The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between the number of cardiovascular risk factors (CVRFs) and functional capacity (FC) in the senile patients undergone noncardiac surgery. One hundred and eighty-two senile patients scheduled for elective noncardiac surgery were selected. According to the Duke activity status index (DASI), the FC of each patient was evaluated, and also their CVRFs were recorded. According to the number of CVRFs, the patients were ranked into different groups. The significant differences in FC between the groups’ were identified using the analysis of variance. The examination showed that FC decreased with the increasing number of CVRFs. As a conclusion, we emphasize that with the increasing number of CVRFs, the FC of senile patients, i.e., their metabolic equivalents (METs) decrease. The occurrence of low FC and higher CVRFs is a common phenomenon in senile patients. 相似文献

目的:避免传统面部除皱术所产生的头皮瘢痕,脱发,创伤较大,恢复时间长等不良反应。方法:对68例额颞部皮肤皱纹的求术者采用发际内微小切口入路,额颞部皮下潜行分离,将松垂的皮肤及筋膜上移,提紧,舒展皱纹,切除或切断形成皱纹的肌肉。其中单纯导针埋线颞部提紧除皱术11例,经微小切口入路颞部提紧除皱术25例。额颞部提紧除皱术32例。结果:随访6个月至2年,效果满意,头皮瘢痕不明显,无脱发等并发症。结论:导针埋线法额颞部除皱术,操作简单,可在门诊进行;创伤较轻,恢复较快,切口微小,瘢痕轻微。 相似文献

目的运用介入技术建立一种能够符合影像学研究和溶栓的局灶性脑栓塞动物模型。材料与方法13只成年家犬,采用随机数字表法分成对照组(A组)3只和实验组10只,实验组又按照导管插入颈内动脉的不同位置分成B、C组,每组各5只,经股动脉插管注入自体动脉血栓制作犬的局灶脑栓塞动物模型。每组分别行数字减影血管造影(DSA)、磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)扫描、神经功能评分、脑组织病理切片评价效果,并做统计分析。结果A组未见异常改变。B、C组血管实时造影示颈内动脉主干栓塞,B1、B4、B5延迟造影阻塞血管显示再通,B2、B3、C组延迟造影阻塞血管无再通,B、C组模型成功率分别为40%、100%;两组神经功能评分分别为5.2±4.438、7.2±1.923;阻塞血管无再通者DWI1h均出现梗死灶;HE染色:自溶组出现大量神经元细胞坏死性改变,C组神经元细胞形态改变程度较轻,残存细胞数目明显增多。结论运用介入技术导管插入颈内动脉内制作局灶性脑栓塞溶栓实验模型,造模稳定,动物创伤小,适合溶栓实验研究。 相似文献

为了探求一种更为合理的全厚皮片移植方法,我们在按形切取全厚皮片后应用L-形皮瓣转移即时闭合供区创面47例,取得满意效果。该术式改变了既往梭形切取全厚皮片、直线拉拢缝合的传统方法,而按照受区创面的形状、大小在供区适当的方位切取相应形状、大小的全厚皮片;同时灵活应用L-形皮瓣转移,将张力小的周边组织转至创面,从而即时闭合供区创面。这不仅节约了组织量,增加了切取量;而且操作简单、转移灵活。由于张力较小,术后切口瘢痕不显著。从而也改进了全厚皮片的切取方法。 相似文献

AbstractThe increased mortality caused by pathogenic bacterial infection calls for early infection diagnosis and effective antibiotic alternatives. In this work, we developed a fluorescent nano-probe named ZnO@PEP-MPA by conjugating BSA-stabilized ZnO quantum dot (ZnO@BSA) with UBI29-41, an anti-bacteria peptide fragment, and MPA, a near infrared (NIR) dye. The nanoprobe ZnO@PEP-MPA exhibited low cytotoxicity and could discriminate the bacterial infection from sterile inflammation or cancer in vivo with high specificity and low detection limitation. Based on the platform of ZnO@PEP-MPA, a theranostic nanocomposite, Van@ZnO-PEP-MPA was firstly established by further decorating ZnO@PEP-MPA with Vancomycin, a kind of glycopeptide antibiotic, which demonstrated enhanced antibacterial activity and desirable biocompatibility both in vitro and in vivo. Furthermore, another antibiotic methicillin was immobilized onto ZnO@PEP-MPA, forming Met@ZnO-PEP-MPA and demonstrated significant improved capability to combat with the anti-methicillin-resistant-bacteria in comparison with free methicillin as a result of the increased cell membrane permeation mediated by ZnO@BSA-PEP-MPA. Therefore, ZnO-PEP-MPA reported in this work holds promising potential to realize efficient non-invasive diagnosis of bacterial infections, providing important guiding information for treatment, and can be employed as drug carriers for effective bacterial-targeting therapy, favorable to hurdle multi-drug resistance after being loaded with antibiotics. 相似文献

