The quality of dentin bridge induced by MTA is better than that induced by calcium hydroxide. This work presents an automatic method for distortion correction and calibration of intra-operative spine X-ray images, a fundamental step for the use of this modality in computer and robotic assisted surgeries. Our method is based on a prototype calibration drum, attached to the c-arm intensifier during the intervention. The projections of its embedded fiducial beads onto the X-ray images are segmented by the proposed method, which uses its calculated centroids to undo the distortion and, afterwards, calibrate the c-arm. For the latter purpose, we propose the use of a constrained version of the well known Direct Linear Transform (DLT) algorithm, reducing its degrees of freedom from 11 to 3. Experimental evaluation of our method is included in this work, showing that it is fast and more accurate than other existing methods. The low segmentation error level also ensures accurate calibration of the c-arm, with an expected error of 4% in the computation of its focal distance.  相似文献

目的 比较经直接前方入路(DAA)切开复位与闭合复位经皮空心螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析2015年12月~2018年12月因股骨颈骨折在我院分别行切开复位(n=46)和闭合复位空心螺钉内固定(n=46)治疗的患者,统计患者基本资料,骨折Garden类型,从受伤到手术治疗时间,手术时间,术中出血量,术后Garden复位指数,术后1 d、术后3、6、12及24月患髋Harris功能评分,并统计术后骨折不愈合率及股骨头缺血坏死发生率;采用Spearman相关分析及Logistic多元回归分析,研究影响股骨颈骨折术后股骨头缺血坏死的因素。结果 切开复位组术中出血量、手术时间大于闭合复位组,但术后Garden复位指数优于闭合复位组(均P<0.05);术后6、12月切开复位组患髋Harris功能评分优于闭合复位组(P<0.05);术后24月内切开复位组患者股骨头缺血坏死率显著低于闭合复位组(P=0.01);两组骨折不愈合率无统计学差异(P=0.06)。Spearman相关分析发现,股骨颈骨折Garden分型与股骨颈骨折术后股骨头缺血坏死发生率呈显著正相关(R=0.521,P<0.001),但Logistic多元回归分析未能发现影响股骨颈骨折术后股骨头坏死发生率的相关因素。结论 DAA入路切开复位空心螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折比闭合复位经皮空心螺钉内固定质量更佳,术后12月内患髋功能更好,术后24月内股骨头缺血坏死发生率更低。  相似文献

目的分析牙体牙髓病患者接受多次法根管治疗与一次性根管治疗的临床疗效。方法将2019年6月~2020年9月作为研究时间段,选取期间我院接诊的74例牙体牙髓病患者,其中12例有牙源性上颌窦炎,另将随机数字表法作为分组依据,将全部病例分为对照组(行多次法根管治疗,纳入37例)、研究组(行一次性根管治疗,纳入37例),对组间牙齿咀嚼情况、治疗效果展开分析。结果研究组牙齿咬合力、牙龈指数(GI)、牙龈出血指数(SBI)在治疗后均优于对照组,且治疗效果(97.29%)优于对照组(78.38%),P<0.05。结论一次性根管治疗对改善牙体牙髓病患者牙齿咀嚼功能、临床症状有较好效果,值得推广。  相似文献

Anodal transspinal Direct Current Stimulation (tsDCS) has been suggested as a means to treat neuropathic pain by reducing pain signalling/processing and Laser Evoked Potentials (LEPs) likewise as a method to evaluate such reduction. However, results in previous studies are disagreeing. To evaluate these claims using rigorous methodology, LEPs were evoked from hands and feet in healthy volunteers. The N2 potential and three psychophysic parameters (general- and pinprick pain, warmth) were used to evaluate the signalling and appreciation of pain respectively. This was made at three time points; at baseline, directly- and 30 min after low thoracic tsDCS (20 min, 2.5 mA, cathode on shoulder). The study was randomized, cross over, double blinded and placebo controlled.At the group level, low thoracic anodal tsDCS produced reduced perceptions of all three tested pain qualities from the foot (p < 0.05 – p < 0.001). These reductions began during stimulation and became more pronounced during the 30 min after its cessation (p < 0.05 – p < 0.01). The LEP parameter alteration mirroring these changes was latency prolongation (p < 0.05 – p < 0.001) whereas amplitude reductions were in par with placebo stimulation. Similar but less pronounced and only transient (during stimulation, p < 0.05 – p < 0.001) changes, were seen for hand stimulation. The interindividual variation was large.The findings indicate that anodal tsDCS may become a technique to treat neuropathic pain by reducing pain signalling/processing and LEPs likewise a method to evaluate such reduction.  相似文献

The response of the dentin–pulp complex in rat teeth was investigated after direct capping with biodentine with or without bone marrow‐derived stem cells (BMDSCs). Following mechanical exposure, pulps were randomly capped with one of the followings materials: calcium hydroxide, biodentine or 1 × 105 BMDSCs mL?1 + biodentine. Histological examination was performed by light microscopy after 1, 3 and 5 weeks. Inflammatory reaction, necrotic tissue formation and calcific bridge formation were scored. Analysis showed that compared with the effects of calcium hydroxide or biodentine, BMDSCs + biodentine substantially reduced inflammatory reaction and necrotic tissue while promoting calcified tissue formation. Therefore, the combination of biodentine and BMDSCs could potentially stimulate pulp tissue regeneration after direct pulp capping.  相似文献

A metabolic profile of plasma samples from patients undergoing heart surgery with the use of cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) and concurrent administration of tranexamic acid was determined. Direct immersion solid phase microextraction (DI-SPME), a new sampling and sample preparation tool for metabolomics, was used in this study for the first time to investigate clinical samples. The results showed alteration of diverse compounds involved in different biochemical pathways. The most significant contribution in changes induced by surgery and applied pharmacotherapy was noticed in metabolic profile of lysophospholipids, triacylglycerols, mediators of platelet aggregation, and linoleic acid metabolites. Two cases of individual response to treatment were also reported.  相似文献
