注射用依匹必利的HPLC测定

建立了HPLC法测定注射用依匹必利的含量。采用CN柱，流动相为甲醇-0．05mol／L磷酸盐缓冲液（pH6．0）（60：40），检测波长215nm。依匹比利在200-1000μg／ml范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为100．6％，RSD为1．18％。     

Risk behaviors and its association with caries activity and dental caries in Japanese children

The aim of this study was to assess risk behaviors and its association with caries activity and dental caries in Japanese children. The subjects were 392 young Japanese children who underwent dental health check-up at 18, 30 and 42 months of age. Oral examinations, Cariostat tests and dental health questionnaires were carried out at each time. The caries prevalence of children was 1.5% at 18 months, 9.9% at 30 months and 28.1% at 42 months. Caries activity based on the Cariostat scores of children was correlated with caries status (caries-free/carious) at 42 months. In children with caries during each examination period at 42 months, eating snacks while playing was ranked as the most important behavioral risk (P < 0.001), followed by breast-feeding (P < 0.01), non setting of time for snacks (P < 0.05) and frequency of snacks (P < 0.05) at 18 months old; non brushing by mother (P < 0.05) and eating snacks while playing (P < 0.05) were ranked highest at 30 months old. In addition, eating snacks while playing (P < 0.001) at 42 months old was the only a significant factor for children with caries. Caries activity and risk behaviors were associated with caries experience at different age periods of childhood.     

响应面法优化β-胡萝卜素液体发酵培养基

用响应面法对三孢布拉霉（Blakeslea trispora）液体发酵β-胡萝卜素的培养基进行了优化。首先用快速登高路径逼近β-胡萝卜素最大产量区域,然后根据快速登高法的实验结果进行响应面实验。运用逐步回归分析法,获得β-胡萝卜素产量与柠檬酸、棉籽油、黄豆粉的最优回归方程,且分析了各因子间的交互效应。最后,通过岭脊分析（Ridge max）得到β-胡萝卜素产量最大值时的组合为：柠檬酸3.10 g/dL、棉籽油11.28 g/dL、黄豆粉2.54 g/dL。β-胡萝卜素产量可达1.02 g/L,比优化前提高了25%。     

高压脉冲电场对乳铁蛋白抑菌性能的影响

研究了高压脉冲电场(PEF)对乳铁蛋白(LF)的抑菌性能的影响。结果表明,LF质量浓度、电场强度、脉冲频率、脉冲数的增加,有利于LF抑菌能力的增强,而温度的升高会使之减弱。电场强度为35 kV/cm时,LF的抑菌能力达到最大值。LF的质量浓度越高,对电场强度的变化越敏感。当脉冲个数达到744时,LF的相对抑菌能力提高了34%。处理温度为15～55℃时,PEF处理的LF的相对抑菌性能增长了5%左右。当温度升高至65℃时,LF的相对抑菌能力下降显著,降低了约22%。     

桡骨远端关节内骨折外固定器治疗的相关机制和原则探讨

目的 分析和探讨桡骨远端关节内骨折外固定器治疗的相关机制和原则.方法 笔者采用Orthofix外固定器和国产组合式外固定器治疗桡骨远端关节内骨折45例46肢,以齐藤英彦法对资料完整的37例38肢病例进行分型,分析其影像学表现、损伤和治疗相关机制以及特点.结果 各型复位方向和外固定腕关节位置均与致伤暴力方向相反.骨折愈合时间平均为43 d(37～62 d),平均随访时间14个月(3～56个月),按Dienst标准评估腕关节功能及疗效:优21例22肢,良10例10肢,可6例6肢.结论 闭合复位外固定能很好地解决桡骨远端关节内骨折的治疗问题,特别适用于粉碎型关节内骨折.其治疗原则是复位方向及腕关节外固定位置与损伤机制、移位情形相反,个别骨折块辅以切开复位时须强调有限切开,必须重视部分病例伴有的同侧桡骨中远段骨折和同侧尺骨远段骨折的处理.     

Dynesys治疗腰椎退变和不稳(附13例报告)

[目的]探讨动力性固定器Dynesys治疗腰椎退变和不稳的固定原理、适应证和初步疗效。[方法]作者于2004年在瑞士Basel大学骨科进修学习期间,随访Dynesys治疗12个月以上的13例患者,平均随访16个月(范围12～25个月);年龄58～78岁,平均65岁;所有患者均有保守治疗难以治愈的腰痛或腰腿痛6个月以上,术前Oswestry评分50～69分,平均58分;Ⅰ度退变性腰椎滑脱1例,腰椎管狭窄症6例,腰椎间盘突出症或伴节段性不稳3例,退变性脊椎关节病3例。[结果]Oswestry评分至最后随访改善到24～53分,平均31.3分;参照Nakai标准,优5例,良5例,可2例,差1例;无螺钉弯曲或断裂。差者1例术后1年再次行椎管探查、改行强直性固定融合。[结论]Dynesys是治疗腰椎退变和轻度不稳的一种有效的非融合性、动力性固定系统。     

Development and optimization of an indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the determination of Hexoestrol

An indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the detection of hexoestrol (HES) was developed, optimized and validated for the analysis of HES in pork. Many parameters, such as the volume ratio of solution A and solution B, colour developing time, pH value, incubation time, the volume ratio of the standard solution and diluted antiserum, blocking solution, blocking condition, coating solution and coating condition were studied and optimized in the paper. The regression equation of the final inhibition curve is y = - 0.3345x + 1.4955, R²=0.9913. The linear range is 0.1-8.1 ng/ml, and the IC₅₀ is 0.671 ng/ml. The specificity of the assay was evaluated by the cross-reactivity rates of six compounds, of which two structurally related compounds had a relatively higher cross-reactivity rate of 25% and 6%. HES was added into a pork sample at 5 ng/g level and then the sample was extracted. The recovery is between 49.6% and 79.2%, and the variation coefficient is 0.164.     

一种识别蛋白质的保守氨基酸残基的新方法

保守氨基酸残基在生物进化过程中具有较强的稳定性,一般不会发生太大的变化;生物信息学认为：氨基酸序列决定蛋白质结构,蛋白质结构决定蛋白质功能。因此,作者基于氨基酸的生化特性、几何特性和动态特性描述了一个新颖的算法去发现蛋白酶家族中的保守氨基酸残基,而保守氨基酸残基将对蛋白质的结构和功能的研究具有重要的意义。     

十字花科蔬菜提取物抗肿瘤作用的研究

研究了十字花科蔬菜提取物6320（主要含异硫氰酸酯）的抗肿瘤活性。体外实验应用MTT法、观察细胞形态、测定细胞生长曲线、流式细胞仪分析细胞凋亡及细胞周期观察提取物6320对不同肿瘤细胞生长的影响。并通过建立小鼠B16实体瘤模型来考察提取物6320的体内抗肿瘤作用。结果表明提取物6320在体内外均可明显抑制肿瘤的生长及增殖,并诱导细胞凋亡,但有可能对机体的免疫系统造成一定的影响。