The elegant architecture of the channel of bacteriophage phi29 DNA packaging motor has inspired the development of biomimetics for biophysical and nanobiomedical applications. The reengineered channel inserted into a lipid membrane exhibits robust electrophysiological properties ideal for precise sensing and fingerprinting of dsDNA at the single-molecule level. Herein, we used single channel conduction assays to quantitatively evaluate the translocation dynamics of dsDNA as a function of the length and conformation of dsDNA. We extracted the speed of dsDNA translocation from the dwell time distribution and estimated the various forces involved in the translocation process. A ∼35-fold slower speed of translocation per base-pair was observed for long dsDNA, a significant contrast to the speed of dsDNA crossing synthetic pores. It was found that the channel could translocate both dsDNA with ∼32% of channel current blockage and with ∼64% for tetra-stranded DNA (two parallel dsDNA). The calculation of both cross-sectional areas of the dsDNA and tetra-stranded DNA suggested that the blockage was purely proportional to the physical space of the channel lumen and the size of the DNA substrate. Folded dsDNA configuration was clearly reflected in their characteristic current signatures. The finding of translocation of tetra-stranded DNA with 64% blockage is in consent with the recently elucidated mechanism of viral DNA packaging via a revolution mode that requires a channel larger than the dsDNA diameter of 2 nm to provide room for viral DNA revolving without rotation. The understanding of the dynamics of dsDNA translocation in the phi29 system will enable us to design more sophisticated single pore DNA translocation devices for future applications in nanotechnology and personal medicine. 相似文献

目的:探讨改良负压封闭引流技术治疗小腿中下段顽固性窦道的疗效。方法:2010年1月至2011年12月,11例小腿中下段顽固性窦道的患者,男7例,女4例;年龄23~56岁,平均34.5岁;采用彻底病灶清理后持续闭合灌洗结合改良负压封闭引流技术治疗,治疗14~21d后拆除负压封闭引流装置行2次扩创缝合。结果:术后感染得到控制,小腿中下段窦道均顺利愈合。11例患者均获随访,时间6~14个月,平均10个月,未见复发。结论:改良负压封闭引流技术是治疗小腿中下段顽固性窦道一种有效方法。 相似文献

目的探讨关节镜下治疗膝关节外侧盘状半月板损伤的方法及近期疗效。方法 2010年1月-2011年5月,收治38例(42膝)外侧盘状半月板损伤患者。男23例(24膝),女15例(18膝);年龄7~62岁,中位年龄32.8岁。病程7 d~40年,中位病程8.6个月。根据Watanabe盘状半月板分型标准,完全型22膝,不完全型19膝,Wrisberg型1膝。于关节镜下行半月板成形联合缝合术25例(28膝),半月板次全切除术12例(13膝),半月板全切除术1例(1膝)。术后早期开始肌力训练和关节活动练习。结果术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合。患者3~4周基本恢复正常活动。38例均获随访,随访时间12~18个月,平均14.3个月。无关节交锁及弹响症状;未出现再撕裂或因症状复发再手术的患者。术后3、6个月及1年膝关节屈曲及伸直活动范围均较术前显著改善(P<0.05);术后1年手术疗效按照Ikeuchi的评价方法,获优22膝,良16膝,可4膝,优良率为90.4%。术前及术后即刻、3、6个月、1年的Lysholm评分分别为(69.38±4.59)、(88.57±2.95)、(91.02±4.17)、(92.90±3.36)、(94.74±3.52)分,术后各时间点评分均较术前显著改善(P<0.05)。结论关节镜下治疗外侧盘状半月板损伤创伤小,能够精确切除或缝合失稳及破裂的半月板,最大限度保留半月板功能,延缓膝关节退变,术后配合正规康复训练可获得良好近期疗效。 相似文献
