The potential threat that has originated from chemical warfare agents (CWAs) has promoted the development of advanced materials to enhance the protection of civilian and military personnel. Zr-based metal–organic frameworks (Zr-MOFs) have recently been demonstrated as excellent catalysts for decomposing CWAs, but challenges of integrating the microcrystalline powders of Zr-MOFs into monoliths still remain. Herein, we report hierarchically porous monolithic UiO-66-X xerogels for the destruction of CWAs. We found that the UiO-66-NH2 xerogel with a larger pore size and a higher surface area than the UiO-66-NH2 powder possessed better degradability of 2-chloroethyl ethyl sulfide (2-CEES), which is a sulfur mustard simulant. These UiO-66-X xerogels exhibit outstanding performance for decomposing CWAs. The half-lives of vesicant agent sulfur mustard (HD) and nerve agent O-ethyl S-[2-(diisopropylamino)ethyl] methylphosphonothioate (VX) are as short as 14.4 min and 1.5 min, respectively. This work is, to the best of our knowledge, the first report on macroscopic monolithic UiO-66-X xerogels for ultrafast decomposition of CWAs.

For the first time, we report hierarchically porous monolithic UiO-66-X xerogels for ultra-fast destruction of chemical warfare agents. The half-lives of the vesicant agent sulfur mustard (HD) and of the nerve agent VX are as short as 14.4 min and 1.5 min, respectively.  相似文献

目的探讨北京市昌平区手足口病(HFMD)的流行规律。方法用描述流行病学方法对昌平区2008年报告的HFMD疫情资料进行分析。结果昌平区2008年报告HFMD 1786例,发病率为247.08/10万,居北京市第3位。5月病例最多,自8月病例明显减少。2岁组儿童发病率最高,为5835.04/10万,4岁以下儿童病例占82.31%,散居和幼托儿童各占49.94%和44.57%,男童发病率明显高于女童。城乡结合部及人口密度大、流动人口较多的镇街发病率高。EV71型和CoxA16型为昌平区HFMD的主要病原体。结论4岁以内婴幼儿是昌平区HFMD防控工作的重点,开展长期性的疫情监测、做好人口密度大、流动人员多的地区婴幼儿和看护人群的健康教育与健康促进工作,对控制HFMD疫情起着至关重要的作用。  相似文献

目的研究沙林对猴全血乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)的抑制,磷酰化酶的老化速率及肟类药物的重活化作用。方法 5,5-连硫代-双-2-硝基苯甲酸(DTNB)法测定AChE活性。结果沙林抑制猴全血AChE的IC50值为6.3×10-8mol/L,IC90值为1.5×10-7mol/L。在0.1、0.33和1 mmol/L的浓度下,氯解磷定对沙林抑制猴全血AChE的重化活率分别为16%、45%和83%;双复磷对沙林抑制猴全血AChE的重化活率分别为18%、39%和70%;碘解磷定对沙林抑制猴全血AChE的重化活率分别为14%、41%和72%。采用1 mmol/L的氯解磷定为重活化剂时,沙林抑制猴全血AChE磷酰化酶的半老化时间约为12 h。结论沙林中毒后应尽早使用氯解磷定等肟类重活化剂。在低浓度0.1 mmol/L时,双复磷重活化效果最好;随着不同重活化剂浓度的增加,氯解磷定显示出较好的重活化效果。氯解磷定为重活化剂时,急性中毒症状控制后,建议应在12 h内重复使用。  相似文献

The influences of environment, such as temperature, humidity and interfering gases, on the performance of a surface acoustic wave (SAW) sensor in the detection of 2-chloroethyl ethyl sulfide (CEES) were invested. The 150 MHz SAW dual delay lines were used, coated with a poly(epichlorohydrin) (PECH) thin layer, and CEES was detected under different concentrations. Linear correlation between the frequency-shift and the exposure time of the sensor to CEES could be observed, and the limit of CEES could be detected as low as 1.5 mg m−3. Under different temperature (0–50 C°) and humidity (30–80% RH) conditions, CEES was detected by the fabricated SAW sensor coated with PECH, the frequency shifts were measured and the performance of the sensor was evaluated. The results proved that temperature and humidity were the most important factors to influence the performance of SAW sensors; with the decreasing of temperature and the increasing of humidity, there would be larger frequency shifts. In the interference experiments, it was found that most gases existing in the environment in high concentrations would not influence the detection of CEES. Then, the SAW sensor having been fabricated was kept under the conditions of 25 °C and 35% RH for 18 months to further verify the quality, and CEES was detected every so many months. It proved that the performance of the sensor would decrease about 16.39% after 18 months. Although it reflected the attenuation of the sensor to some extent, the sensor was still in good condition. Additionally, the related mechanisms were also discussed.

Immunoproteomics of membrane proteins of Shigella flexneri 2a 2457T   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
AIM: To screen the immunogenic membrane proteins of Shigella flexneri 2a 2457T. METHODS: The routine two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (2-DE) and Western blotting were combined to screen immunogenic proteins of S. flexneri 2a 2457T. Serum was gained from rabbits immunized with the same bacteria. Immunogenic spots were cut out from the polyacrylamide gel and digested by trypsin in-gel. Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight-mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) was performed to determine the molecular weight of peptides. Electrospray ionization (ESI-MS/MS) was performed to determine the sequences of the interesting peptides. RESULTS: A total of 20 spots were successfully identified from Coomassie brilliant blue stained gels representing 13 protein entries, 5 known antigens and 8 novel antigens. A hypothetical protein (YaeT) was detected, which might be a candidate target of vaccine. CONCLUSION: Membrane proteins of 5. flexneri 2a 2457T were successfully observed by 2-DE. Several known and novel antigens were identified by mass spectrum.  相似文献
