股骨近端形态改变在全髋关节置换术中的策划和处理

目的分析股骨近端形态改变的原因，指导术中操作，减少并发症发生，提高手术疗效。方法2000年1月至2008年1月对30例伴有股骨近端形态改变的患者行全髋关节置换术。术前根据Berry分类系统，按照导致畸形的原发病因、畸形存在的部位、畸形的几何形态进行多重分类，对应进行影像学检查，设定手术方案。术后以Harris评分、放射学改变、步态、肢体长度、Trendelenburg征评定治疗效果。结果患者均得到随访，时间5个月至8年。平均3年4个月。Harris评分由术前平均48．3分恢复到术后平均89．4分。术后患者双下肢等长，Trendelenburg征均阴性，截骨端骨愈合率达91％、1例出现骨不连。结论根据术前详细分析股骨近端形态改变的原因，制定相应的手术计划，可有效的避免术中操作不当或不利，减少术中、术后并发症的发生，提高手术疗效。     

吗替麦考酚酯的合成新工艺

目的 开发吗替麦考酚酯合成新工艺。方法 由麦考酚酸与N-羟乙基吗啉经Mitsunobu反应制备。结果 收率为81%,产品质量符合2020版《中国药典》。结论 该方法反应条件温和、工艺简易、绿色、高收率。     

Respirable Fibres: Surfactant Coated Fibres Release More Fe3 than Native Fibres at Both pH 4.5 and 7.2

Exposure to asbestos is associated with several lung diseases. The carcinogenic action of asbestos is not fully understood but oxidative stress is considered to play a role. Iron on the surface can lead to Fenton chemistry and the Haber Weiss reaction producing free radicals such as the hydroxyl radical, which is likely to be important. Little is known of the pathogenic action of man- made fibres. This study involved the use of a panel of man-made fibres, some of which were shown to be pathogenic and others shown to be non-pathogenic in recent animal studies. A short term assay measuring Fe³⁺ release from the fibres over a 20 hour time period, and also a longer study of 12 weeks, found that pathogenic and non-pathogenic fibres could not be differentiated according to Fe³⁺ release only. Iron release from native fibres was compared with that from surfactant- coated fibres, and in all cases surfactant coated fibres released more Fe³⁺ inferring that in vivo lung lining fluid coats native fibres and therefore affects the fibre surface chemistry and hence reactivity.© 1998 Published by Elsevier Science Ltd on behalf of British Occupational Hygiene Society.     

光敏剂SiPc(C35H27O5)8介导的PDT对人RPE的影响

目的：探讨SiPc(C₃₅H₂₇O₅)₈介导的PDT对人RPE影响的可能机制。

方法：将hRPE细胞分空白对照组、激光组、光敏剂SiPc(C₃₅H₂₇O₅)₈组、PDT 1J组、PDT 2J组,对各实验组应用CCK-8、荧光显微镜蓝光激发、DCFH-DA检测RPE细胞线粒体活性氧水平与RPE细胞凋亡率。

结果：不同浓度光敏剂\〖SiPc(C₃₅H₂₇O₅)₈\〗 介导的PDT对RPE产生的作用不一样,其中以5μg/L的浓度对RPE的杀伤作用最大。

结论：新型光敏剂SiPc(C₃₅H₂₇O₅)₈介导的PDT对RPE具有一定的杀伤作用,其可能机制为光敏剂\〖SiPc(C₃₅H₂₇O₅)₈\〗 介导的PDT对RPE细胞线粒体活性氧水平增加导致细胞凋亡。     

Validation of a reversed-phase HPLC method for directly quantifying the enantiomers of MDL 74 156, the primary metabolite of dolasetron mesylate,in human plasma

A direct chiral HPLC method has been developed and validated to quantitate the enantiomers of MDL 74 156, the primary metabolite of dolasetron mesylate, in human plasma over the concentration range 1.70–340 ng ml⁻¹. Dolasetron mesylate is a 5-HT₃ receptor antagonist that is currently being developed as an antiemetic. Both enantiomers of MDL 74 156 and the internal standard (granisetron) were first extracted from alkanized plasma using methyl t-butyl ether. The analytes were then back-extracted into formic acid, separated on a ovomucoid-bonded HPLC column, and detected by native fluorescence (excitation wavelength of 274 nm and emission wavelength of 345 nm). The completed validation demonstrated the method to be accurate, precise, and specific for the direct quantitation of MDL 74 156 enantiomers in human plasma. This procedure has been used on a routine basis to quantify the relative concentrations of each enantiomer of MDL 74 156 in both oral and intravenous pharmacokinetic studies of dolasetron mesylate in normal human volunteers.
