为探讨自身免疫性感音神经性聋(ASHL)的内耳病理生理学机制,采用听觉电生理技术和酶组织化学方法,观察ASHL模型动物的内耳生理功能与组织内主要酶活性的变化。结果示:听视经复合动作电位和耳蜗微音器电位阈值明显升高,内淋巴电位(包括负相)幅值均有不同程度的降低,并与血管纹和内淋巴囊局部组织内Na^+-K^+-ATP酶和琥珀酸脱氢酶活性改变之间的相关性。表明自身免疫性内耳损伤,进而造成组织内相关酶代谢  相似文献

目的:研究-32玻璃微球(32P-GMS)区域注射对裸鼠移植性人肝细胞癌的形态学影响及其意义。方法:应用光镜、免疫组织化学及电镜观察对照组及治疗组的肿瘤组织学和超微结构特征。结果:对照组中,瘤体长径约3cm,瘤细胞排列紧密,呈小梁状,富于血窦,约5%瘤细胞坏死。治疗组中,瘤体长径为0.4~2cm,其中少部分瘤体边缘细胞排列紧密,大部分瘤细胞排列松散,呈网状或假腺样且被纤维血管束分割成巢。40%~80%的瘤细胞呈凝固性坏死。75%以上排列紧密的瘤细胞PCNA阳性,而排列松散的PCNA阳性瘤细胞不足25%。松散排列的瘤细胞较紧密排列的瘤细胞,桥粒显著减少、细胞变性坏死增多。结论:本研究提示局部内放射32P-GMS明显具有杀伤癌细胞和抑制肿瘤生长的作用。这为32P-GMS对肝癌治疗的实验研究和临床应用提供形态学依据。  相似文献

BackgroundTo evaluate the association between periodontitis and interleukin-6 (IL6) -174 G/C polymorphism by data synthesis and subgroup analysis.MethodsEighteen case-control studies from 16 articles with 1616 cases and 1511 controls were included in this meta-analysis by searching the public databases including PubMed, Embase and Web of Science databases by Jun 2018. Data syntheses were performed using Stata 9.0.ResultsThere were inverse associations of IL6 -174 G/C polymorphism with both general periodontitis and overall periodontitis. In CC vs. GG inheritance model, whose effect was the most profound, the genetic polymorphism reduced the risks of general and overall periodontitis by 60% (95% CI = 0.25-0.65, P < 0.01) and 31% (95% CI = 0.38-0.97, P = 0.04) respectively. In addition, the G/C variation was likely to be protective against moderate (allele C vs. allele G: OR = 0.61, 95% CI = 0.43-0.87, P = 0.01; CC + GC vs. GG: OR = 0.57, 95% CI = 0.37-0.89, P = 0.01) and severe periodontitis (allele C vs. allele G: OR = 0.58, 95% CI = 0.41-0.84, P < 0.01; CC vs. GG: OR = 0.33, 95% CI = 0.13-0.82, P = 0.02) exclusively in Brazilian people. No reliable evidence was found regarding chronic periodontitis.ConclusionThis meta-analysis suggests that IL6 -174 G/C polymorphism may be negatively associated with risk of periodontitis.  相似文献

Endocochlear potentials (EPs) were investigated in healthy guinea pigs and in those exposed to white noise of 125 dB SPL for 20-80 min. EPs were measured during and after temporary anoxia (3.5 min, denoted as reversible anoxia) and then during continuous anoxia to evaluate noise-induced changes in EP properties. Succino-dehydrogenase (SDH) activity and morphologic changes in hair cells were also evaluated in surface preparations of the hair cells. It was found that changes in EPs correlated with the duration of noise exposure. The longer the noise exposure, the greater the decrease in EPs. EPs could recover in one week post-exposure, in roughly the same time needed for recovery of SDH activity in hair cells. Noise exposure also resulted in some changes in EP dynamic behaviour during and after reversible anoxia, but did not cause any significant change in maximal negative EP. The mechanisms underlying these results are discussed.  相似文献

Changes in endocochlear potentials (EP), cochlear microphonics (CM), and compound action potentials (CAP) with noise exposure were investigated in guinea pigs. The animals were anesthetized and immobilized and exposed to white noise at intensities ranging from 105 to 125 dB. The negative EP (N-EP) was induced by anoxia and was investigated during and after noise exposure. It was found that the general EP (G-EP, the sum of both positive EP (P-EP) and N-EP) increased remarkably during exposure to 115 dB noise but decreased during exposure to 125 dB noise. A smaller absolute value of N-EP was encountered only during exposure to 125 dB noise. The results shed light on the relationship between EP and CM, CAP changes, and the potential mechanism of EP change and its significance in noise-induced hearing loss.  相似文献

报道了近30年来我院收治的67例老年风湿性心脏瓣膜病患者的临床状况,提示风湿热的发病率及风心病的患病率在下降,但老年风心病者的住院人数在逐渐增长。他们的临床表现有其特殊性,风湿活动不典型,病情经过缓和,预后较好,可合并存在冠心病,高血压等其他疾病。从本组女性患者的生育史中提示老年风心病者很可能是在青中年以后首次罹患风湿热。在对老年风心病者的处理中应加强抗风湿治疗。  相似文献
