性

提高EXCEL表格在抗生素效价测定统计中的多碟兼容性。方法：对Excel统计表格进行重新编写与优化。结果：运用新Compatible表格模板即可完成任意碟数为一个试验组的统计分析。讨论：新的Compatible表格能有效减轻数据处理时的工作强度，使实用性变得更强，应用范围变得更广。     

Vascular endothelial growth factor expression in oligodendrogliomas: a correlative study with Sainte-Anne malignancy grade, growth fraction and patient survival

Microangiogenesis is a delayed but crucial event in the malignant progression of oligodendrogliomas. Accord-ingly, in the new Sainte-Anne grading system of oligodendrogliomas, endothelial hyperplasia and contrast enhancement, both being indicators of microangiogenesis, are key criteria for the distinction of grade A from grade B tumours. Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is a potent angiogenic factor: a strong correlation between VEGF expression, Sainte-Anne malignancy grade and patient outcome might thus be expected. In order to assess this hypothesis, VEGF immunostaining was performed in a series of 34 oligodendrogliomas that included 11 grade B and 23 grade A, of which nine became grade B during the study period (mean clinical and imaging follow-up: 41 months). VEGF expression correlated strongly with Sainte-Anne tumour grade (P < 0.001), and inversely with patient survival (P < 0.001) and recurrence-free survival (P = 0.002). One hundred per cent of grade B but only 17% of grade A were VEGF-positive. By contrast, the MIB-1 labelling index did not correlate with VEGF expression, total survival or recurrence-free survival. In accordance with the grading system, this study showed that, in oligodendrogliomas, VEGF expression and microangiogenesis are progression-related phenomena that confer on these tumours a growth advantage by presumably reducing hypoxia-induced apoptotic cell death. These findings might have important implications in the future for the indication and timing of anti-angiogenic therapies.     

失眠患者动态脑电图睡眠期观察与分析

目的探讨动态脑电图对失眠患者睡眠期的观察与定量分析,以评价睡眠效率的意义。方法失眠患者61例,正常对照组25例,分别进行睡眠问卷及动态脑电图检查。结果失眠组与正常对照组14项睡眠参数中有8项(总睡眠时间、睡眠潜伏期、S215 min睡眠潜伏期、NTEM、S2期觉醒次数、睡眠效率、睡眠周期)差异有显著性;失眠组客观检查和主观估计的总睡眠时间分别为(338.68±65.56)min和(235.46±93.43)min,差异有非常显著性;主观失眠和客观失眠的14项睡眠参数中除S1期,REM潜伏期、运动次数差异无显著性外,其余各项差异均有显著性。结论动态脑电图观察及定量分析可区分主观性失眠与客观性失眠,可客观测量睡眠效率,是评价失眠严重程度的主要诊断依据,而睡眠周期只能做为参考。     

不同炮制方法对化橘红中柚皮苷含量的影响

目的以柚皮苷含量为指标,考察不同炮制方法对化橘红质量的影响.方法采用HPLC法测定柚皮苷含量,色谱柱:Kromasil ODS柱(250 mm×4.6 mm),流动相:甲醇二水-乙酸(35:61:4),流速:1.0 mL/min,检测波长:283 nm,柱温:25℃.结果采用不同的炮制方法,化橘红柚皮苷含量有显著差异,以静电干燥明显高于烘干干燥、自然干燥和真空干燥.结论以静电干燥所得化橘红柚皮苷含量高,是炮制化橘红的较好方法.     

莪术不同炮制品镇痛抗炎作用研究

摘要:目的:通过不同的致痛、致炎模型观察莪术不同炮制品的镇痛抗炎作用.方法:采用小鼠热板法和扭体法,观察其镇痛作用;采用耳肿法及毛细血管通透性法观察药物的抗炎作用.结果:莪术不同饮片对二甲苯所致的耳廓肿胀及醋酸所致的毛细血管通透性增加都有明显的抑制作用.其中以醋煮莪术作用较强.莪术不同炮制品对醋酸所致的扭体也有明显的抑制作用,热板法显示各样品均能明显提高小鼠的痛阈值,其中以醋煮莪术作用较为明显.结论:莪术的不同炮制品均有显著的镇痛抗炎作用,其中以醋煮莪术作用较强.     

Increased importance of the documented development stage in process validation

Current trends in pharmaceutical quality assurance moved when the Federal Drug Administration (FDA) of the USA published its new guideline on process validation in 2011. This guidance introduced the lifecycle approach of process validation. In this short communication some typical changes from the point of view of practice of API production are addressed in the light of inspection experiences. Some details are compared with the European regulations.     

Acquisition and analysis of 3D mandibular movement using a device based on electromagnetic sensors and a neural network

In dental medicine, the study of mandibular movement has an important role in oral rehabilitation as it allows diagnosis of pathologies in the temporomandibular joint and the definition of adequate treatment plans. In this paper, a new device specially developed for the acquisition and analysis of 3D mandibular movement is presented. A facial arc is adopted as its main support structure and electromagnetic sensors are employed to acquire the mandibular movement. A neural network is used to transform the electrical signals output by the sensors into 3D Cartesian coordinates. A custom-made computer application is developed to display and analyse the movement acquired. The device is shown to be easy to use, comfortable for patients and capable of being produced at an affordable price.
