目的探究叙事教育法对传染科实习护生焦虑抑郁情绪及临床能力的影响。方法以2019年6月至10月于南通大学附属第三医院传染科实习的护生120人为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各60人。对照组采用常规带教方法,观察组实施叙事教育法,比较两组实习护生焦虑抑郁情绪、综合能力及临床能力。结果带教前,观察组护生焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);带教后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),综合能力中的专业品质、个人素质、评判性思维能力、沟通协作能力、专业发展能力五项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),理论考核与操作考核分数也均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论叙事教育法应用在传染科实习带教中,有助于缓解实习护生焦虑抑郁情绪,进而提高其综合能力及临床能力。 相似文献

The epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) has an important role in the hyperplastic growth of tumor. Similar to tumor growth, rheumatoid arthritis (RA) synovium is hyperplastic, invasive, and expresses EGFR and its ligands. Activation of EGFR signaling is responsible for synovial fibroblast proliferation in RA. Furthermore, in addition to its role in proliferation, EGFR and its ligands can induce cytokine production of synovial fibroblasts during the pathogenesis of RA. Agents that target EGFR have yielded promising results in animal experiments involving RA, pharmacologic modulations targeting EGFR, or its ligands may give rise to new therapeutic approaches for RA. In this review article, we will discuss the biological features of EGFR and summarize recent advances regarding the role of EGFR in the pathogenesis and treatment of RA. 相似文献

Interleukin (IL)-27 is a novel member of the IL-6/IL-12 family of cytokines with a broad range of pro- and anti-inflammatory properties. Recently, accumulating evidence has shown that IL-27 can play either a pathogenic or a protective role in animal models of inflammatory arthritis, depending upon the model and underlying pathogenic mechanisms. As to human system, elevated expression of IL-27 has clearly been detected in the synovial membranes and fluid from patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Moreover, stimulation of IL-27 receptor with IL-27 of fibroblast-like synoviocytes from RA had a suppressive effect on the production of proinflammatory cytokines in vitro. All these findings suggest that IL-27 may have promise as a potential therapeutic target for RA. In this review, we will discuss the biological features of IL-27 and summarize recent advances on both pathogenic and protective roles of IL-27 in RA. 相似文献

目的研究盐酸益母草碱对药流后大鼠内皮素(ET)及其受体介导的信号通路的影响。方法早孕大鼠灌服米非司酮和米索前列醇,制备不完全流产模型,连续给药7d后,取左侧子宫一半,用于ET和NO的测定;剩余部分冻存待测ET受体。培养右侧子宫平滑肌细胞,用于PLC的活性、[Ca2+]i和PKC的检测。结果盐酸益母草碱能明显提高血清ET水平及ET/NO比值,上调ETAmRNA及PKC蛋白的表达,增强PLC的活性;但对ETBmRNA的表达没有明显影响。结论盐酸益母草碱能通过调节ET介导的信号通路来促进药流后大鼠子宫的收缩,从而抑制其异常出血。 相似文献

Cataloguing the effects of different types of stress on behaviour and physiology in rodent models has not been comprehensively attempted. Here, we systematically review whether chronic exposure to physical stress, psychosocial stress, or both types of stress can induce different behavioural and neurobiological outcomes in male and female rodents. We found that physical stress consistently increased depressive-like behaviour, impaired social interaction and decreased body weight, while psychosocial stress consistently increased both anxiety- and depressive-like behaviour, impaired social interaction and learning and memory, increased HPA axis activity, peripheral inflammation and microglial activation, and decreased hippocampal neurogenesis in male rodents. Moreover, we found that the combined effect of both stress types resulted in a more severe pathological state defined by increased anxiety- and depressive-like behaviour, impaired social interaction and learning and memory, increased HPA axis activity and central inflammation, and reduced hippocampal neurogenesis and neural plasticity in male rodents. Phenotypes for females were less consistent, irrespective of the type of stress exposure, on account of the limited number of studies using females. This review highlights that the type of stress may indeed matter and will help animal researchers to more appropriately choose a stress/depression model that fits their research purposes. 相似文献

BackgroundCondyloma acuminatum (CA) is a common sexually transmitted disease caused by human papillomaviruses. Five-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) can promote the apoptosis of keratinocytes and inhibit proliferation; however, the effect of ALA-PDT on the immune mechanism of CA tissue is not well understood. In this study, we examined the changes in Toll-like receptor 4 (TRL4) and nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) expression in CA tissues before ALA-PDT treatment to determine its effects and possible immune mechanisms.MethodsImmunohistochemistry (streptavidin-peroxidase) was used to detect the expression of TLR4 and NF-κB in the keratinocytes of the patients with CA before and after ALA-PDT treatment.ResultsBefore treatment, the positive TLR4 and NF-κB expression rates in the keratinocytes of the patients with CA were 86.53% (45/52) and 94.23% (49/52), respectively, whereas after treatment, these rates were 44.23% (23/52) and 38.46% (20/52), respectively. Positive TLR4 and NF-κB expression in the keratinocytes of CA was mostly ++ to +++ in intensity before ALA-PDT and mostly ranged from – to + after treatment. The positive expression rate and intensity of TLR4 and NF-κB in the two groups before and after ALA-PDT were significantly different (P < 0.05). There was a positive correlation between the expression of TLR4 and NF-κB in the CA tissues after ALA-PDT (r = 0.486, P < 0.05).ConclusionsALA-PDT may relieve local immunosuppressive states by reducing TLR4 and NF-κB expression and jointly promoting CA regression, which is a potential molecular mechanism of ALA-PDT in CA treatment. 相似文献
