目的:了解无锡市不同特征常住人口获取避孕药具公共服务途径和需求。方法:2013年在无锡市开展抽样调查,抽取有效样本3 003份。结果 :免费自费避孕药具选择方面,≤25岁对象选择自费药具的最多(37.7%);不同年龄、文化程度、户口性质和流动情况自费购买避孕药具的原因是均认为免费的没有自己买的好。免费避孕药具获取方式方面,选择"自助领取"的大专以上学历比例最高(23.7%);城镇人口比例(23.4%)高于农村居民(19.8%);流动人口比例(30.1%)高于户籍人口(18.8%)。服务方式需求方面,选择与计划生育人员单独交流和电话咨询交流的比例较高;选择在线咨询≤25岁的比例(22.9%)高于其他年龄组;大专及以上学历调查对象的比例(24.8%)高于高中及以下学历;城镇居民的比例(20.2%)高于农村居民(17.2%);户籍人口和流动人口在服务方式上差异不显著。结论:不同特征的常住人口在获取计划生育药具公共服务的途径和选择偏好上存在显著差异,在提供免费计划生育药具时需考虑到他们的需求差异,有针对性地提供多样化服务,满足常住人口计划生育药具公共服务的需求。 相似文献

Malaria is a tropical disease, leading to around half a million deaths annually. Antimalarials such as quinolines are crucial to fight against malaria, but malaria control is extremely challenged by the limited pipeline of effective pharmaceuticals against drug-resistant strains of Plasmodium falciparum which are resistant toward almost all currently accessible antimalarials. To tackle the growing resistance, new antimalarial drugs are needed urgently. Hybrid molecules which contain two or more pharmacophores have the potential to overcome the drug resistance, and hybridization of quinoline privileged antimalarial building block with other antimalarial pharmacophores may provide novel molecules with enhanced in vitro and in vivo activity against drug-resistant (including multidrug-resistant) P falciparum. In recent years, numerous of quinoline hybrids were developed, and their activities against a panel of drug-resistant P falciparum strains were screened. Some of quinoline hybrids were found to possess promising in vitro and in vivo potency. This review emphasized quinoline hybrid molecules with potential in vitro antiplasmodial and in vivo antimalarial activity against drug-resistant P falciparum, covering articles published between 2010 and 2019. 相似文献

目的 探讨丹红注射液治疗COPD患者血栓前状态的临床疗效.方法 将在我院接受治疗的50例患者随机分成两组,分别是对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用丹红注射液,对比分析治疗前后两组患者的血液流变学、凝血功能和D-二聚体等指标的变化.结果 治疗后,两组患者血液流变学指标与同组治疗前相比,观察组与对照组相比,均具有显著性差异(P〈0.05).治疗后,观察组患者凝血功能指标与同组治疗前和对照组治疗后相比,均具有显著性差异(P〈0.05).同时,两组患者D-二聚体指标与同组治疗前相比,观察组与对照组相比,均具有显著性差异(P〈0.05).无不良反应.结论 丹红注射液能够明显的改善COPD患者血栓前状态,高效且安全. 相似文献

目的分析孕妇膳食摄入情况与营养的情况,探讨孕期热能和各种营养的合理摄入。方法选取2011年3月至2012年9月的220例孕妇为研究对象,观察220例孕妇48小时内的膳食摄入与营养情况,并进行详细分析。结果通过对比孕妇早孕、中孕、晚孕的营养情况发现,基本的热能供给比例基本适宜,但仍有部分营养素的摄入量较低,需要加强补充。结论孕妇的膳食结构基本都趋于合理的状况,但仍有不少孕妇在钙、铁以及维生素方面的摄入仍有不足,应加强孕妇在这方面的营养补充,这对于孕妇以及胎儿都起到非常重要的作用。 相似文献

PurposeTo develop criteria to interpret mitochondrial transfer RNA(mt-tRNA) variants based on unique characteristics of mitochondrial genetics andconserved structural/functional properties of tRNA.MethodsWe developed rules on a set of established pathogenic/benignvariants by examining heteroplasmy correlations with phenotype, tissuedistribution, family members, and among unrelated families from publishedliterature. We validated these deduced rules using our new cases and appliedthem to classify novel variants.ResultsEvaluation of previously reported pathogenic variants found that80.6% had sufficient evidence to support phenotypic correlation withheteroplasmy levels among and within families. The remaining variants weredowngraded due to the lack of similar evidence. Application of the verifiedcriteria resulted in rescoring 80.8% of reported variants of uncertainsignificance (VUS) to benign and likely benign. Among 97 novel variants, nonemet pathogenic criteria. A large proportion of novel variants (84.5%) remainedas VUS, while only 10.3% were likely pathogenic. Detection of these novelvariants in additional individuals would facilitate their classification.ConclusionProper interpretation of mt-tRNA variants is crucial for accurateclinical diagnosis and genetic counseling. Correlations with tissuedistribution, heteroplasmy levels, predicted perturbations to tRNA structure,and phenotypes provide important evidence for determining the clinicalsignificance of mt-tRNA variants. 相似文献

Meta-analyses are essential to summarize the results of the growing number of neuroimaging studies in psychiatry, neurology and allied disciplines. Image-based meta-analyses use full image information (i.e. the statistical parametric maps) and well-established statistics, but images are rarely available making them highly unfeasible. Peak-probability meta-analyses such as activation likelihood estimation (ALE) or multilevel kernel density analysis (MKDA) are more feasible as they only need reported peak coordinates. Signed-differences methods, such as signed differential mapping (SDM) build upon the positive features of existing peak-probability methods and enable meta-analyses of studies comparing patients with controls. In this paper we present a new version of SDM, named Effect Size SDM (ES-SDM), which enables the combination of statistical parametric maps and peak coordinates and uses well-established statistics. We validated the new method by comparing the results of an ES-SDM meta-analysis of studies on the brain response to fearful faces with the results of a pooled analysis of the original individual data. The results showed that ES-SDM is a valid and reliable coordinate-based method, whose performance might be additionally increased by including statistical parametric maps. We anticipate that ES-SDM will be a helpful tool for researchers in the fields of psychiatry, neurology and allied disciplines. 相似文献

A rapid and specific HPLC method has been developed and validated for the simultaneous determination of liensinine (CAS 2586-96-1), isoliensinine (CAS 6817-41-0) and neferine (CAS 2292-16-2) in rat plasma. The sample was prepared by a liquid-liquid extraction with diethyl ether and the recovery was above 80% from the plasma for the three compounds. Chromatographic separation was achieved with a Hypersil BDS C18 column (4.0 mm x 250 mm, particle size 5 microm). A mobile phase consisting of methanol: 0.2 M KH2PO4:0.2 M NaOH:triethylamine (71:17:12:0.002, v/v/v/v, pH 9.2-9.3) was slowly delivered at 0.8 ml/min in isocratic mode with a detection wavelength of 282 nm. The linearity of calibration curves were good (r > 0.999) in the concentration range of 0.031-2.00 microg/ ml. The lower limit of quantification can reach 0.03 microg/ml for the three compounds. The intra-day and inter-day variations estimated with QC samples were less than 8% for the three tested concentration levels. This developed method was applied in the plasma pharmacokinetic study of total bisbenzylisoquinoline alkaloids (TAL) of the lotus flower (Lian Zi Xin) following a single oral and intravenous administration of TAL in rats. 相似文献
