目的探讨增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)与上皮性卵巢癌细胞系化学敏感性的关系.方法使用顺为铂作用于A2780及AD60细胞株.在MTT法测定耐药倍数基础上,用ABC检测PCNA表达.结果MTT测定MD60的耐药倍数为2.4.A2780 PCNA的表达低于AD60,且随药物浓度的递增染色较耐药组明显变浅.A2780、AD60相同药物浓度作用后PCNA的表达有显著性差异(P<0.01);同一细胞株不同药物浓度作用后PCNA表达有显著性差异(P<0.01).结论增殖细胞核抗原表达与上皮性卵巢癌细胞对细胞毒性药物的化学敏感性呈负相关. 相似文献

目的 探讨IgA肾病患者血清IgA 纤维连接蛋白聚合物 (IgA FN)水平与其病理类型之间的关系及临床意义。方法 对 2 7例IgA肾病患者 ,根据肾脏组织病理学程度改变分为Ⅰ~Ⅲ级组、Ⅳ级组、Ⅴ级组。采用ELISA方法测定血清IgA FN、Ⅳ型胶原水平 ,并分析其与血肌酐、2 4小时尿蛋白定量和血压之间的关系。 结果 ①血清IgA FN水平在Ⅳ级组最高 ,Ⅴ级组最低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;②Ⅰ~Ⅲ级组、Ⅳ级组患者血清IgA FN与Ⅳ型胶原呈正相关性(r =0 .6 3,P <0 .0 5 ) ,与 2 4小时尿蛋白定量呈正相关 (r =0 .5 8,P <0 .0 5 ) ,Ⅴ级组二者无明显相关关系 ;③血清IgA FN水平与血肌酐水平和血压无相关性。 结论 IgA肾病患者血清IgA FN水平与IgA肾病病理严重程度有关 ,早期检测有助于早期诊断 相似文献

Autophagy and phagocytosis are two important endogenous lysosomal dependent clearing systems in the organism. In some neurological disorders, excessive autophagy or dysfunctional phagocytosis has been shown to contribute to brain injury. Recent studies have revealed that there are underlying interactions between these two processes. However, different studies show inconsistent results for the contribution of autophagy to the phagocytic process in diverse phagocytes and relatively little is known about the link between them especially in the brain. It is critical to understand the role that autophagy plays in phagocytic process in order to promote the clearance of endogenous and exogenous detrimental materials. In this review, we highlight the studies focusing on phagocytosis and autophagy occurring in the brain and summarizing the possible regulatory roles of autophagy in the process of phagocytosis. Balancing the roles of autophagy and phagocytosis may be a promising therapeutic strategy for the treatment of some neurological diseases in the future. 相似文献

Heart rate is still a controversial and unclear factor of stroke risk in atrial fibrillation. Indices combining parameters are more accurate predictors than single parameters. This article assessed the association of the BNP-to-albumin ratio (BAR), with the risk of stroke, and evaluated the relationship between heart rate and stroke risk. Data were retrospectively collected from the Zhongnan Hospital electronic records. Binary logistic regression assessed the association between BAR and the prediction of acute stroke in atrial fibrillation. Spearman's correlation analysis evaluated the correlation between heart rate and BAR. The specificity and sensitivity of the BAR index were determined by ROC curve analysis. A total of 197 participants were involved, including 119 cases and 78 controls. The mean BAR was significantly higher for cases than for controls P = 0.00 while the difference in mean heart rate did not reach statistical significance P = 0.08. Using binary logistic analysis, BAR was a significant predictor of stroke in AF, OR = 1.67 95%CI [1.09-2.55] P = 0.018. The correlation between BAR and heart rate was significant, the correlation coefficient was r = 0.15 P = 0.03. ROC curve analysis showed that at a cut-off value of 2.01*10-9 g/L 93% of patients with a BAR of less than 2.01 did not have an acute stroke and only the 60% with a BAR greater than 2.01 experienced an acute stroke. It's been suggested that the BNP to albumin ratio and heart rate could be used to estimate the risk of stroke among hospitalized atrial fibrillation patients, thus contributing to the implementation of appropriate measures. 相似文献
