The application of paclitaxel (PTX) in clinic has been restricted due to its poor solubility. Several traditional nano-medicines have been developed to improve this defect, while they are still lack of tumor targeting ability and rapid drug release. In this work, an amphiphilic polymeric micelle of hyaluronic acid (HA) – all-trans-retinoid acid (ATRA) with a disulfide bond, was developed successfully for the co-delivery of PTX and ATRA. The combination chemotherapy of PTX and ATRA can strengthen the anti-tumor activity. Along with self-assembling to micelles in water, the delivery system displayed satisfying drug loading capacities for both PTX (32.62% ± 1.39%) and ATRA, due to directly using ATRA as the hydrophobic group. Rapid drug release properties of the PTX-loaded redox-sensitive micelles (HA-SS-ATRA) in vitro were confirmed under reducing condition containing GSH. Besides, HA-CD44 mediated endocytosis promoted the uptake of HA-SS-ATRA micelles by B16F10 cells. Due to these properties, cytotoxicity assay verified that PTX-loaded HA-SS-ATRA micelles showed concentration-dependent cytotoxicity and displayed obvious combination therapy of PTX and ATRA. Importantly, HA-SS-ATRA micelles could remarkably prolong plasma circulation time after intravenously administration. Therefore, redox-sensitive HA-SS-ATRA micelles could be utilized and explored as a promising drug delivery system for cancer combination chemotherapy. 相似文献

Spontaneous remission is a rare, but well recognized event in oncology. Certain tumours, such as melanomas, hypernephromas and neuroblastomas, are known for showing spontaneous regression. Similarly, spontaneous regression of oral lymphomas, as well as oropharyngeal and recurrent tongue carcinomas, has been reported. Here, we present a novel case of a patient with a primary squamous cell carcinoma on the floor of the mouth whose tumour regressed spontaneously in three months, without any treatment. We also review of the literature on the spontaneous remission of oral cancer and discuss possible mechanisms for this phenomenon. 相似文献

F. religiosa L, F. glomerata Roxb, F. retusa auct. & F. carica.MethodsEstimation of Phytochemical markers viz: β-sitosterol and lupeol was quantified by HPTLC method and antioxidant studies by carried by DPPH method.ResultsHPTLC method showed considerable amount of variation with two reference standard viz: β-sitosterol and lupeol content in stem bark of F. religiosa, F. glomerata, F. retusa & F. carica and it were found 0.084, 0.041, 0.059 & 0.131 and 0.020, 0.043, 0.069 & 0.049 respectively. The antioxidant potential of ethanolic extract of stem bark of F. religiosa, F. retusa, F. glomerata & F. carica were found 46.86%, 42.56%, 31.25% & 25.63% at 0.1mg/mL concentration.ConclusionThe present work was taken up with a view to lay down standards which will contribute significantly to quality control of these medicinally useful Ficus species. 目的:制备红景天苷微胶囊,测定其包封率,并考察其体外释药特性。方法:以生物相容性良好的壳聚糖和海藻酸钠为囊壁材料,红景天苷药物微粒为囊芯,采用静电吸引层层纳米自组装技术(LBL法)制备红景天苷微胶囊。结果:制备的微胶囊包封率较高,达到78.02±0.72%;不同包裹层数的微胶囊在体外释放速度不同。结论:用LBL法制备的红景天苷微胶囊具有较高的包封率和缓释特性,具有一定的应用前景。 相似文献

方法:以“敷料,天然生物材料,皮肤创伤”为中文关键词;以“surgical dressing, natural biomaterials, leptin and healing of wound”为英文关键词,采用计算机检索1994-01/2010-12相关文章。纳入与有天然累敷料与皮肤创伤相关的文章;共检索到相关文献33余篇。经阅读标题、摘要、全文后,排除内容重复文献筛选后纳入22篇文献进行评价。
结果:传统的敷料虽然有一定的吸湿和保护作用,但愈合过程中易黏连伤口,造成二次损伤,并且止血能力不足,透气性能差等。临床应用或实验的敷料很少由单一原料制备,一般是一种或几种原料共同合成,这样弥补了单一材料的不足并使其各自发挥优势。目前,纳米银敷料、复合材料敷料、细菌合成纤维敷料在动物实验中取得比较好的疗效。但大部分新型敷料还停留在临床试验或试用阶段,各种敷料的原料特点或自身缺陷对其大规模生产和应用还需要进一步研究。
结论:应用于运动性皮肤创伤的敷料的发展将着重在于:一方面要加强止血、止痛、促进创伤快速修复的敷料发展;另一方面敷料能适应各种不同的恶劣环境;同时加强智能敷料的发展。
